Claims (8)
- Zugregler mit einer Regelklappe (15) als druckdifferenzabhängig wirksames Verschlusselement einer Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) einer Abgasleitung, wobei die Regelklappe (15) an einem die Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) umgebenden Rahmen (11) zwischen einer Schließstellung und verschiedenen Öffnungsstellungen beweglich, insbesondere schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, so dass sie abhängig von der im Bereich der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) herrschenden Differenz zwischen dem Druck im Außenraum und dem Druck im Innenraum der Abgasleitung ihre die Öffnungsweite der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) bestimmende Stellung ändern kann, wobei sie beim Übergang in die Schließstellung mit einem Randüberlappungsbereich (17) an dem Umfangsrandbereich (19) der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) anschlagen kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Umfangsrandbereich (19) der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) oder/und an dem Randüberlappungsbereich (17) der Regelklappe (15) wenigstens ein dichtend und schalldämpfend wirksames Anschlagpufferelement (29; 29') vorgesehen ist, an dem die Anschlagberührung zwischen dem Umfangsrandbereich (19) der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) und dem Randüberlappungsbereich (17) der Regelklappe (15) beim Einrücken der Regelklappe (15) in die Schließstellung stattfindet. - Zugregler nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagpufferelement eine sich am Umfangsrandbereich (19) der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) umlaufend erstreckende, insbesondere schlauchförmige oder streifenförmige Dichtung (29) ist. - Zugregler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagpufferelement eine sich am Umfangsrandbereich der Regelklappe umlaufend erstreckende, insbesondere streifenförmige oder schlauchförmige Dichtung ist. - Zugregler mit einer Regelklappe (15) als druckdifferenzabhängig wirksames Verschlusselement einer Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) einer Abgasleitung, wobei die Regelklappe (15) an einem die Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) umgebenden Rahmen (11) zwischen einer Schließstellung und verschiedenen Öffnungsstellungen beweglich, insbesondere schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, so dass sie abhängig von der im Bereich der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) herrschenden Differenz zwischem dem Druck im Außenraum und dem Druck im Innenraum der Abgasleitung ihre die Öffnungsweite der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) bestimmende Stellung ändern kann, wobei sie beim Übergang in die Schließstellung mit einem Randüberlappungsbereich (17) an dem Umfangsrandbereich (19) der Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) anschlagen kann, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regelklappe (15) mehrschichtig, insbesondere mit Schichten (33, 35) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien ausgebildet ist. - Zugregler nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Regelklappe (15) an ihrer in der Schließstellung dem Innenraum der Abgasleitung zugewandten Seite eine Schicht (35) aus Metall, insbesondere Edelstahl, oder Keramik aufweist, welche außenseitig mit einer Schicht (33) aus einem schalldämpfend wirksamen Dämmmaterial in Verbindung steht.
- Zugregler nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außenseitig auf der Dämmmaterialschicht (33) der Regelklappe (15) eine Schicht (35) aus Metall, insbesondere Edelstahl, oder Keramik vorgesehen ist. - Zugregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Nebenlufteinlassöffnung (13) umgebende Rahmen (11) mehrschichtig, insbesondere mit Schichten (37, 39) aus verschiedenen Materialien ausgebildet ist. - Zugregler nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Schicht (39) des Rahmens (11) aus einem schalldämpfend wirksamen Dämmmaterial besteht.
