Claims (6)
- Antrieb für den Flügel einer Tür oder eines Fensters, mit einem Gehäuse und einem in dem Gehäuse verschiebbar angeordneten Kolben, welcher eine Verzahnung aufweist, mit einer Abtriebswelle und einem an der Abtriebswelle angeordneten, separat gefertigten Ritzel, welches mit der Verzahnung zusammenwirkt und drehfest mit der Abtriebswelle verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtriebswelle (1) koaxial an eine Stirnfläche des Ritzels (2) anschließend mit dem Ritzel (2) durch Schweißen verbunden ist. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtriebswelle (1) mit Wellenabschnitten (3) ausgebildet ist, die beidseitig des Ritzels (2) an dieses angeschweißt sind. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtriebswelle (1) einen Fortsatz (5) aufweist, der in seiner Kontaktfläche zum Ritzel (2) verringert ist, wodurch die Materialschmelzung der gegenseitigen Kontaktflächen erhöhbar ist. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (5) in seinem Durchmesser gegenüber dem Außendurchmesser der Abtriebswelle (1) zur Aufnahme von durch das Schweißen bedingten Materialfluss verjüngt ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Abtriebswelle für einen Antrieb für den Flügel einer Tür oder eines Fensters nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschweißen des Ritzels (2) mit dem Wellenabschnitt (3) durch ein Widerstandsschweißverfahren erfolgt, durch welches die Materialien des Wellenabschnitts (3) und des Ritzels (2) miteinander verschmelzen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Wellenabschnitt (3) koaxial an ein Ritzel (2) anschließend angeordnet wird, und der Wellenabschnitt (3) und das Ritzel (2) mittels einer Widerstandschweißeinrichtung verschweißt werden, und der Wellenabschnitt (3) und das Ritzel (2) dabei als Elektroden der Widerstandsschweißeinrichtung verwendet werden.
