Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat chisel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such flat chisels come in the processing of rocks, especially brick used to, for example To create breakthroughs, channels and slots. From the state The technique is flat chisels with different elevations known on the clubface. In particular, from the WO 01/36163 Flat chisel known. Such flat chisels apply in terms of their destructive or refractive effect improve
- the invention is based on the object, a flat chisel to develop in a near-cutting area over the entire width of the cutting an increased crushing and Has destructive power.
- the flat chisel according to the invention has at least one the striking surfaces on at least one V-rib, which by a short, steep compared to the clubface rising, front section and a long, flat to the Longitudinal axis sloping second section is characterized.
- Such a trained flat chisel is in operation first by the main cutting edge penetrating into the material determined in its effective direction and points at the next Penetration into the material an increased explosive or Refractive power, which by the steep from the Striking surface raising impact section of the V-rib produced is. It is important that the batting section is small and is set back from the main cutting edge to the Penetration of the flat chisel into the material by the Slowly decelerate the V-rib.
- the blow section is the Area of the V-rib, with which this primarily on the material to be processed acts.
- the support section which - contrary to the effective direction of Considered flat chisel - in the lee of the Blowing section lies.
- the support section has the task to stabilize and ensure the impact section that the chisel at a complete penetration of the Chisel head in the material to be machined easily this can be pulled out. This ensures the Support section by its elongated, approximate parallel course to the longitudinal axis of the chisel, because thereby becomes a barb-like behavior of the V-rib prevented.
- the main cutting length stands for Cross cutting length or face length approximately in one Ratio of 5: 1 to 10: 1, in particular 7: 1 based on the Sound effects of the cutting or impact surface in the Effective direction x of the flat chisel.
- the bit on a V-rib which itself in front view with two triangular surfaces from the Striking surface rises, the surfaces with each other across form the main cutting edge cutting edge and where the elevation pyramid-like by two more triangular surfaces is completed.
- the Cross cutting edge and the surfaces will be a deep penetration the V-rib in the material to be processed especially favored.
- the Cutting edge or the striking surface of the V-rib an angle ⁇ from about 40 ° to 50 ° to the longitudinal axis of the flat chisel.
- the invention provides, the surfaces which oppose considered the direction of action of the flat chisel - im Wind shadow of the transverse cutting edge forming surfaces or lie on the striking surface, over the striking surface of the Flat chisel to extend to the chisel shaft. hereby the impact section of the V-rib experiences optimal Support.
- the invention provides for at least one of Faces of the flat chisel at least one V-rib to arrange.
- the number and location of the V-ribs is it allows the destructive power of the flat chisel on purpose the material to be processed and the desired behavior of the Chisel adapt.
- it is provided two symmetrical and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the flat chisel to arrange extending V-ribs on the clubface.
- the main cutting edge in on its entire width in supports its destructive effect and it becomes one Twisting the flat chisel around its longitudinal axis effectively counteracted, so that the desired direction at high refractive power is maintained.
- the invention provides, the impact section of Wedge surface through two oblique to the main cutting edge and oblique to form surfaces facing the face of the flat chisel, which together form the transverse cutting edge.
- the invention provides, the Striking portion essentially by a triangular To form striking surface, which with its base parallel to the main cutting edge and this over two roof gable-like triangular surfaces oriented towards each other to be supported on the face of the flat chisel. hereby a V-rib is created, which by their in the Direction of action of the chisel oriented face a high Having debris effect and in which the impact section following support section is slim.
- the invention provides before, the striking section essentially by a to form a triangular striking surface, which with its Base side is parallel to the main cutting edge and this over three triangular areas on the striking surface of the To support the flat chisel so that the V-rib looks the same gets an upper section of a pyramid.
- the V-rib also possess the running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the chisel Side surfaces of the V-rib, in particular at an oblique in the material to be machined penetrating chisel, the Material destroying and chisel-leading properties
- the impact section of V-rib essentially by a rectangular To form striking surface, which with its base parallel to the main cutting edge and this over three rectangular areas on the face of the flat chisel so that the V-rib looks like one of receives two sides rising ramp.
- the V-rib also possess the parallel to Longitudinal axis of the chisel extending side surfaces of the V-rib, especially at an angle in the too Machining material penetrating chisel, the material destructive and chiselling properties.
- I 1a shows a plan view of a flat chisel 1.
- the flat chisel 1 is composed essentially of a cutter head 2, a shaft 3 and a clamping end 4 together.
- the chucking end 4 is designed as an SDS or SDS plus shaft.
- FIG. 1a shows a side view II is shown in the illustrated in Figure 1a I chisel.
- FIG. 1a III shows an enlarged view of the cutter head 2 in plan view.
- the chisel head 2 has a main cutting edge 5 which is transverse to a longitudinal axis of the chisel L 1 . This passes over cutting surfaces 6a, 6b into a front striking surface 7a and a rear striking surface 7b (see also FIG. 1a IV ).
- the cutting surfaces 6a, 6b form a main cutting edge 8 with each other. Laterally of the striking surfaces 7a and 7b, lateral striking surfaces 9a, 9b and 10a, 10b are arranged, which run towards the main cutting edge 8.
- the striking surfaces 7a, 7b are bounded respectively by the cutting surfaces 6a and the lateral striking surfaces 9a, 9b and 10a, 10b and the chisel shaft 3. In this case, the striking surface 7a or 7a merges with the formation of a pointed surface in the cross-sectionally round chisel shaft 3.
- the main cutting edge 5 has a width B 5 .
- the wedge rib 11 rises steeply in the side view, similar to a four-sided pyramid of the striking surface 7a, wherein two triangular surfaces 12a, 12b together form a transverse cutting edge 13 which is transverse to the main cutting edge 8 and inclined against a direction of action x of the flat chisel 1 ,
- the surfaces 12a, 12b together with the transverse cutting edge 13 form a striking portion 14 of the wedge rib 11.
- the surfaces 12a, 12b may also be considered part of a tetrahedron T with a point S, the transverse cutting edge 13 connecting the striking surface 7a to the tip S and forms such a tetrahedral edge.
- the V-rib 11 is formed by two elongated triangular surfaces 12c, 12d and extends approximately to the chisel shaft 3.
- formed by the surfaces 12c, 12d ridge 16 extends in the direction of the transverse cutting edge 13 approximately parallel the longitudinal axis L 1 of the flat chisel 1 (see also Figure 2).
