Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind feste Pflanzenschutzformulierungen enthaltend Polymere auf Basis Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und sogenannten Makromonomeren. Die Formulierungen sind ohne grossen Rühraufwand dispergierbar. Ausserdem sind die Formulierungen im Hinblick auf Temperaturschwankungen und Feuchtigkeit ausgezeichnet lagerstabil (z.B. kein Verbacken). Insbesondere eignet sich die Erfindung für Wettable Powders (WP) und Water-Dispersible-Granules (WDGs). Die aus den festen Formulierungen hergestellten Suspensionen zeigen eine deutlich erhöhte Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) und Stabilität.

Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierungen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft feste Pflanzenschutzformulierungen, insbesondere Wettable-Powders (WP) und Water-Dispersible-Granules (WDG), die Polymere auf Basis von Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und sogenannten Makromonomeren enthalten. Durch den Zusatz der Polymere wird die Dispergierbarkeit der Formulierungen deutlich gesteigert. Die bei der Anwendung aus den festen Formulierungen hergestellten wässrigen
Suspensionen besitzen eine deutlich erhöhte Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit).
Beim Überführen/Verdünnen von festen Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in wässrige Suspensionen zeigen diese häufig nur eine ungenügende Dispergierbarkeit. Insbesondere tritt dieses Problem bei Formulierungen auf, die schwerlösliche, hydrophobe Pestizide enthalten. Gängige Dispergiermittel sind Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Phosphatester, Carbomethoxycellulose, Methylcellulose, Lignin-Sulfonatablaugen, sulfonierte Naphthalin-Formaldehyd- Kondensate, Stärke und Alginate.
Überraschend wurde nun gefunden, dass sich feste Pflanzenschutzformulierungen, die Polymere auf Basis von Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und sogenannten Makromonomeren enthalten, sehr gut, ohne großen Rühraufwand dispergieren lassen. Außerdem sind die Formulierungen im Hinblick auf
Temperaturschwankungen und Feuchtigkeit ausgezeichnet lagerstabil (z.B. kein Verbacken). Insbesondere eignet sich die Erfindung für Wettable Powders (WP) und Water-Dispersible-Granules (WDGs). Die aus den festen Formulierungen hergestellten Suspensionen zeigen eine deutlich erhöhte Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) der Komponenten und eine erhöhte Stabilität.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind demnach feste Pflanzenschutzformulierungen enthaltend mindestens ein Polymer, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder deren Salzen; B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, enthaltend i) eine zur Polymerisation befähigte Endgruppe, die im
Reaktionsmedium zumindest teilweise löslich ist, ii) einen hydrophoben Teil, der Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, linearen oder verzweigten, aliphatischen, cyclo- aliphatischen oder aromatischen (CrCιoo)-Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, und iii) gegebenenfalls einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkylenoxiden basiert; und C) optional einem oder mehreren weiteren mindestens einfach oder mehrfach olefinisch ungesättigten Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-,
Chlor- und/oder fluorhaltigen Comonomeren.
Bevorzugt enthalten die Makromonomeren B) einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkoxiden, bevorzugt Polyethylenoxiden und/oder Polypropylenoxiden, basiert.
Als Salze der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) eignen sich bevorzugt die Lithium-, Natrium-, Kalium-, Magnesium-, Calcium-, Ammonium-, Monoalkylammonium-, Dialkylammonium-, Trialkylammonium- oder Tetraalkylammonium-Salze, wobei die Alkylsubstituenten der Ammoniumionen unabhängig voneinander (Cι-C22)-Alkylreste darstellen, die mit 0 bis 3
Hydroxyalkylgruppen besetzt sein können, deren Alkylkettenlänge in einem Bereich von C2 bis C10 variieren kann. Ebenfalls geeignet sind ein bis dreifach ethoxylierte Ammoniumverbindungen mit unterschiedlichem Ethoxylierungsgrad. Als Salze besonders bevorzugt sind die Natrium- und Ammoniumsalze. Der Neutralisationsgrad der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) beträgt bevorzugt 70 bis 100 Mol %.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich beim Comonomeren A) um die Natrium- und/oder
Ammoniumsalze der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS).
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Makromonomeren B) um solche der Formel (1 )

R1 für einen Vinyl-, Allyl-, Acryl- (d.h. CH2=CH-CO-), Methacryl- (d.h. CH2=C(CH3)-CO-)( Senecioyl- oder Crotonylrest;
R2 und R4 unabhängig voneinander für (C2-C )-Alkylen; x und z unabhängig voneinander für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 0 und 500, bevorzugt mit x + z größer oder gleich 1 ;
Y für O, S, PH oder NH, bevorzugt O; und
R3 für Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten linearen oder verzweigten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (Crdoo)- Kohlenwasserstoffrest, bevorzugt (CrC3o)-Kohlenwasserstoffrest, steht.
R1 steht besonders bevorzugt für einen Acryl- oder Methacrylrest.
R2 und R4 stehen besonders bevorzugt für einen C2-oder C3-Alkylen-Rest. x und z stehen besonders bevorzugt unabhängig voneinander für eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt mit x+z größer oder gleich 1. Insbesondere bevorzugt gilt 5 < x+z < 50.
R3 steht besonders bevorzugt für einen aliphatischen (C4-C22)- Alkyl- oder
Alkenylrest, bevorzugt (Cιo-C22)- Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest; einen Phenylrest; einen (CrC22)-Alkylphenylrest, bevorzugt (CrCgJ-Alkylphenylrest, besonders bevorzugt (CrC4)-Alkylphenylrest, insbesondere bevorzugt sec-Butyl- oder n-
Butyl-Alkylphenylrest; einen Poly((C C22)alkyl)phenylrest, bevorzugt Poly((CrC9)alkyl)phenylrest, besonders bevorzugt Poly((d-C )alkyl)phenylrest, insbesondere bevorzugt Poly((sec-Butyl)phenylrest, ganz besonders bevorzugt Tris(sec-Butyl)phenylrest oder Tris(n-Butyl)phenylrest; oder einen Polystyrylphenylrest [d.h. Poly(phenylethyl)phenylrest], besonders bevorzugt
Tristyrylphenylrest [d.h. Tris(phenylethyl)phenylrest].
Insbesondere bevorzugt als Reste R3 sind 2,4,6-Tris(1-phenylethyl)-phenylreste und 2,4,6-Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylreste.
Die Herstellung der Makromonomeren B) erfolgt bevorzugt durch Umsetzung reaktiver Derivate ungesättigter Carbonsäuren, bevorzugt der Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, mit den entsprechenden hydroxylgruppenhaltigen, gegebenenfalls alkoxylierten, Alkyl- oder Arylresten. Auch die ringöffnende Addition an die jeweiligen Carbonsäureglycidylester ist möglich. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die Polymere noch weitere olefinisch ungesättigte Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlor- und/oder fluorhaltige Comonomere C).
Bevorzugt als Comonomere C) sind olefinisch ungesättigte Säuren oder deren Salze, bevorzugt mit ein- und zweiwertigen Gegenionen, besonders bevorzugt Styrolsulfonsäure, Vinylsulfonsäure, Vinylphosphonsäure, Allylsulfonsäure, Methallylsulfonsäure, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und/oder Maleinsäure bzw. Maleinsäureanhydrid, Fumarsäure, Crotonsäure, Itaconsäure oder Seneciosäure bzw. deren Salze. Bevorzugte Gegenionen sind Li+, Na+, K\ Mg2+, Ca2+, Al3+, NH +, Monoalkylammonium-, Dialkylammonium-, Dialkylammonium-, Trialkylammonium- und Tetraalkylammonium-Ionen, worin die Substituenten der Amine unabhängig voneinander (CrC22)-Alkylreste darstellen, die mit 0 bis 3 Hydroxyalkylgruppen besetzt sein können, deren Alkylkettenlänge im Bereich C2 bis C-10 variieren kann. Zusätzlich können auch ein bis dreifach ethoxylierte Ammoniumverbindungen mit unterschiedlichem Ethoxylierungsgrad, sowie entsprechende Säureanhydride (auch gemischte) eingesetzt werden. Der Neutralisationsgrad der optionalen olefinisch ungesättigten Säuren C) kann 0 % bis 100 %, bevorzugt 70 und 100 Mol % betragen.
Weiterhin geeignet als Comonomere C) sind Ester ungesättigter Carbonsäuren, bevorzugt Acryl- und Methacrylsäure, Styrolsulfonsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Crotonsäure und Seneciosäure, mit aliphatischen, aromatischen oder cycloaliphatischen Alkoholen mit einer Kohlenstoffzahl von 1 bis 30.
Ebenfalls geeignete Comonomere C) sind offenkettige und cyclische N-Vinylamide (N-Vinyllactame) mit einer Ringgröße von 4 bis 9 Atomen, bevorzugt N-Vinylformamid (NVF), N-Vinylmethylformamid, N-Vinyl-methylacetamid (VIMA),
N-Vinylacetamid, N-Vinylpyrrolidon (NVP), N-Vinylcaprolactam; Amide der Acryl- und der Methacrylsäure, besonders bevorzugt Acrylamid, N,N-Dimethylacrylamid, N,N-Diethylacrylamid, N,N-Diisopropylacrylamid; alkoxylierte Acryl- und Methacrylamide, bevorzugt Hydroxymethylmethacrylamid, Hydroxyethylmethacrylamid und Hydroxypropylmethacrylamid.
Ebenfalls geeignet sind Bemsteinsäuremono-[2-(methacryloyloxy)-ethylester]; N,N-Dimethylaminomethacrylat; Diethylamino-methylmethacrylat; Acryl- und Methacrylamidoglykolsäure; [2-(Methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammoniumchlorid (MAPTAC) und [(2-Acryolyloxy)ethyl)]trimethylammoniumchlortid (APTAC); 2-Vinylpyridin; 4-Vinylpyridin; Vinylacetat; Methacrylsäureglycidylester; Acrylnitril; Vinylchlorid; Vinylidenchlorid; Tetrafluorethylen; Diallyldimethyldimethylammoniumchlorid (DADMAC); Stearylacrylat; Laurylmethacrylat; und/oder Tetrafluorethylen. Auch geeignet sind Methylenbisacryl- und -methacrylamid; Ester ungesättigter Mono- und Polycarbonsäuren mit Polyolen, z.B. Diacrylate oder Triacrylate wie Butandiol- und Ethylenglykoldiacrylat bzw. -methacrylat und Trimethylolpropantriacrylat; Allylverbindungen, z.B. Allyl(meth)acrylat, Triallylcyanurat, Maleinsäurediallylester, Polyallylester, Tetraallyloxyethan, Triallylamin, Tetraallylethylendiamin, Allylester der Phosphorsäure und/oder Vinylphosphonsäurederivate.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Polymere, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem
Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS);
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (2)

worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und R3 einen (Cι0-C22)-Alkylrest darstellen; und C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Acrylamid, Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid, Natriummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat, N-Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styrolsulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t-Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure und/oder Methacrylamid.
Insbesondere geeignet als Makromonomere B) sind Ester gebildet aus Acryl- oder Methacrylsäure und Alkylethoxylaten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe (Cιo-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® C-080); Cn-Oxoalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten (Genapor UD-080);

Hierbei stehen die EO-Einheiten für Ethylenoxid-Einheiten. Bei den Genapol®- Typen handelt es sich um Produkte der Firma Clariant, bei Mergital® B25 um ein Produkt der Firma Cognis.
Ebenfalls besonders bevorzugt sind Polymere, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS); B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (3)
HO-(CH2-CH2- 0)χ- R3 (3) worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und
R3 einen Poly((Cι-C22)alkyl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt Tris(sec-butyl)- phenylrest, und Tris(n-butyl)-phenylrest, besonders bevorzugt 2,4,6- Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylrest, einen Tris(styryl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt 2,4,6-
Tris(1-phenylethyl)-phenylrest, darstellt; und C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus Acrylamid, -Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid, Nathummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat, N-Vinylpyrrolidon,
Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styrolsulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t-Butylacrylat, Methylmethacrylat, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure und/oder Methacrylamid.
Die Gewichtsanteile der Makromonomeren B) im Polymer können zwischen 0,1 und 99,9 Gew.-% variieren.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Polymere hoch hydrophob modifiziert, d.h. der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) beträgt 50,1 bis 99,9 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 95 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 80 bis 94 Gew.-%. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Polymere niedrig hydrophob modifiziert, d.h. der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) beträgt 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 6 bis 20 Gew.-%.
Die Monomerenverteilung des Monomere A), B) und C) in den Polymeren kann alternierend, statistisch, gradientenartig oder blockartig (auch Multiblock) sein.
Das zahlenmittlere Molekulargewicht der Polymere beträgt bevorzugt 1000 bis 20 000 000 g/mol, bevorzugt 20 000 bis 5 000 000 g/mol, insbesondere bevorzugt 50 000 bis 1 500 000 g/mol.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Polymere vernetzt, d.h. in das Polymer ist mindestens ein Vernetzer mit mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen einpolyme siert. Bevorzugte Vernetzer sind Methylenbisacryl- und -methacrylamid; Ester ungesättigter Mono- oder Polycarbonsäuren mit Polyolen, bevorzugt Diacrylate und Triacrylate, z.B. Butandiol- und Ethylenglykoldiacrylat bzw. -methacrylat und Trimethylolpropantriacrylat, Allylverbindungen, bevorzugt Allyl(meth)acrylat, Triallylcyanurat, Maleinsäurediallylester, Polyallylester, Tetraallyloxyethan, Triallylamin, Tetraallylethylendiamin, Allylester der Phosphorsäure; und/oder Vinylphosphonsäurederivate.
Die Polymere können durch radikalische Copolymerisation, z.B. Fällungspolymerisation, Emulsionspolymerisation, Lösungspolymerisation oder Suspensionspolymerisation hergestellt. Besonders geeignet sind Polymere die durch Fällungspolymerisation, bevorzugt in tert.-Butanol, hergestellt wurden.
Mit Hilfe der Fällungspolymerisation in tert.-Butanol lässt sich im Vergleich zu anderen Lösungsmittel eine spezifische Partikelgrößenverteilung der Polymere erreichen. Die Größenverteilung der Polymerpartikel kann z.B. durch Laserbeugung oder Siebanalyse bestimmt werden. Repräsentativ für eine günstige Größenverteilung ist die folgende Korngrößenverteilung, wie sie durch Siebanalyse bestimmt wurde: 60,2 % kleiner 423 Mikrometer, 52,0 % kleiner 212 Mikrometer, 26,6 % kleiner 106 Mikrometer, 2,6 % kleiner 45 Mikrometer und 26,6 % größer 850 Mikrometer. Die Polymerisationsreaktion kann im Temperaturbereich zwischen 0 und 150°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 100°C, sowohl bei Normaldruck als auch unter erhöhtem oder erniedrigtem Druck durchgeführt werden. Wie üblich kann die
Polymerisation auch in einer Schutzgasatmosphäre, vorzugsweise unter Stickstoff, ausgeführt werden.
Zur Auslösung der Polymerisation können energiereiche elektromagnetische Strahlen oder die üblichen chemischen Polymerisationsinitiatoren herangezogen werden, z.B. organische Peroxide, wie Benzoylperoxid, tert.-Butylhydroperoxid, Methylethylketonperoxid, Cumolhydroperoxid, Azoverbindungen, wie z.B. Azobisisobutyronitril, Azobisdimethylvalerionitril, sowie anorganische Peroxyverbindungen, wie z.B. (NH4)2S2θ8, K2S2O8 oder H2θ2, gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit Reduktionsmitteln, wie z.B. Natriumhydrogensulfit und Eisen(ll)- sulfat, oder Redoxsystemen, welche als reduzierende Komponente eine aliphatische oder aromatische Sulfonsäure, wie z.B. Benzolsulfonsäure, Toluolsulfonsäure oder Derivate dieser Säuren, wie z.B. Mannichaddukte aus Sulfinsäure, Aldehyden und Aminoverbindungen, enthalten.
Die Polymere sind gut wasserlöslich und thermostabil. Durch Wahl der Monomere, der Monomerenverteilung und des Vernetzungsgrades kann insbesondere das Adsorptionsverhalten der Polymere gegenüber den wasserunlöslichen Aktivsubstanzen eingestellt werden. Darüber hinaus kann so das rheologische Verhalten der aus den festen Formulierungen hergestellten Suspensionen kontrolliert werden.
Der Anteil an Polymeren beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Formulierungen, bevorzugt 0,01 bis 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 2,5 Gew.-%.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Formulierungen um Wettable-Powders (WP) oder Water-Dispersible-Granules (WDG).
Die Wettable Powders (WP) können so formuliert werden, dass die pulverförmigen Komponenten chargenweise oder kontinuierlich in Mischvorrichtungen, die in der Regel mit rotierenden Mischorganen ausgerüstet sind, beispielsweise einem Pflugscharmischer, gemischt werden. Je nach Mischvorrichtung liegen die
Mischzeiten für ein homogenes Gemisch im allgemeinen zwischen 30 Sekunden und 5 Minuten. Vorteilhafterweise werden die Komponenten mit Wasser pastenförmig vermischt, getrocknet (z.B. in Horden-, Vakuum- oder Wirbelschichttrocknern) und in einer Mühle oder Siebvorrichtung in die pulvrige Form überführt.
Die Water-Dispersible-Granules (WDG) können durch Verpressen, z.B. in Walzenkompaktoren, von pulvrigen Formulierungen und anschließende Zerkleinerung (z.B. mit Mühlen, Zahnscheibenwalzen und/oder Passiersieben) auf eine Korngröße von 200 μm bis 2 mm hergestellt werden. In einer weiteren
Ausführungsform kann die pastenförmige Mischung mit oder ohne Zusatz eines Binders einer Formgranulierung durch Matrizen im Extruder, aber auch durch Ringkollerpressen, Kollergänge, gegebenenfalls mit nachgeschaltetem Rondierer, unterzogen werden.
Bevorzugt enthalten die Formulierungen zusätzlich mindestens noch ein
Dispergiermittel.
Der Anteil an Dispergiermitteln beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Formulierungen, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%.
Als Dispergiermittel eignen sich alle gebräuchlichen Dispergiermittel. Bevorzugt sind Phosphorsäureester und deren Salze (z.B. Kalium-, Natrium- oder Triethanolaminsalze) von Fettalkoholen und deren Alkoxylaten, bevorzugt Poly(arylalkyl)phenolpolyethylenglykolphosphorsäureester und Tristyrylpolyglykoletherphosphate; Carbomethoxycellulose; Methylcellulose;
Stärke; Alginate; sulfonierte Naphthalin-Formaldehyd-Kondensate; Lignosulfonate; Polyvinylpyrrolidon und/oder Polyvinylalkohol verwendet. Überraschend wurde dabei gefunden, dass zwischen den Dispergiermitteln und den Polymeren ein synergistischer Effekt auftritt, dar sich darin zeigt, dass schon eine geringe Menge an Polymeren, bevorzugt 0,025 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,025 bis 1 Gew.-%, ausreicht, um die Dispergierbarkeit der Formulierungen deutlich zu erhöhen.
Die Formulierungen enthalten definitionsgemäß mindestens ein Pestizid. Als Pestizide kommen bevorzugt Herbizide, Insektizide, Fungizide, Akarizide, Bakterizide, Molluskide, Nematizide und/oder Rodentizide in Betracht. Der Anteil an Pestiziden in den Formulierungen beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Formulierungen, 10 bis 95 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 40 bis 95 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 60 bis 95 Gew.-%.
Die Erfindung ist insbesondere vorteilhaft für Formulierungen, die hydrophobe, wenig polare Pestizide enthalten. Solche Pestizide sind in Wasser schwerlöslich und neigen deshalb besonders stark zur Agglomeration. Schwerlösliche Pestizide besitzen eine Wasserlöslichkeit kleiner 1 Gramm/Liter. Leichtlösliche Pestizide besitzen bevorzugt eine Wasserlöslichkeit von mehr als 100 Gramm/Liter, besonders bevorzugt 500 Gramm/Liter. Als schwerlösliche Pestizide bevorzugt sind solche aus der Klasse der Azole, z.B. Propiconazol (1-[2-(2,4-dichlor-phenyl)-4-propyl-1 ,3-dioxolan-2-yl-methyl-1 H-1 ,2,4- Triazol und Tebuconazol ((RS)-1 -p-chlorphenyl-4,4-dimethyl-3-(1 H-1 ,2,4-triazol-1 - ylmethyl)-pentan-3-ol), der Sulfonate, z.B. Ethofumesat und Benfuresat, der Anilide, z.B. Propanil, der Phenylhamstoffderivate, z.B. Monuron, Diuron (N'-(3,4- Dichlorophenyl)-N,N-Dimethylharnstoff) und Amitrol, der Triazine, z.B. Simazin und Atrazin (6-Chloro-N-ethyl-N,-(1-Methylethyl)-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2,4-Diamin), der Tetrazine, z.B. Clofentezin (3,6-bis(2-Chlorphenyl)-1 ,2,4,5-Tetrazin, der Propionsäurederivate, z.B. Dalapon, der Carbamate, z.B. Pyrazolinate, Tebuconazole, Hexaconazole, Phenmedipham (3-[(Methoxycarbonyl)- amino]phenyl (3-Methylphenyl)carbamat)und Desmedipham, der Thiocarbamate, der Alkylenbis(dithiocarbamate), z.B. Maneb ([1 ,2-Ethandiylbis-[carbamodithiato] (2-)]Mangan), Mancozeb ([[1 ,2-Ethandiylbis-[carbamodithiato]](2-)]Mangan und [[1 ,2-Ethandiylbis[carbamodithiato]](2-)]Zink, Carbaryl (1-Naphthylmethyl- carbamat), Azoxystrobin (Methyl(E)-2-[[6-(2-Cyanophenoxy)-4-pyrimidinyl]oxy]-a- (Methoxymethylen)benzylacetat), Linuron, Trifluralin, Metsulfuron-Methyl(2-[[[[(4- Methoxy-6-Methyl-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)amino]carbonyl]amino]-sulfonyl]benzoat), Triasulfuron (2-(2-Chloroethoxy)-N-[[(4-methoxy-6-Methyl-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2- yl)amino]carbonyl]benzylsulfonamid), Tribenuron-Methyl (Methyl 2-[[[[(4-Methoxy- 6-Methyl-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)-Methylamino]carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl]benzoat) und Chlorsulfon (2-Chloro-N-[[(4-Methoxy-6-Methyl-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2-
yl)amino]carbonyl]benzylsulfonamid), der Halophthalonithle, z.B. Chlorothalonil (2,4,5,6-Tetrachloro-1 ,3-Dicyanobenzyl, Kupferhydroxid und Difluorobenzuron (N-[[(4-chlorophenyl)amino]carbonyl]-2,6-difluorobenzamid)) zu nennen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die Formulierungen Mischungen aus mindestens einem in Wasser schwerlöslichen Pestizid und mindestens einem in Wasser leichtlöslichen Pestizid, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus Glyphosat, Sulphosat und Glufosinat. Durch die Anwesenheit der Polymere werden die schwerlöslichen und die leichtlöslichen Pestizide miteinander kompatibel.
Als Hilfsstoffe/Zusatzstoffe können die Formulierungen unter anderem oberflächenaktive Stoffe (Adjuvants), Sprengmittel, Verdicker, Frostschutzmittel, Verdunstungshemmer, Konservierungsmittel, Antigelmittel und Neutralisationsmittel enthalten. Der Anteil an oberflächenaktiven Stoffen beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Formulierungen, bevorzugt 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 20 bis 40 Gew.-%.
Als oberflächenaktive Stoffe eignen sich bevorzugt Anlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid und/oder 0 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, an Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 22 C-Atomen, an Mono-, Di- und/oder Trialkylphenole mit 8 bis 15 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe, an (Cs-CiβJ-Alkylamine; sekundäre Etheraminen und alkoxylierte sekundäre Etheraminderivate; (C12-C18)- Fettsäuremono- und -diester von Anlagerungsprodukten von 1 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid an Glycerin; Glycehnmono- und -diester und Sorbitan-/Sorbitolmono- und diester von gesättigten und ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und deren Ethylenoxidanlagerungsprodukte; Anlagerungsprodukte von 15 bis 60 Mol Ethylenoxid an Rizinusöl und/oder gehärtetes Rizinusöl; Polyol- und insbesondere Polyglycerinester, z.B. Polyglycerinpolyricinoleat und Polyglycerinpoly-12-hydroxystearat; Carbonsäureamide, z.B. Decancarbonsäure-dimethyl-amid; hochmolekulare Siliconverbindungen, z.B. Dimethylpolysiloxane mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 10.000 bis 50.000 g/mol.
Weiterhin geeignet sind anionische Tenside, z.B. Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze von linearen oder verzweigten Alkyl(en)sulfaten mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, (Ci2-Ci8)-Alkylsulfonsäuren und (Cι2-Ci8)-Alkylarylsulfonsäuren; Bis(phenolsulfonsäure)ether und deren Alkali- oder Ammoniumsalze, Isethionate, bevorzugt Cocoylisethionat; Naphthalinsulfonsäure und/oder Sulphosuccinate.
Als Sprengmittel eignen sich wasserlösliche anorganische Salze, z.B. NaCI und Nitratsalze, wasserlösliche organische Verbindungen, z.B. Harnstoff und wasserquellbare Stoffe. Weiterhin können die Formulierungen feste Trägerstoffe, Füllstoffe oder
Verdünnungsmittel enthalten. Bevorzugt sind Tone, Bentonite, Silikagele, Ca- und Mg-Silikate, Titandioxid, AI-, Ca- und Mg-Carbonat, Ammonium-, Na-, K-, Ca- und Ba-Sulfat, Kohle, Stärke, modifizierte Stärke, Cellulose und/oder Cellulosederivate. Die erfindungsgemäßen Pflanzenschutzformulierungen lassen sich schnell ohne großen Rühraufwand dispergieren. Außerdem sind sie in Hinblick auf Temperaturschwankungen und Feuchtigkeit (z.B. kein Verbacken) ausgezeichnet lagerstabil. Die aus den festen Formulierungen hergestellten wässrigen Suspensionen zeigen eine deutlich erhöhte Suspensibilität und eine erhöhte Stabilität.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der Erfindung näher erläutern, ohne ihn jedoch darauf einzuschränken.
Die Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) der aus den festen Formulierungen hergestellten Suspensionen wurde gemäß den CIPAC-Methoden MT 15.1 (WP) und MT174 (WDG) bestimmt und ist definiert als der prozentuale Gewichtsanteil der suspendierten Stoffe an der Gesamtmenge aller Stoffe.
Beispiel 1 : Polymer 1
In einem 1 L Quickfitkolben der mit Rührer, Innenthermometer, Gaseinleitrohre für Stickstoff und Ammoniakgas sowie Rückflusskühler versehen ist wurden 500 g
Toluol vorgelegt. Des weiteren wurden 3,0 g 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropan- sulfonsäure (AMPS) vorgelegt und mit der äquivalenten Menge Ammoniak neutralisiert. Anschließend wurden 60,0 g Stearylacrylat und 30,0 g Isopropanol hinzugefügt. Der Kolbeninhalt wurde unter Rühren mit Stickstoff inertisiert und mittels Heizbad auf 70°C erwärmt.
Nach Erreichen der Temperatur wurde 3,0 g AIBN als Initiator zugegeben und unter weiterem Stickstoffspülen auf 80°C erhitzt. Die Mischung wurde 4 h bei angegebener Temperatur unter Rückfluss gerührt. Nach beendeter Reaktionsführung wurde das Produkt in einen Rotationsverdampfer überführt um das Lösemittel durch Vakuumdestillation bei ca. 50°C entfernt.
Beispiel 2: Polymer 2
Analoges Vorgehen wie in Beispiel 1. Anstelle von Stearylacrylat wurden 28,0 g eines Makromonomers, hergestellt durch Umsetzung von Acrylsäure mit (Ci2-Cι ) Fettsäurepolyglykolethern mit 7 Ethylenoxideinheiten, zugegeben.

Die Suspensibilität (CIPAC MT 15.1 ) der daraus hergestellten Suspension betrug 85 %.
Die Beispiele zeigen, dass durch Zusatz der Polymere die Suspensibilität der aus den Wettable Powders (WP) hergestellten Suspensionen deutlich erhöht wurde. Außerdem wurde die Stabilität der Suspensionen gesteigert. Insbesondere ist ersichtlich, dass bei gleichzeitigem Einsatz von Polymeren und Dispergiermitteln, bereits eine sehr geringe Menge an Polymeren die Suspensibilität deutlich erhöht (s.h. Bsp. 3 c) und 3 d)).
Die Wettable Powders selber konnten bei Zusatz von Polymer schneller und mit geringerem Rühraufwand dispergiert werden als die Formulierungen ohne Polymer.

Reaktionsmedium zumindest teilweise löslich ist, ii) einen hydrophoben Teil, der Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, linearen oder verzweigten, aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (C1-C100)- Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, und iii) gegebenenfalls einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkylenoxiden basiert; und C) optional einem oder mehreren weiteren mindestens einfach oder mehrfach olefinisch ungesättigten Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlor- und/oder Fluor-haltigen Comonomeren.
2. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim Comonomeren A) um die Natrium- und/oder Ammoniumsalze der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) handelt.
3. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Makromonomeren B) um solche gemäß Formel (1)
R1 - Y- (R2 - 0)x (R4 - 0)z - R3 (1 )
handelt, worin R1 für einen Vinyl-, Allyl-, Acryl-, Methacryl-, Senecioyl- oder
Crotonylrest; R2 und R4 unabhängig voneinander für (C2-C4)-Alkylen, x und z unabhängig voneinander für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 0 und 500, bevorzugt mit x+z größer oder gleich 1 ; Y für O, S, PH oder NH, bevorzugt O; und
R3 für Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten linearen oder verzweigten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen
(Cι-Cιoo)-Kohlenwasserstoffrest, bevorzugt (CrC3o)-
Kohlenwasserstoffrest, steht.
4. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
R1 für einen Acryl- oder Methacryl-Rest;
R2 und R4 unabhängig voneinander für C2-Alkylen oder C3-Alkylen; x und z unabhängig voneinander für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt mit x + z größer oder gleich 1 ;
R3 für einen aliphatischen (C4-C22)-Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest, bevorzugt
(Cιo-C22)-Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest; einen Phenylrest; einen (CrC22)-Alkylphenylrest, bevorzugt (sec-Butyl)- oder (n-Butyl)- Alkylphenylrest; einen Poly((CrC22)alkyl)phenylrest, bevorzugt Tris(sec- butyl)phenylrest und Tris(n-Butyl)phenylrest; oder einen Polystyrylphenylrest, bevorzugt Tristyrylphenylrest, stehen.
5. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim Rest R3 um einen 2,4,6-Tris(sec-butyl)- phenylrest oder 2,4,6-Tris(1-phenylethyl)-phenylrest handelt.
6. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymere herstellbar sind durch radikalische Copolymerisation von A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS);
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (2)
HO-(CH2-CH2- 0)x - R3 (2)
worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und
R3 einen (Cιo-C22)-Alkylrest darstellen; und
C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Acrylamid, Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid, Natriummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat, N-
Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styrolsulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t- Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat.
7. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Makromonomeren B) um
Ester gebildet aus Acryl- oder Methacrylsäure und Alkylethoxylaten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der
(C-ιo-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten;
Cn-Oxoalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten, (Ci2-Cι4)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 7 EO-Einheiten,
(Ci2-Cι4)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 11 EO-Einheiten,
(Ci6-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten,
(Ci6-Cιβ)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 15 EO-Einheiten,
(Ci6-Ci8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 11 EO-Einheiten, (Cι6-Cιs)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 20 EO-Einheiten,
(Ci6-Ci8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten,
(Ci8-C22)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten, iso-(Ci6-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten und/oder C22-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten handelt.
8. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymere herstellbar sind durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS); B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (3)
HO-(CH2-CH2- 0)x- R3 (3) worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und
R3 einen Poly((CrC22)alkyl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt Tris(sec-butyl)- phenylrest oder Tris(n-butyl)-phenylrest, besonders bevorzugt 2,4,6- Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylrest, einen Tris(styryl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt 2,4,6-
Tris(1-phenylethyl)-phenylrest, darstellt; und C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus der Gruppe
Acrylamid, Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid und
Natriummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat,
N-Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styrolsulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t-Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat.
9. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) in den
Polymeren 50,1 bis 99,9 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 95 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 80 bis 94 Gew.-%, beträgt.
10. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) in den Polymeren 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 6 bis 20 Gew.-%, beträgt.
11. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zahlenmittlere Molekulargewicht der Polymere 1000 bis 20 000 000 g/mol, bevorzugt 20 000 bis 5 000 000 g/mol, insbesondere bevorzugt 50 000 bis 1 500 000 g/mol, beträgt.
12. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymere vernetzt sind.
13. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Copolymerisation um eine
Fällungspolymerisation, bevorzugt in tert.-Butanol, handelt.
14. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Polymeren, bezogen auf die fertige Formulierung, 0,01 bis 25 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, beträgt.
15. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich dabei um ein Wettable-Powder (WP) oder ein Water-Dispersible-Granule (WDG) handelt.
16. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich noch mindestens ein Dispergiermittel enthält.
17. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Dispergiermitteln, bezogen auf die fertige Formulierung, 0,5 bis 25 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, beträgt.
18. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 16 und/oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Dispergiermittel Phosphorsäureester und/oder Phosphorsäureestersalze von Fettalkoholen und deren Alkoxylaten, bevorzugt Poly(arylalkyl)phenolpolyethylenglykolphosphorsäureester und Tristyrylpolyglykoletherphosphate; Carbomethoxycellulose; Methylcellulose;
Stärke; Alginate; sulfonierte Naphthalin-Formaldehyd-Kondensate; Lignosulfonate; Polyvinylpyrrolidon und/oder Polyvinylalkohol enthält.
19. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Pestizid ausgewählt aus
Herbiziden, Insektiziden, Fungiziden, Akariziden, Bakteriziden, Molluskiden, Nematiziden und Rodentiziden enthält.
20. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Pestiziden, bezogen auf die fertige Formulierung, 10 bis 95 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 40 bis 95 Gew.-%, beträgt.
21. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein in Wasser schwerlösliches Pestizid enthält.
22. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein in Wasser schwerlösliches Pestizid und ein in Wasser leichtlösliches Pestizid enthält.
23. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich oberflächenaktive Stoffe, Sprengmittel, Verdicker, Frostschutzmittel, Verdunstungshemmer, Konseπ/ierungs-mittel, Antigelmittel und/oder Neutralisationsmittel enthält.
24. Feste Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche
1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich feste Trägerstoffe, Füllstoffe und/oder Verdünnungsmittel enthält.
