Claims (6)

  1. Funktionsverfahren eines Schlosses eines Kastens für Briefe und/oder Pakete (10), "Kasten" genannt, der es ermöglicht, Briefe und/oder Pakete zu empfangen und/oder zu senden, wobei der Kasten umfasst:
    - einen so genannten Bedienzylinder (20), der durch einen so genannten Bedienschlüssel betätigbar ist,
    - einen so genannten Eigentümerzylinder (30), der durch einen so genannten Eigentümerschlüssel, der sich vom Bedienschlüssel unterscheidet, betätigbar ist, wobei die Betätigung der Zylinder dazu bestimmt ist, eine Verriegelung oder eine Entriegelung des Schlosses durchzuführen,
    - eine elektronische Vorrichtung (40) zur Kontrolle der Verriegelung und der Entriegelung des Schlosses,
    wobei das Funktionsverfahren eines solchen Schlosses zwei unterschiedliche Funktionsweisen impliziert, nämlich
    - eine erste Funktionsweise a) zum Empfangen von Briefen und/oder Paketen, bei der:
    - ein Transporteur (T) bei einem Informatiksystem (S) eine Autorisierung zum Öffnen des Kastens anfordert (52),
    - das Informatiksystem die Autorisierungsanforderung an einen Eigentümer (A) des Kastens weiterleitet (54),
    - der Eigentümer seine Autorisierung dem Informatiksystem gibt (56),
    - das Informatiksystem dem Transporteur einen Bediencode (X) liefert (58),
    - der Transporteur den Code am Kasten eingibt (60),
    - der Transporteur ein Paket (C) in den Kasten legt (62),
    - das Informatiksystem über die Ablage informiert wird (64),
    - das Informatiksystem an den Eigentümer die Information über die Ablage des Pakets weiterleitet (66),
    - der Eigentümer das Paket abholt (68);
    - eine zweite Funktionsweise b) zum Senden von Briefen und/oder Paketen, bei der:
    - ein Eigentümer (A) ein Paket (C) in den Kasten legt (102),
    - ein Informatiksystem (S) über die Ablage informiert wird (104),
    - das Informatiksystem einen Transporteur über die Ablage informiert (106) und ihm einen Bediencode (Z) liefert (106),
    - der Transporteur den Code am Kasten eingibt (108),
    - der Transporteur das Paket aus dem Kasten entnimmt (110),
    - das Informatiksystem über die Entnahme informiert wird (112),
    - das Informatiksystem die Information über die Entnahme das Pakets an den Eigentümer weiterleitet (114),
    wobei dieses Funktionsverfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die elektronische Kontrollvorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen elektrischen Sensor (22; 32), der auf jedem Zylinder angeordnet ist,
    - eine digitale Eingabetastatur (46),
    - ein elektrisches Schloss (48),
    und dass die elektronische Kontrollvorrichtung eingerichtet ist, so dass:
    - die Betätigung des Bedienzylinders eine Verriegelung oder Entriegelung des Schlosses erst nach Eingabe eines vordefinierten Codes (X; Z), Eigentümercode genannt, auf der Tastatur der elektronischen Kontrollvorrichtung durchführt,
    - die Betätigung des Eigentümerzylinders oder die Eingabe eines vordefinierten Codes, Eigentümercode genannt, auf der Tastatur der elektronischen Kontrollvorrichtung immer eine Verriegelung oder Entriegelung des Schlosses durchführt.
  2. Funktionsverfahren eines Schlosses eines Kastens für Briefe und/oder Pakete nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Kontrollvorrichtung ferner eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle (49) mit außen umfasst.
  3. Funktionsverfahren eines Schlosses eines Kastens für Briefe und/oder Pakete nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bediencode nur einmal operativ ist.
  4. Funktionsverfahren eines Schlosses eines Kastens für Briefe und/oder Pakete nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Kontrollvorrichtung ferner eine Uhr (47) umfasst,
    - der Bediencode während eines vorbestimmten Zeitraums operativ ist.
  5. Kasten für Briefe und/oder Pakete, umfassend eine Tür, die mit einem Schloss versehen ist, das den Einsatz des Funktionsverfahrens eines Schlosses eines Kastens für Briefe und/oder Pakete (10), "Kasten" genannt, ermöglicht, der es ermöglicht, Briefe und/oder Pakete zu empfangen und/oder zu senden, wobei der Kasten umfasst:
    - einen so genannten Bedienzylinder (20), der durch einen so genannten Bedienschlüssel betätigbar ist,
    - einen so genannten Eigentümerzylinder (30), der durch einen so genannten Eigentümerschlüssel, der sich vom Bedienschlüssel unterscheidet, betätigbar ist, wobei die Betätigung der Zylinder dazu bestimmt ist, eine Verriegelung oder eine Entriegelung des Schlosses durchzuführen,
    - eine elektronische Vorrichtung (40) zur Kontrolle der Verriegelung und der Entriegelung des Schlosses,
    wobei das Funktionsverfahren eines solchen Schlosses zwei unterschiedliche Funktionsweisen impliziert, nämlich
    - eine erste Funktionsweise a) zum Empfangen von Briefen und/oder Paketen, bei der:
    - ein Transporteur (T) bei einem Informatiksystem (S) eine Autorisierung zum Öffnen des Kastens anfordert (52),
    - das Informatiksystem die Autorisierungsanforderung an einen Eigentümer (A) des Kastens weiterleitet (54),
    - der Eigentümer seine Autorisierung dem Informatiksystem gibt (56),
    - das Informatiksystem dem Transporteur einen Bediencode (X) liefert (58),
    - der Transporteur den Code am Kasten eingibt (60),
    - der Transporteur ein Paket (C) in den Kasten legt (62),
    - das Informatiksystem über die Ablage informiert wird (64),
    - das Informatiksystem an den Eigentümer die Information über die Ablage des Pakets weiterleitet (66),
    - der Eigentümer das Paket abholt (68);
    - eine zweite Funktionsweise b) zum Senden von Briefen und/oder Paketen, bei der:
    - ein Eigentümer (A) ein Paket (C) in den Kasten legt (102),
    - ein Informatiksystem (S) über die Ablage informiert wird (104),

    wobei der Kasten ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist:
    - dass die elektronische Kontrollvorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen elektrischen Sensor (22; 32), der auf jedem Zylinder angeordnet ist,
    - eine digitale Eingabetastatur (46),
    - ein elektrisches Schloss (48),
    - und dass die elektronische Kontrollvorrichtung eingerichtet ist, so dass:
    - die Betätigung des Bedienzylinders eine Verriegelung oder Entriegelung des Schlosses erst nach Eingabe eines vordefinierten Codes (X; Z), Eigentümercode genannt, auf der Tastatur der elektronischen Kontrollvorrichtung durchführt,
    - die Betätigung des Eigentümerzylinders oder die Eingabe eines vordefinierten Codes, Eigentümercode genannt, auf der Tastatur der elektronischen Kontrollvorrichtung immer eine Verriegelung oder Entriegelung des Schlosses durchführt.
  6. Kasten für Briefe und/oder Pakete nach Anspruch 6, umfassend eine Tür, die mit einem Schloss versehen ist, das den Einsatz des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 ermöglicht.
