Claims (16)
- Appareil frigorifique, tel qu'un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une combinaison de réfrigérateur et de congélateur ou similaire, avec un boîtier thermiquement isolant, dans lequel est agencé au moins un compartiment frigorifique, qui présente une ouverture d'accès et qui peut être fermé grâce à une porte thermiquement isolante, agencée au niveau du boîtier, qui présente un joint d'étanchéité de porte, agencé de manière périphérique au niveau du bord de ladite porte, qui est en contact de manière essentiellement étanche avec le bord de l'ouverture d'accès dans un état fermé de la porte, dans lequel sont prévus des moyens, agencés amovibles au niveau du boîtier ou de la porte, qui appuient la porte contre le boîtier de telle manière que la porte, dans le secteur de son joint d'étanchéité, ne peut pas être poussée contre le boîtier en dessous d'un espacement minimum prédéterminé, caractérisé en ce que les moyens sont agencés au niveau des sections horizontales d'extrémité de porte en situation de fonctionnement de l'appareil frigorifique et les sections horizontales d'extrémité de porte présentent des moyens de positionnement qui collaborent avec lesdits moyens et qui positionnent lesdits moyens au niveau des sections d'extrémité de porte.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la porte d'appareil est butée pivotante au niveau du boîtier et les moyens sont prévus au niveau des extrémités, opposées au côté de la butée de la porte, des sections horizontales d'extrémité de porte.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement sont réalisés en tant que saillie engrenant dans un logement et en tant que contre-guidage collaborant avec un guidage.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie est réalisée en tant que tenon et ledit logement est réalisé en tant qu'alésage de palier pour un tenon de palier de porte.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le guidage est réalisé en tant que coulisse de guidage et le contre-guidage est formé par le côté interne, tourné vers le joint d'étanchéité de porte, de la porte.
- Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le contre-guidage et l'alésage de palier sont agencés au niveau d'un élément de fermeture, fabriqué par moulage par injection de matière plastique, qui forme la section horizontale d'extrémité de porte.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens présentent un élément de base de type plaque, au niveau duquel, au niveau d'une arête latérale, est prévu un élément d'appui s'appuyant contre le bord de l'ouverture d'accès, et le tenon est agencé opposé à celui-ci.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base présente un plan horizontal triangulaire.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base triangulaire de type plaque est réalisé sous la forme d'un triangle isocèle au niveau du côté du triangle le plus court duquel est prévu l'élément d'appui.
- Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui génère un plan d'appui.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le plan d'appui est généré par un profil en U.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le plan d'appui s'étend de manière parallèle au et dans le même sens que le tenon.
- Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le plan d'appui est plus court que le tenon.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 5 et l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la coulisse de guidage est agencée entre le plan d'appui et le tenon.
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la coulisse de guidage s'appuie sur le côté intérieur, munie du joint d'étanchéité de porte, de la porte.
- Appareil frigorifique selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base est formé par moulage par injection de matière plastique d'un seul tenant avec un tenon, agencé au niveau dudit élément de base, de la coulisse de guidage et de l'élément d'appui.
