Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de façonnage de pièces à partir d'une bande de matériau au moyen d'un outil qui pénètre, au moins partiellement ou entièrement, le long du contour des pièces dans la bande de matériau, un lubrifiant étant utilisé,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le lubrifiant n'est appliqué sous forme de matière auxiliaire de façonnage que le long du contour des pièces à façonner, avant ou pendant le façonnage des pièces, d'un ou des deux côtés sur la bande de matériau.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la matière auxiliaire de façonnage est appliquée des deux côtés le long du contour sur la bande de matériau.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la matière auxiliaire de façonnage est appliquée depuis l'outil directement sur la bande de matériau le long du contour.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'une partie de l'outil, par exemple un poinçon, présente une structure de surface dans laquelle est reçue au moins une partie de la matière auxiliaire de façonnage.

  7. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est appliqué pour des pièces à découper après le procédé de découpage fin d'une bande de matériau.
