Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the field of safety of people and property.
  • the purpose of the present invention is to combine such systems to improve the safety and comfort of people in their home, including elderly people with reduced mobility.
  • the subject of the present invention is a method of operation of a security system comprising a device warning device triggered by a control member, an actuator activation of a signaling device and a means of unlocking an electrically operated lock.
  • the method according to the invention consists in: activating an organ of delay when the control member is requested to trigger a delay time (T1), - to activate the means of unlocking the lock when said activation member is requested during the delay time (T1), and to inhibit the signaling during the aforementioned delay time (T1) so that this signaling device can only be activated if the said device activation is requested outside the delay time (T1).
  • a new delay time (T1) can not preferably be switched on only after a period of safety (T3) following either an earlier delay time (T1) previously engaged when said activation member has not been during the delay time (T1), ie upon activation of the means for unlocking the lock when said activation member has during the delay time (T1).
  • the method preferably consists in prolonging the inhibition of the signaling device during a protection period (T2) following either an earlier delay time previously engaged (T1) when said activation member has not been requested during the delay time (T1), ie upon activation means for unlocking the lock when said member activation was requested during the delay time (T1).
  • the aforementioned protection time (T2) is less than at the aforementioned safety time (T3).
  • the process may advantageously consist of activate said warning device according to a mode of operation different and / or to activate said unlocking means when an organ additional order is requested.
  • the signaling device can advantageously be able to activate said unlocking means after have been solicited.
  • a security system 1 intended to be installed and used by one or more people living in a home.
  • This security system 1 comprises a warning device 2 comprising for example a chime 2a, placed inside the home, associated with an external control member 3 provided with a push button outside 3a.
  • the external control button 3a is placed near a door 4 access to the home.
  • This door 4 is provided with a lock to electrical control 5 for example electromagnet which includes a unlocking means 6 actuating this electromagnet.
  • the security system 1 further comprises a device 7 of signaling or calling for help that can be for example constituted by a siren placed outside the home and / or a transmitter telephonic transmission of a call message for help connected to the public telephone network to remotely notify one or more correspondents or a monitoring or rescue center.
  • a device 7 of signaling or calling for help can be for example constituted by a siren placed outside the home and / or a transmitter telephonic transmission of a call message for help connected to the public telephone network to remotely notify one or more correspondents or a monitoring or rescue center.
  • the safety device 1 also comprises a portable housing 8, such as a medallion, or any object likely to be easily worn by a person.
  • This portable housing 8 encloses an electronic circuit 9 powered for example by a battery 10 and is provided with an organ activation device 11 such as a push button connected to the electronic circuit 9.
  • the aforementioned components of the security 1 includes electronic circuits with transmitters and / or radio receivers so that they can be connected and communicate with each other by radio by exchanging specifically coded radio signals. More particularly, the external control unit 3 is connected by radio to the electronic circuit 9 of the portable housing 8 and the latter is connected by channel by means of unlocking 6 of the door 4, to the device 2 and the signaling device 7, the portable housing 8 thus playing the role of a central.
  • the electronic circuit 9 of the portable housing 8 is programmed to recognize the radio signal emitted by the controller outside 3 by comparison with an expected signal contained in a C1 code memory and is programmed to handle orders from command as will be described later.
  • the electronic circuit 9 of the portable housing 8 is also suitable to be subject to a delay time T1, to a delay of protection T2 and a T3 security delay longer than T2, these time is preferably adjustable, for example by means of potentiometers 12, 13 and 14 included in the portable housing 8.
  • the security system 1 which has just been described can, in a For example, be programmed to work as follows.
  • the circuit electronics 9 transmits a radio signal 15 which, being received and included by the signaling device 7, activates the latter for send a call signal for help.
  • this siren is activated and in the case of a transmitter telephone transmitter, this telephone transmitter is activated to take automatically a phone line to at least one number call and send a call-for-help message.
  • this body 3 transmits a radio signal 17 which, being received and understood by the circuit electronic 9 of the portable housing 8, activates the delay time T1 and sends a signal to the warning device 2 to activate the chime 2a according to reference 18.
  • the electronic circuit 9 of the portable housing 8 emits a signal which, being received by the device 2, deactivates the chime 2a and the electronic circuit 9 triggers the T2 safety time and the T3 protection time.
  • any new solicitation of the button 3a of the external control member 3 is not taken into account. account by the electronic circuit 9 of the portable housing 8.
  • the person provided with the portable housing 8 solicits the organ of activation 11 of this housing during the delay time T1 according to reference 19, namely after a time t, its electronic circuit 9 transmits a radio signal which, being received and understood by the means of unlocking 6, causes the unlocking of the electric lock 5 according to reference 20. The outside person is then allowed to enter the home.
  • the electronic circuit 9 of this housing triggers the T2 protection time and T3 safety time.
  • the circuit 9 of the portable housing 8 emits a control signal from the signaling device 7 to call for help as in the case described with reference to FIG.
  • any solicitation of the actuator 11 of the housing 8 causes the activation of the signaling device or call using 7.
  • any new solicitation of this button is inhibited for a period of time not more than the addition of the T1 delay and T3 safety delay.
  • the duration of this inhibition is equal to the addition of the duration t above and the safety time T3.
  • any activation of the signaling device and call for aid 7 is inhibited for a period equal at most to the addition of the delay delay T1 and protection time T2.
  • the duration of this inhibition is equal to the addition of the duration t above and the safety time T2.
  • a security system 21 different from the security system 1 that has just been described by the fact that it comprises on the one hand a fixed station 22 and on the other hand a portable housing 23, such as a medallion, likely to be easily worn by a person as was the portable housing 8 and connected by radio to the central station 22, this station 22 and the portable housing 23 being functionally equivalent to the housing portable 8.
  • the central unit 22 comprises an electronic circuit 24 including a radio transceiver and adapted to be subject to a delay delay T1, T2 protection delay and safety delay T3 of a duration greater than the T2 period, these delays possibly being adjustable.
  • the portable housing 23 comprises an electronic circuit 26 including a radio transmitter, powered by a battery 27, which is connected an activation member 11 such as a push button.
  • the electronic circuit 24 of the central unit 22 is programmed to recognize the radio signal emitted by the portable housing 23 when this activation member 11 is biased, compared to a expected signal contained in a code memory C2.
  • the security system 21 functions as the safety system 1 according to the timing diagrams of FIG. at 5.
  • the security system 21 may comprise at minus an additional portable housing 28 likely to be allocated to an authorized person.
  • This additional portable housing 28 includes a circuit electronics 29 including a radio transmitter, powered by a stack 30, to which is connected an activation member 31 such as a button button.
  • the electronic circuit 24 of the central unit 22 is programmed to recognize the radio signal emitted by the portable housing 28 when its activation member 31 is urged, as compared to a expected signal contained in a C3 code memory.
  • the circuit 24 of the central station 22 When the authorized person shows up outside the door 4 and that it solicits the activation member 31 of its housing 28, the circuit 24 of the central station 22, having received and understood the transmitted signal by this housing 28, sends a control command to the circuit of unlocking 6 of the door 4 to allow the opening of the latter and at the same time controls the warning device 2 via the circuit of modulation adaptation 25 so that the chime 2a emits a its different from the one it emits following a solicitation of the housing outside 3, in order to warn the occupant of the home of his entry.
  • the signaling device can advantageously include a telephone transmitter 32 connected by telephone a monitoring agency 33.
