Definitions
- the present invention relates to an opening and closing device for a push element, in particular a drawer, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the EP 1845821 discloses a drawer-extractor closing and opening device having an ejector.
- a spring of the ejector is stretched and fixed by a locking mechanism.
- the drawer is pressed against the force of the spring, so that then the drawer is pressed by the spring in a slightly open position, to then be further opened by hand.
- this closing and opening device is disadvantageous that the latching of the ejector takes place only immediately in the closed position. As a result, when the drawer is moved until shortly before the closing movement, it may inadvertently be opened again.
- due to tolerances in the installation of the closing and opening device may happen that it can lead to incorrect operations during clamping and unlocking of the ejector.
- the AT 008 629 a drive device for a drawer, which is designed as a touch-latch mechanism and allows ejection of the drawer from the closed position.
- a collection device is also provided.
- the drive device and the collection device are arranged on a protruding from a rail of the pullout guide housing.
- the opening and closing device comprises an ejection device in order to move the running rail with the pushing element in the unlocking direction from the closed position against the force of the self-closing device in the opening direction.
- the advantages of the ejection device can be combined with the advantages of the self-closing device.
- the self-closing device ensures that when closing the pusher this is securely guided in the closed position and is held. Even with a not exactly executed closing movement, the self-closing device ensures in its range of effectiveness that the pusher is moved to the closed position.
- the user can take advantage of the ejection device that provides unlocking for an opening movement.
- the thrust element can be designed in a handle-less optics and a release of the ejection device can be effected by pressing in (ejection mechanism).
- the ejection device has a force accumulator whose force is greater than the force of an energy accumulator of Dieinzugsvorraum. This ensures that when the thrust element is opened, the ejection device also overcomes the force of the energy accumulator of the self-retraction device and ensures an opening movement.
- the energy accumulator of the ejection device can be charged by means of a movement of the running rail.
- the running rail is moved by the user anyway, especially during a closing movement, so that the charging of the energy storage can be done mechanically in a simple manner.
- the energy accumulator of the ejection device can be locked in a charged position.
- the charging of the energy storage takes place preferably by a movement of the running rail, which is still outside the range of effectiveness of Diemzugsvorraum- here. This ensures that the effect of the force accumulator of the ejection device and the energy accumulator of Deinzugsvorraum not overlap.
- the forces of the energy storage independently of each other can be selected to a great extent.
- the force of the energy accumulator of the ejection device preferably exceeds the force of the energy accumulator of the self-retraction device.
- the ejection device has a latching mechanism by means of which a latching pawl is fixable in two spaced-apart positions.
- the ejection device can be designed so that in the closed position of the latching mechanism provides for a locking or locking and unlocking of the ejection device takes place by pressing the thrust element.
- the ejection device is effective in the opening direction at least in the region of the self-retraction device, and for charging an energy accumulator of the ejection device, a movement of the running rail is used outside the effective range of the self-retraction device.
- This charging area for the energy accumulator of the ejection device can take place both immediately after the effective range of the self-closing device and at a distance from it.
- the self-retracting device may further include a damper to prevent loud attack sounds.
- the front panel gap between the front panel and the furniture body can be regulated.
- the front panel gap must be in a range between 3 and 7 mm, preferably about 5 mm.
- a locking in the desired position is effected via the coupled to the drawer slide.
- an opposing force is transmitted via the latching device associated with the ejection device and the activator associated therewith via the running rail coupled to the drawer Opening direction for positioning the front panel generated with a suitable for the reliability of the ejection device gap.
- the latch of the ejector has only in the opening direction on a stop.
- the activator of the self-closing device In order for the activator of the self-closing device to be able to drive over the latching device of the ejection device, it has a starting slope on the rear side in the opening direction.
- the latch of the ejector pivots and releases the activator so that it can be inserted into the latch of Deinzugsvorraum and this is triggered.
- the latch of the ejection device may be made of elastic material so that it can submerge when it passes over the activator associated with the self-closing device.
- the effective length of the ejection device is a multiple of the effective length of the Diseinzugsvorraum.
- the ejection device comprises a latching fitting with a switching element which is movable along a switching cam and a latching recess can be latched.
- the detent recess is at least partially displaceable and / or pivotally mounted, so that the switching element is released at a predetermined tensile force from the latched position. This gives the user the ability to unlock the locking fitting either by inserting the drawer slide or the drawer or by pulling out. A release of the locking fitting via a switch or a controller is possible.
- a translation means a translation, a pivoting a rotation about a spatial axis.
- the detent recess may comprise at least two relatively movable parts.
- the movable part of the detent recess is preferably biased by a spring into an initial position, which also determines the force for an unlocking operation. This ensures that the detent recess is reset after an unlocking movement back to the starting position, so that the switching element can lock again on the detent recess.
- the detent fitting may further include a trigger by means of which the switching element is moved out of the detent recess.
- the shutter can move the switching element in the loop-shaped portion of the switching cam by the relative movement between the component forming the detent recess and the trigger.
- the trigger and / or the detent recess be designed to be movable to effect unlocking.
- the switching curve force storage load may be mounted relatively displaceable to the trigger.
- the switching curve can be moved over the end portion in the extension direction. Through a recess on the housing of the shutter is fixed, thus the switching curve can be moved relative to the shutter.
- a force is exerted on the switching cam in the region of the detent recess via the switching element and its end portion. Due to the larger contact surface of the end section on the switching curve, the switching curve is shifted relative to the trigger.
- the trigger causes by its oblique contact surface, that the end portion is pressed against the run-on slope.
- the switching curve is moved further in the extension direction and the end portion enters the loop-shaped area.
- the ejection mechanism thus aids in opening the pusher.
- the component with the switching cam is moved back into the end position by a force store against the withdrawal direction. When closing the end section can be locked again in the detent recess.
- a piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2, on which a plurality of push elements in the form of drawers 3 are displaceably mounted.
- corresponding pull-out guides 5 are provided on opposite sides of the drawer 3, wherein an opening and closing device is provided on at least one pull-out guide.
- the drawer 3 is coupled to the rails 10.
- FIG. 1 For example, the function of the opening and closing device can be schematically explained, with the position of the drawers 3 being discussed from top to bottom.
- the top drawer 3 is in the closed position.
- a front panel 4 of the drawer 3 is at a distance L1 to the furniture body 2, which is for example in a range between 3 and 7 mm, preferably about 5 mm.
- a discharge device 6 By pressing the drawer 3 in the furniture body 2, a discharge device 6 is unlocked, which has a spring 15, by means of which the drawer 3 is moved to a slightly open position (middle drawer).
- the distance L2 of the front panel 4 from the furniture carcass 2 is about 40 mm, in particular may be arranged in a range between 30 and 80 mm. In this position, the user can grab the front panel 4 and open the drawer further, as shown in the drawer 3 below.
- the spring 15 of the ejection device 6 is tensioned by the closing movement.
- the spring 15 of the ejection device has already been fully tensioned.
- a self-closing device is effective, which is coupled to the drawer 3.
- the drawer 3 can be moved to the closed position L 1.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an opening and closing device for a push element, which allows easy operation and ensures that even when not fully executed to the closed position closing this is achieved.
This object is achieved with an opening and closing device with the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the opening and closing device comprises an ejection device in order to move the running rail with the pushing element in the unlocking direction from the closed position against the force of the self-closing device in the opening direction. Thereby, the advantages of the ejection device can be combined with the advantages of the self-closing device. Because the self-closing device ensures that when closing the pusher this is securely guided in the closed position and is held. Even with a not exactly executed closing movement, the self-closing device ensures in its range of effectiveness that the pusher is moved to the closed position. However, the user can take advantage of the ejection device that provides unlocking for an opening movement. As a result, the thrust element can be designed in a handle-less optics and a release of the ejection device can be effected by pressing in (ejection mechanism).
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ejection device has a force accumulator whose force is greater than the force of an energy accumulator of Selbsteinzugsvorrichtung. This ensures that when the thrust element is opened, the ejection device also overcomes the force of the energy accumulator of the self-retraction device and ensures an opening movement.
Preferably, the energy accumulator of the ejection device can be charged by means of a movement of the running rail. This eliminates the need to provide additional components or drives for charging the energy storage. Because the running rail is moved by the user anyway, especially during a closing movement, so that the charging of the energy storage can be done mechanically in a simple manner. In this case, the energy accumulator of the ejection device can be locked in a charged position. The charging of the energy storage takes place preferably by a movement of the running rail, which is still outside the range of effectiveness of Selbstemzugsvorrichtung- here. This ensures that the effect of the force accumulator of the ejection device and the energy accumulator of Selbsteinzugsvorrichtung not overlap. Furthermore, the forces of the energy storage independently of each other, can be selected to a great extent. The force of the energy accumulator of the ejection device preferably exceeds the force of the energy accumulator of the self-retraction device.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the ejection device has a latching mechanism by means of which a latching pawl is fixable in two spaced-apart positions. In this case, the ejection device can be designed so that in the closed position of the latching mechanism provides for a locking or locking and unlocking of the ejection device takes place by pressing the thrust element.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the ejection device is effective in the opening direction at least in the region of the self-retraction device, and for charging an energy accumulator of the ejection device, a movement of the running rail is used outside the effective range of the self-retraction device. This charging area for the energy accumulator of the ejection device can take place both immediately after the effective range of the self-closing device and at a distance from it. The self-retracting device may further include a damper to prevent loud attack sounds.
By using an adjustable ejection device, the front panel gap between the front panel and the furniture body can be regulated. For a safe operation of the ejection device, the front panel gap must be in a range between 3 and 7 mm, preferably about 5 mm. About the power storage of the self-closing device and its associated latch and its associated activator a locking in the desired position is effected via the coupled to the drawer slide. In addition, an opposing force is transmitted via the latching device associated with the ejection device and the activator associated therewith via the running rail coupled to the drawer Opening direction for positioning the front panel generated with a suitable for the reliability of the ejection device gap.
The latch of the ejector has only in the opening direction on a stop. In order for the activator of the self-closing device to be able to drive over the latching device of the ejection device, it has a starting slope on the rear side in the opening direction. After charging the force accumulator of the ejection device by the activator associated with the self-closing device, the latch of the ejector pivots and releases the activator so that it can be inserted into the latch of Selbsteinzugsvorrichtung and this is triggered. Alternatively, the latch of the ejection device may be made of elastic material so that it can submerge when it passes over the activator associated with the self-closing device.
Preferably, the effective length of the ejection device is a multiple of the effective length of the Selbsteinzugsvorrichtung.
In one embodiment, the ejection device comprises a latching fitting with a switching element which is movable along a switching cam and a latching recess can be latched. In this case, the detent recess is at least partially displaceable and / or pivotally mounted, so that the switching element is released at a predetermined tensile force from the latched position. This gives the user the ability to unlock the locking fitting either by inserting the drawer slide or the drawer or by pulling out. A release of the locking fitting via a switch or a controller is possible. A translation means a translation, a pivoting a rotation about a spatial axis.
The detent recess may comprise at least two relatively movable parts. The movable part of the detent recess is preferably biased by a spring into an initial position, which also determines the force for an unlocking operation. This ensures that the detent recess is reset after an unlocking movement back to the starting position, so that the switching element can lock again on the detent recess.
The detent fitting may further include a trigger by means of which the switching element is moved out of the detent recess. In this case, the shutter can move the switching element in the loop-shaped portion of the switching cam by the relative movement between the component forming the detent recess and the trigger. In this case, optionally, the trigger and / or the detent recess be designed to be movable to effect unlocking.
Furthermore, the switching curve force storage load may be mounted relatively displaceable to the trigger. By a certain, via the force of the energy store adjustable force, the switching curve can be moved over the end portion in the extension direction. Through a recess on the housing of the shutter is fixed, thus the switching curve can be moved relative to the shutter. In an overload situation, a force is exerted on the switching cam in the region of the detent recess via the switching element and its end portion. Due to the larger contact surface of the end section on the switching curve, the switching curve is shifted relative to the trigger. The trigger causes by its oblique contact surface, that the end portion is pressed against the run-on slope. The switching curve is moved further in the extension direction and the end portion enters the loop-shaped area. The ejection mechanism thus aids in opening the pusher. After being triggered by train, the component with the switching cam is moved back into the end position by a force store against the withdrawal direction. When closing the end section can be locked again in the detent recess.
