Claims (9)
- Prüfmittel zur standardisierten Feststellung der Qualität eines Wasch-, Reinigungs- und/oder Trocknungsprozesses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Prüfmittel (1; 21; 31) einen zwei- oder dreidimensionalen Gegenstand mit einem Trägerelement (2; 22; 32) umfasst und auf dem Gegenstand in einer definierten Dichte durch physikalische und/oder chemische Einwirkungen von dem Gegenstand lösbare Partikel (4; 24; 34) aufgebracht sind.
- Prüfmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel (4; 24; 34) mittels eines Verbindungsmittels auf das Trägerelements (2; 22; 32) aufgebracht sind.
- Prüfmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel (4) und der Gegenstand einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Prüfmittel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Partikel (4) und dem Gegenstand eine Sollbruchstelle vorgesehen ist.
- Prüfmittel nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel (4; 24; 34) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Prüfmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel (4; 24; 34) definierte Grössen von wahlweise Eiweiss, Blut, Ketchup oder anderen Lebensmitteln oder lebensmittelähnlichen Stoffen aufweisen.
- Prüfmittel nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel (34) von ihrer einen Seite mit einem von den Partikeln (34) lösbaren Trägerelement (32) und von ihrer anderen Seite mit einer von den Partikeln (34) lösbaren Trägerfolie (35) bedeckt sind.
- Prüfmittel nach Anspruch 7, , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel (34) auf der zur Trägerfolie (35) hinweisenden Seite mit einem Klebstoff zum Anbringen auf den zu reinigenden Gegenstand versehen sind.
- Prüfmittel nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (2; 22; 32) frei formbar ist und in nahezu jeder beliebigen Ausgestaltung zur Ausbildung von zwei- oder dreidimensionalen Gegenständen aushärtbar ist.
