Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device with a base plate and a beacon attached thereto, with a arranged at the lower end of the beacon foot piece which is inserted into a socket of the foot plate and at its periphery bayonet projections for locking on bayonet contours, which are formed by L-shaped grooves the inner wall of the socket are formed, has.
  • Beacons that are mounted upright on foot plates are used in particular for road closures at construction sites.
  • the foot of the beacon has a circular outer cross-section, and the bayonet projections are formed by a plugged through the foot cross pin of metal, which protrudes with both ends over the peripheral surface.
  • the foot piece forms a stop in the form of a collar, which is supported on a counter surface of the base plate and thus limits the insertion depth of the foot piece into the base plate.
  • the bayonet contours of the plug-in receptacle which prevent retraction of the cross pin upwards in the locking position, have a latching mount on which the transverse pin runs when the footpiece is rotated in the socket.
  • the collar of the foot is clamped firmly against the counter surface of the base plate until the cross pin overcomes a dead center of the resting mountain and locks in the final locking position. So that the beacon is fixed rigidly and without tilting in the base plate, the stop on the foot piece and the counter surface on the foot plate are usually conical.
  • a disadvantage of this known construction is that the mutually engaging conical surfaces are often difficult to solve each other again. This is especially true when the foot plate is wet with rain or encrusted with mud. When trying to forcibly release the beacon from the socket, the beacon blade is often bent.
  • the locking mountain is subject to the bayonet contours of the existing plastic plug-in receptacle by the friction effect of the transverse pin made of metal heavy wear, which is reinforced by sand and dirt particles. If the collar on the foot piece and / or the corresponding mating surface is dirty on the foot plate, the bayonet lock can be so stiff that the bayonet contours are literally peeled off. This may in particular lead to prolonged use that the plug connection between the foot and the foot plate lokkert. On the other hand, however, the peeled material may jam in the socket so that the beacon can not be solved.
  • a known beacon a bayonet lock is provided, with which the plugged into a foot, flat beacon is locked.
  • the beacon has two bayonet projections which fit into correspondingly shaped slot extensions of the insertion opening of the foot part.
  • the slots are widened over about 90 ° in the circumferential direction to branches, so that L-shaped receptacles are formed for the bayonet projections.
  • the branches have no boundary on the bottom, but extend to the bottom of the foot part.
  • the beacon is supported in the locked state with the lower edge of the beacon sheet on the top of the foot part.
  • the beacon has a foot piece arranged at its lower end, which can be inserted into a plug-in receptacle of the foot plate and has four bayonet projections for its locking at bayonet contours of the plug-in receptacle on its circumference.
  • the bayonet contours are formed by L-shaped grooves in the inner wall of the socket, and the circumferentially extending branches of these grooves have a clear height which is equal to the height of the bayonet projections.
  • the circumferentially extending branches of the grooves are located inside the socket, they are well protected against contamination.
  • the foot and the base plate are not axially braced against each other when the bayonet lock is rotated to the locking position, the bayonet contours are less prone to wear.
  • a latching of the foot piece in the locking position can be achieved by locking devices which are formed separately from the bayonet projections and the bayonet contours.
  • these locking devices can be formed by axially arranged in the peripheral wall of the foot piece resilient tongues in the region of the lower end of this foot piece, which are offset in height to the locking projections and the locking contours and which are incident in associated notches when the foot in the locked position is turned.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a device for attaching a beacon to a base plate, which allows a locking of the beacon in the locked state and at the same time allows for high durability and reliability a simpler and more robust construction of the foot of the beacon.
  • At least one of the circumferentially extending branches of the grooves has at least one detent spring for locking a bayonet projection, which restricts the clear height of the branch to a degree in the relaxed state, the smaller than the height of the bayonet projections is.
  • the foot piece of the beacon is therefore robust. Nevertheless, a secure hold of the beacon is given because only short horizontal branches of the grooves for locking the bayonet lock are necessary due to the latch, so that, for example, four such branches can be arranged distributed in the circumferential direction of the foot.
  • the foot of the beacon can then be supported on four sides with the bayonet projections in the branches of the grooves and can also be secured by tilting substantially cylindrical form-fitting contoured surfaces of the foot piece and the socket.
  • At least one of the detent springs is substantially relaxed in the locking position of the bayonet projections.
  • Such a construction prevents material fatigue of those detent springs, which need only be claimed for locking or unlocking the beacon.
  • the detent springs are respectively arranged on the underside of the circumferentially extending branches of the grooves in the form of two circumferentially of the foot piece toward each other directed locking tongues, which are separated by an inverted T-shaped cutout in the wall of the socket and each one upwards have in the groove projecting, beveled locking projection.
  • the locking projections may be clamped in the locking position between one of the two locking tongues and the top of the groove, or it may be relaxed both locking tongues.
  • the foot piece on its outer peripheral surface four arranged at angular intervals of 90 ° bayonet projections and is formed by a tubular molding made of plastic.
  • the bayonet contours of the socket are accordingly formed by four L-shaped grooves.
  • the plug-in receptacle is designed as an adapter made of plastic, which has an overall square outer cross-section Has.
  • Foot plates for beacons and other shut-off devices have a standard square insertion hole with an edge length of 60 mm.
  • the receptacle forming adapter is designed so that it can be inserted into this square hole and locked in its outer wall formed with resilient latching pawls in the hole of the base plate. Then, when the foot of the beacon is inserted and locked, the latches are supported by the foot from the inside, so that the adapter is reliably secured against tearing out of the hole of the foot plate.
  • the device of the invention allows a secure and stable attachment of the beacon to foot plates of all popular types.
  • FIG 1 the lower part of a beacon 10 can be seen, which has at the lower end of a foot 12, with which it is releasably locked in a base plate 14.
  • the foot plate 14 has in the middle of a square insertion hole 16 with an edge length of 60 mm.
  • An adapter 18 made of plastic has a to the Inner cross section of the insertion hole 16 adapted square outer cross section and is inserted from above into the insertion hole 16.
  • a molded on the upper end of the adapter 18 circular collar 20 rests on the top of the base plate 14.
  • the adapter 18 has a plurality of latching pawls 22, which engage under the underside of the base plate 14 and lie in a created by redesignhöcker 24 of the base plate floor space.
  • the foot 12 is inserted into the adapter 18 and supports the locking pawls 22 from the inside, so that these latches can not yield after the beacon has been inserted into the adapter. In this way, reliably prevented by the pawls 22 that the beacon 10 is torn out of the base plate 14 together with the adapter 18 upwards.
  • This adapter is a hollow plastic body.
  • the latches 22 are formed by parts of the wall of this hollow body, which are separated by slots.
  • Vertical skids 26 on the outer surfaces of the walls of the adapter 18 facilitate the precise insertion of the adapter into the insertion hole 16 of the base plate.
  • the circular flange 20 and the upper part of the adapter 18 have a circular plug-in receptacle 28, in the inner wall of which four bayonet contours 30 arranged at angular intervals of 90 ° are formed.
  • These bayonet contours are L-shaped grooves, of which only the vertical branches 32 can be seen in FIG.
  • Horizontal branches 34, which adjoin the lower ends of the branches 32 in an L-shaped manner, can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 4 as substantially rectangular window-like openings in the wall of the adapter.
  • the horizontal branches 34 each have two central locking springs 35 in the form of locking tongues, which are directed towards each other in the circumferential direction of the foot piece. They are separated by an inverted T-shaped cutout 36 in the wall of the adapter 18 and each have an upwardly projecting into the branch 34, beveled locking projection 37. At the right end of the cutout 36 this is continued only in the outer part of the wall of the adapter 18, but not on the inside of the wall of the adapter 18, which forms the circular plug-in receptacle 28. Therefore, in FIG. 2, an edge 38 is the inside of the wall of the adapter 18 visible, noticeable.
  • the vertical branches 32 of the L-shaped grooves are extended downwardly by narrower vertical grooves 40 having a semicircular cross-section and extending to a heel 41 ( Figure 4), at which the circular one Inner cross-section of the central opening 28 extended to a rectangular inner cross-section, which is bounded by the latching pawls 22.
  • the grooves 40 allow the combination of the foot piece of the invention with one of the above-mentioned utility model DE 201 16 571.6 known beacon, and their function is explained in more detail there.
  • the detents 22 are separated by a U-shaped cutout.
  • the collar 20 has two screw holes 42, which allow the adapter 18 to be additionally screwed to the base plate 14.
  • this ringbefest Trent only serves as a supplement to the latching latches 22 formed by the latching attachment. Since the base plate 14 is usually made of a relatively inhomogeneous recycled material in the screws hold only bad, the snap-fastening with the help of the latches 22 provides a higher level of security.
  • the lower part of the beacon 10 is again shown separately with the foot 12.
  • the foot 12 is formed as a cylindrical sleeve made of plastic, which has a flange 44 at the upper end and an insertion bevel 48 at the lower end for easier insertion into the plug receptacle 28 of the adapter 18.
  • On the peripheral surface of the foot piece 12 are arranged approximately at half the height of four angular intervals of 90 ° arranged bayonet projections 50 having the outline shape of a circle.
  • the diameter of this circle is greater than the clear height between the top of the horizontal branches 34 of the bayonet contours 30 and the locking projections 37 in the relaxed state of the detent springs 35.
  • the diameter may in particular coincide with the clear height of the horizontal branches 34 of the bayonet contours ( Figure 6 ).
  • the foot piece 12 When the foot 12 is inserted into the adapter 18 and shown in FIG Way is to be locked, the foot piece 12 is first recognized in such an angular position from above to the adapter 18, that the bayonet projections 50 are aligned with the vertical branches 32 of the bayonet contours 30.
  • the beacon blade of the beacon 10 is then rotated at an angle of 45 ° to the base plate 14. In this position, the foot 12 is inserted axially into the plug receptacle 28 of the adapter 18.
  • the bayonet projections 50 enter the vertical branches 32 of the bayonet contours.
  • the bayonet projections 50 abut with their bottom at the lower ends of the vertical branches 32 of the L-shaped grooves.
  • the beacon 10 and foot 12 are then rotated about their vertical center axis.
  • the bayonet projections 50 run in the horizontal branches 34 of the L-shaped grooves on the locking projections 37 of the detent springs 35 and push them down.
  • the length of the horizontal branches 34 is dimensioned so that the rotation angle is limited to 45 °.
  • both detent springs 35 are substantially relaxed, so that the foot piece 12 is locked in the locking position.
  • the foot piece 12 is held by the plug-in receptacle 28 and the bayonet projections 50 tilt-proof in the adapter 18.
  • the flange 44 of the foot is located at a short distance above the collar 20 of the adapter and prevents the ingress of dirt into the socket 28th
  • FIG. 6 shows a modified embodiment in a representation corresponding to FIG.
  • the detent springs 35 are arranged on the grooves further to the locking position of the bayonet projections 50, so that only the right of the two detent springs 35 is relaxed when the bayonet projections 50 in the position shown in Figure 6 at the ends of the horizontal branches 34 of the grooves attacks.
  • the left of the two detent springs 35 clamps the bayonet projection 50 against the top of the horizontal branch 34 of the groove.
