Description

  • The invention relates to a collection device for drawers or the like with a acted upon by at least two springs movable carrier, which is releasably coupled with a fixed to a furniture part holding part.
  • Such a collection device is from the German utility model DE 202 17 975 U known. The object of the invention is to improve a collection device of this type to the effect that it has a more uniform intake behavior and even in the last closing range strong catchment.
  • The object of the invention is achieved in that at least one of the springs with the driver detachably coupled and at least one spring is constantly connected to the driver.
  • It is advantageously provided that the springs are unequal length.
  • In general, such a drawer will be equipped with two springs. When pulling out the drawer, first both springs are cocked, then the shorter spring is released from the driver and anchored in the tensioned state in the housing, in which the driver is movable. Upon further withdrawal of the drawer, the longer spring is then further tensioned alone, until it is anchored tensioned together with the driver in the housing. Subsequently, the drawer can be further freely pulled out of the furniture body.
  • When inserting the drawer, the holding part engages in a known manner at the driver, solves this from its anchorage on the housing and the drawer is first pulled by a spring into the furniture body. About the feed path, the tension of the spring decreases. When the tension of the spring has reached a predetermined lower value, the second spring is coupled to the driver and the drawer is now pulled together by both springs in the furniture body. The voltage drop or force drop in the first spring is compensated by the use of the second springs.
  • A further embodiment of the invention provides that the driver is mounted on a linearly movable slide, which acts on a coupling part, which with at least a spring is fixedly connected. In the coupling part supports a rocker, which serves as a locking member and locks the coupling part once on the slide and once on the housing.

  • In the embodiments shown, the collection device 1 is mounted on the support rail 2 a Ausziehführungsgarnitur. The support rail 2 is to be attached in a conventional manner to a side wall of a furniture body. On each side of the drawer a pull-3 is attached. At the loading side pull-out rail 3 is a arranged downwardly projecting driving pin 6, which forms the holding part, with which the driver 12 of the intake device 1 is detachably coupled.
  • The intake device 1 has a housing 7 which is anchored on a horizontal web of the support rail 2. Furthermore, an anchoring part 5 for the springs 14, 15 is provided, which is also anchored on the horizontal web of the support rail 2. When mounting on the mounting rail 2, the housing 7 and the anchoring part 5 are distanced from each other. The distance between the housing 7 and the anchoring part 5 determines the tension of the springs 14, 15 and thus the retraction force of the retraction device 1. The ends of the springs 14, 15 are fixedly connected to the anchoring part 5.
  • The driver 12 of the intake device 1 superimposed on a movable carriage 7 in the housing 7 and is designed as a tilting part. The driver 12 has a projection, by means of which it is guided on a guide track of the housing 7.
  • The two springs 14, 15 are on the one hand anchored to the anchoring part 5 and on the other hand on the carriage 8. The distance of the anchoring part 5 from the housing 7 determined as I said the tension of the springs 14, 15. The housing 7 has a U-shaped cross section and covers in mounting position the springs 14, 15 partially and the carriage 8 entirely.
  • In the exemplary embodiment, two springs 14, 15 designed as helical and tension springs are provided which lie side by side in a plane which is aligned parallel to the mounting plane of the housing 7. Under mounting plane, the plane is to be provided, in which the housing 7 rests on the horizontal web of the support rail 2.
  • If a stronger pull-in force is required, three or more springs can also be provided. The height (the extent perpendicular to the horizontal web of the support rail 2) of the housing 7 remains unchanged, which is why the collection device 1 can be installed in very low Ausziehführungsgarnituren.
  • The spring 14 is constantly connected to the carriage 8. However, the spring 15 is anchored in a coupling part 4, on which a rocker 10 is tiltably mounted on an axle 9.
  • The rocker 10 has two latching lugs 16, 17. The detent 16 is provided with a stop surface 18.
  • The rocker 10 couples the coupling part 4 either with the carriage 8 or with the housing. 7

  • Now, if the drawer and thus the pull-out rail 3 is pulled out of the furniture body, the holding part 6 pulls the driver 12 together with the carriage 8 and the coupling part 4 anchored thereto in the direction of the arrows A of Fig. 6, 10 and 17, wherein the springs 14 and 15 are curious. In this case, the rocker 10 is mounted with the locking lug 17 at a support surface 22 of the carriage 8. Through the upper end wall 7 'of the housing 7, the rocker 10 is held in this position.
  • The housing 7 has an opening 20 in the upper end wall 7 '. Once the latch 16 is located below this opening 20, the rocker 10 is tilted clockwise due to the force acting on the latch 17 and the latch 16 engages as shown in Fig. 8 in the opening 20, wherein the stop surface 18 abuts against a counter surface 21 of the opening 20 and the housing 7.
  • As a result of this rotational movement of the rocker 10, the latching lug 17 releases the holding surface 22 and the carriage 8 is decoupled from the coupling part 4, while the coupling part 4 is anchored to the housing 7 via the rocker 10. The spring 15 is parked in a tensioned position, so to speak. The driver 12 and the carriage 8 are moved further, wherein the spring 14 is further tensioned. As soon as the driver 12 has reached its end position, it is pivoted by the angling of the control track in the housing 7 and releases the holding part 6. The drawer is now moved freely along the support rails and the collection device 1 remains in the ready position.
  • If the drawer is closed and the holding part 6 snaps into the recess 23 of the driver 12, the driver 12 is tilted out of its rest position and pulled over the carriage 8 by the spring 14 in the furniture body. During the Einzugsweges the tension and thus the force of the spring 14 decreases. When the carriage 8 has reached the position shown in FIG. 8, the nose 24 of the carriage 8 abuts on a mating surface 25 of the rocker 10, and the locking lug 16 of the rocker 10 is pushed out of the opening 20, wherein the hold between the abutment surfaces 18, 21 is released. At the same time, the locking lug 17 of the rocker 10 engages behind the retaining surface 22 of the slider 8 and the coupling part 4 is thus coupled via the rocker 10 with the slide 8. Now, the spring 15 acts on the slider 8 and thus on the driver 12, and the drawer is pulled together by the springs 14, 15 in the furniture body into its rearmost position. The loss of tension of the spring 14 via the feed path is lifted by turn on the spring 15 and the drawer is very uniformly drawn into the furniture body.
  • The coupling part 4 is formed in its front region with a U-shaped cross section, and in this area the rocker 10 is mounted on an axle 9.
  • In the illustrated embodiment, the retraction device 1 is arranged on the stationary support rail 2 and the driving pin 6 on the loading side pull-out 3. The reverse arrangement, ie the retraction device 1 on the pull-3 and the driving pin 6 on the mounting rail 2, would also be possible.

Claims (11)

  1. A retraction device for drawers or the like comprising a displaceable entrainment member which is subjected to the force of at least two springs and which can be releasably coupled to a holding member secured to a portion of an article of furniture characterised in that at least one of the springs (15) can be releasably coupled to the entrainment member (12) and at least one spring (14) is constantly connected to the entrainment member (12).
  2. A retraction device as set forth in claim 1 characterised in that the springs (14, 15) of an unequal length.
  3. A retraction device as set forth in claim 1 characterised by a coupling member (4) which is fixedly connected to at least one spring (15) and which during the displacement travel of the entrainment member (12) couples an end of said at least one spring (15) alternately either to the entrainment member (12) or a housing (7) in which the entrainment member (12) is displaceable.
  4. A retraction device as set forth in claim 2 characterised in that the entrainment member (12) is mounted on a linearly displaceable slider (8) which is engaged by the coupling member (4).
  5. A retraction device as set forth in claim 3 characterised in that a rocker member (10) is mounted in the coupling member (4).
  6. A retraction device as set forth in claim 5 characterised in that the rocker member (10) has two latching noses (16, 17), of which alternately one is in engagement with a holding surface (21) of the housing (7) and one is in engagement with a holding surface (22) of the slider (8).
  7. A retraction device as set forth in claim 5 or claim 6 characterised in that the rocker member (10) is mounted in the coupling member (4) tiltably on a spindle (9).
  8. A retraction device as set forth in claim 6 characterised in that the holding surface (22) of the slider (8) is in the form of a control cam.
  9. A retraction device as set forth in claim 6 characterised in that the holding surfaces (21, 22) are provided beside openings (20) in the housing (7) and in the slider (8).
  10. A retraction device as set forth in claim 5 characterised in that the coupling member (4) has a region of U-shaped cross-section, in which the rocker member (10) is mounted.
  11. A retraction device as set forth in at least one of claims 1 through 10 characterised in that provided on the slider (8) is a control nose (24) which tilts the rocker member (10) and thus couples the coupling member (4) to the slider (8).
