Claims (9)
- Düsenbalken an einer Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von feinsten Flüssigkeitsstrahlen zur hydrodynamischen Strahlbeaufschlagung der Fasern einer entlang des Balkens geführten Bahn, wie Faserbahn, Tissue ect. Gewebe oder Gewirke, der aus einem sich über die Arbeitsbreite der Bahn erstreckenden oberen Teil und einem unteren Teil besteht, wobeia) in dem oberen Teil über seine Länge eine im Querschnitt runde Druckkammer (4) angeordnet ist, der die unter Druck stehende Flüssigkeit z. B. stimseitig zugeführt ist,b) parallel dazu in dem unteren Teil eine Druckverteilkammer (5) vorgesehen ist,c) die Druckverteilkammer (5) in einen gegenüber dem Querschnitt der Druckverteilkammer (5) schmalen Flüssigkeitsaustrittsschlitz ausläuft undd) oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsaustrittsschlitzes (13) ein Düsenstreifen (14) flüssigkeitsdicht gelagert ist, der mit der Vielzahl seiner Düsenlöcher und damit der Vielzahl von nebeneinander austretenden Wasserstrahlen einen dichten Flüssigkeitsvorhang erzeugt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasse) unterhalb des Flüssigkeitsaustrittsschlitzes (13) des unteren Teils (2), also in Fließrichtung des austretenden Druckwassers hinter dem Düsenstreifen (14), an dem Unterteil (2) oder unabhängig, aber im Bereich des Unterteils (2) zumindest einerseits der aus dem Düsenstreifen (14) in Reihe hintereinander austretenden Wasserstahlen eine optische Einrichtung (27, 28) zur Feststellung des tatsächlichen Austritts der einzelnen Wasserstrahlen des Flüssigkeitsvorhangs vorgesehen oder wirksam ist. - Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beobachtungseinrichtung (27, 28) aus einer Lichtquelle und aus einer lichtempfindlichen Optik besteht.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beobachtungseinrichtung (27, 28) mit Ultraschallsensoren od. dgl. versehen ist.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die optische Einrichtung od. dgl. (27, 28) nach dem Korrelationsprinzip arbeitet.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (27, 28) nur einen Teil der Länge des Wasservorhangs überdeckt und über einen größeren Teil der Länge des Wasservorhangs bewegbar wie hin- und her changierbar ist.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (27, 28) zumindest zeitlich nach und nach die ganze Länge des Wasservorhangs lückenlos abdeckt.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Einrichtung (27, 28) registrierten Daten mit einem Referenzmuster verglichen und eventuelle Fehlstellen registriert und zur Warnung an eine akustisch und/oder optische Einheit weitergegeben werden.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle zusammen mit der optischen Einrichtung od. dgl. (27, 28) zusammen hin und her changierend gelagert ist.
- Düsenbalken nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einerseits des Wasservorhangs die optische Einrichtung od. dgl. (27, 28) und anderseits des Wasservorhangs ein neutraler, gleichmäßig reflektierender Hintergrund angeordnet sind.
