- "Secure Mover", wo dem Kunden ein bestimmter Grad der Verfügbarkeit der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage garantiert wird. Der Grad der Verfügbarkeit reicht bspw. von 95% bis 100%. Je nach Kundenbedürfnis kann die Garantie während 24 Stunden und 7 Tagen pro Woche oder nur während bestimmter Geschäftszeiten oder nur während bestimmter vordefinierter Stosszeiten gelten. Im Falle, dass die Garantie nicht erfüllt wird, werden vordefinierte Penahlen fällig.
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Wartung einer Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage (1), mit einer Wartungszentrale (2), welche räumlich von der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage getrennt ist, wobei leistungsrelevante Daten von der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage zur Wartungszentrale übertragen werden, die leistungsrelevanten Daten in der Wartungszentrale mit mindestens einem Betriebsparameter zu einer Anlagenauslastung verknüpft werden und einem räumlich von der Wartungszentrale getrennten Kunden (3) über die Anlagenauslastung ein Protokoll übermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Protokoll elektronisch und/oder als Postsendung an den Kunden übermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Protokoll eine Kostenrechnung über die genutzte Anlagenauslastung aufgeführt wird,
und/oder
dass ein Grad der Verfügbarkeit der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage aufgeführt wird,
und/oder
dass eine Gesamtzahl der Fahrten der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage aufgeführt wird,
und/oder
dass eine zeitliche- bzw. räumliche Verteilung der Fahrten der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage aufgeführt wird,
und/oder
dass eine Gesamtzahl und Gründe der Störungen der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage aufgeführt wird/werden,
und/oder
dass eine Anzahl der bisherigen Wartungsbesuche und den Termin des nächsten Wartungsbesuches aufgeführt wird. - Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kostenrechnung über die genutzte Anlagenauslastung durch mindestens eine Wartungszahlung des Kunden beglichen wird
und/oder
dass eine elektronische Übermittlung der Kostenrechnung an den Kunden durch eine elektronische Veranlassung der Überweisung mindestens einer Wartungszahlung auf ein Konto der mit der Wartung der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage beauftragten Person beglichen wird. - Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kostenrechnung über die genutzte Anlagenauslastung in Wartungsperioden kleiner einem Jahr übermittelt werden, vorzugsweise quartalsweise, vorzugsweise monatlich, vorzugsweise wöchentlich
und/oder
dass die Kostenrechnung nach Konsum einer vordefinierten Kundenleistung übermittelt wird. - Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kostenrechnung nach Erfüllen einer vordefinierten Fahrtenzahl und/oder nach Zurücklegen einer vordefinierten Fahrstrecke übermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Wartungszentrale mindestens ein Schwellenwert der Anlagenauslastung bereitgestellt wird und dass dieser Schwellenwert im Protokoll über die Anlagenauslastung an den Kunden übermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Protokoll mindestens eine Angabe zur Bedeutung des Unter- bzw. Überschreitens des Schwellenwertes der Anlagenauslastung an den Kunden übermittelt wird, dass im Protokoll mindestens eine Angabe zum Modernisierungsaufwand an den Kunden übermittelt wird und dass im Protokoll mindestens eine Kostenrechnung für die Modernisierung an den Kunden übermittelt wird.
- System zur Wartung einer Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage (1), mit einer Wartungszentrale (2), welche räumlich von der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage getrennt ist, wobei mindestens eine Datenübertragungsvorrichtung leistungsrelevante Daten von der Aufzugs- bzw. Fahrtreppenanlage zur Wartungszentrale überträgt, und mindestens eine Datenverarbeitungsanlage die leistungsrelevanten Daten mit mindestens einem Betriebsparameter zu einer Anlagenauslastung verknüpft und mindestens eine Datenübertragungsvorrichtung einem räumlich von der Wartungszentrale getrennten Kunden (3) über die Anlagenauslastung ein Protokoll übermittelt.
