Abstract

The system has a metal cover strip forming parecloses (4D) which has a U shaped groove (7) and a T shaped groove (8) opening in a direction of a rabbet (5). The groove (8) introduces a branch of a fixing angle at its end and another branch in an end of the groove (8) corresponding to a successive paraclose to constitute a frame. A threaded hole implements a connection unit with the rabbet from an interior of the frame. An independent claim is also included for a method of implementing a system for fixing a panel in an opening of woodwork.

Description

The present invention relates to a system for removable fixing of a panel or glazing in the opening of a metal joinery.

This is how it can be the dressing a fixed or movable wall intended to be placed at inside or outside a building.

Preferably, but not exclusively, the invention relates to metal joinery having to support single or double glazing.

This is how are known, so classical, systems which are constituted by sections of metal profiles forming glazing beads.

These are long and in number corresponding to the sides of the opening to be closed and are arranged in a rebate thereof, so obtain internal and external tightness.

For this, it is carried out, the establishment, first of an external joint then of the panel, then another internal seal and finally glazing beads, these being immobilized through connecting means with said rebates.

In known systems of this type, the glazing beads consist of four profiles separate, for example for an opening quadrangular, set up successively, after fitting the inner seal of the panel and the outer seal, in a groove in the rebate, in fact, by nesting.

It is also known to set up these glazing beads by snap-fastening on a screw head previously placed in the rebate, at the way of a press button.

It is also known systems where the joint outside and put in place after the glazing beads inserting it between the panel and the latter.

An essential problem posed by this type of fixing system of a panel or glazing resides in that the glazing beads are not fixed positively and it's easy to take them apart by malice or vandalism.

This has been verified many times on doors, windows, frames of the common parts of buildings.

This poses, of course, a problem of security for these.

In addition, the installation must be done on site and labor time for this operation is important because the four glazing beads are placed one after the other by interlocking as well as the joints to the number of eight, because they consist of sections, both for the internal part than for the external part.

Yet another system offers the use an insert to be incorporated into the profile of the glazing bead. This can cause problems alignment of the inserts relative to the hole provided in the glazing bead and in the frame.

The object of the present invention is to remedy all of these disadvantages by proposing a very simple design and installation system economical and secure.

• introduction d'une branche 9A d'une troisième équerre 9" dans la rainure en « T » 8 à une extrémité d'une pareclose inférieure 4D et fixation par l'intermédiaire d'une vis dite 11 traversant le trou fileté 10 ménagé dans ladite branche 9A de l'équerre 9", (voir figure 2D)

• introduction simultanée des autres branches 9B, 9B des troisième et quatrième équerres 9", 9''' en place sur la pareclose inférieure 4D, dans les rainures « T » 8 aux extrémités des deux parecloses latérales 4B, 4C et fixation par l'intermédiaire d'une vis 11 traversant les trous filetés 10 ménagés dans lesdites branches 9B, 9B des équerres 9'', 9"', (voir figure 2D, phase VIII)
• mise en place du cadre étanche et prêt à poser ainsi formé dans la feuillure 5 de l'ouverture de la menuiserie métallique 3, (voir figure 2E, phase IX)
• vissage d'au moins quatre vis de fixation 13, soit, une par pareclose 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, préalablement disposées dans les trous correspondants 12 de la rainure en « T » 8, afin d'assurer la liaison effective et directe du cadre dans la feuillure 5 par action depuis l'intérieur du cadre formé.
