Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klappverschluss 1 aus Kunststoff, für einen Behälter 2, insbesondere eine Flasche, wobei der Verschluss 1 einen umlaufenden Außenbund 5 aufweist, welcher über mindestens einen Vorsprung 10 in mindestens einen Wulstrand 12 des Behälters 2 einlagerbar ist und mit einem über ein Scharnier 15 mit dem Außenbund 5 verbundenen Deckel 20, welcher eine Grifflasche 22 aufweist und über einen innenseitigen Deckelrand 24 in geschlossenem Zustand hinter einen umlaufenden Vorsprung 26 des Außenbundes 5 arretierbar ist. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grifflasche 22 beidseitig in Längsrichtung des Behälters 2 verlaufende, mit dem Deckel 20 verbundene Sollbruchstellen 28 als Originalitätssicherung aufweist und dass der Deckel 20 im Bereich der Sollbruchstellen 28 mit einer Verstärkung 30 versehen ist <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Klappverschluss aus Kunststoff, für einen Behälter, insbesondere eine Flasche, wobei der Verschluss einen umlaufenden Außenbund aufweist, welcher über mindestens einen Vorsprung in mindestens einen Wulstrand des Behälters einlagerbar ist, mit einem über ein Scharnier mit dem Außenbund verbundenen Deckel, welcher eine Grifflasche aufweist und über einen innenseitigen Deckelrand in geschlossenem Zustand hinter einem umlaufenden Vorsprung des Außenbundes arretierbar ist.
  • Als Stand der Technik ist bereits ein sogenanntes einteiliges Schnappscharnier aus federndem Kunststoff bekannt (DE 31 50 493). Dieses Schnappscharnier ist einteilig mit einem Flaschenverschluss beispielsweise aus Polypropylen gespritzt. Es weist zwei Scharnierteile auf, von denen ein Scharnierteil als Unterteil eines Flaschenverschlusses zum Aufsetzen auf einen Flaschenhals dient, während das andere Scharnierteil einen Deckel zum Verschließen des Unterteils bildet. Es finden langgestreckte Dünnstellen in Form von Filmscharnieren Anwendung, welche die beiden Scharnierteile verbinden.
  • Weiterer Stand der Technik ist ein Schnappverschluss für Gefäße, insbesondere für Flaschen mit Wulstrand (AT-PS 389 097). Hierbei weist der Verschluss einen vom Verschlussboden abstehenden Mantel auf, welcher in zwei in axialem Abstand voneinander angeordneten Ringbereichen Schnappvorsprünge aufweist. Ein Mantelabschnitt des Verschlusses ist von einer Aufreißlasche gebildet, welche seitlich durch Schwachstellen begrenzt ist, die vom freien Rand des Mantels ausgehen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es demgegenüber, einem aus einem Außenbund und einem Deckel bestehenden Klappverschluss so weiterzubilden, dass er im ersten Schritt beschädigungsfrei, mit einem Behälter montierbar ist und im zweiten Schritt neben einer Originalitätssicherung eine leichte Handhabung gewährleistet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Grifflasche beidseitig in Längsrichtung des Behälters verlaufende, mit dem Deckel verbundene Sollbruchstellen als Originalitätssicherung aufweist und dass der Deckel im Bereich der Sollbruchstellen mit einer Verstärkung versehen ist.
  • Durch diese Merkmale wird gewährleistet, dass der Klappverschluss beschädigungsfrei mit dem oberen Bereich eines Behälters, beispielsweise einer Flasche verbindbar ist, wobei nach Reißen der Originalitätssicherung über die Grifflasche der Deckel auf einfache Weise bedienbar ist.
  • Die Verstärkung kann in weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ein innenseitig des Deckels angeordneter Steg sein, wobei dieser Steg zwei durch die Grifflasche voneinander getrennte Bereiche des Deckelrandes miteinander verbindet.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • In Fig. 1, 2 und 3 ist ein Klappverschluss 1 aus Kunststoff dargestellt, welcher zum Verschluss eines Behälters 2, insbesondere einer Flasche dient. Der Verschluss 1 weist einen umlaufenden Außenbund 5 auf, der über mindestens einen Vorsprung 10 in mindestens einem Wulstrand des Behälters 2 einlagerbar ist.
  • Weiterhin ist ein Deckel 20 vorgesehen, welcher über ein Scharnier 15, welches beispielsweise als Filmscharnier ausgebildet sein kann, mit dem Außenbund 5 verbunden ist. Dieser Deckel 20 weist eine Grifflasche 22 auf. Über einen innenseitigen Deckelrand 24 ist der Deckel 20 in geschlossenem Zustand hinter einem umlaufenden Vorsprung 26 des Außenbundes 5 arretierbar, wozu der Deckelinnenrand einen Randbereich 24' nach Fig. 3 aufweist, welcher sich in den umlaufenden Vorsprung 26 des Außenbundes 5 einlagern kann.
  • Die Grifflasche 22 weist nach Fig. 4 beidseitig in Längsrichtung des Behälters 2 verlaufende, mit dem Deckel 20 verbundene Sollbruchstellen 28 als Originalitätssicherung auf. Aus Fig. 4 ist darüber hinaus erkennbar, dass der Deckel 20 im Bereich der Sollbruchstellen 28 mit einer Verstärkung 30 versehen ist. Diese Verstärkung 30 kann als innenseitig des Deckels 20 angeordneter Steg 32 ausgebildet sein. Hierbei verbindet der Steg 32 zwei durch die Grifflaschen 22 voneinander getrennte Bereiche A und B des Deckelrandes 24 miteinander.
  • Die Grifflasche 22 ist über ein Filmscharnier 34 schwenkbar mit dem Deckel 20 verbunden, wobei dieses Filmscharnier 34 über einen Teil des Umfangs im oberen Bereich des Deckels 20 nach Fig. 4 verläuft.
  • Insbesondere aus Fig. 3 ist erkennbar, dass der umlaufende Außenbund 5 über einen Ringbereich 36 mit einem Innenbund 38 verbunden ist, welcher den Außenbund 5 überragt und als Führung für einen an der Innenseite des Deckels 20 verlaufenden Verschlussring 40 dient. Hierbei sind der Innenbund 38 innenseitig und der Verschlussring 40 außenseitig abgeschrägt ausgebildet, so dass sich ein leichtes Einführen des Innenbundes 38 in den Verschlussring 20 ergibt, wenn der Deckel 20 gemäß Fig. 3 aus der Offenstellung in die Schließstellung nach Fig. 1 bzw. nach Fig. 2 überführt wird.
  • Der Ringbereich 36 liegt höher als der Außenbund 5 und ist über eine Seitenwandung 42 mit diesem verbunden. Die Seitenwandung 42 weist den vorerwähnten Vorsprung 26 auf, in welchen zumindest teilweise der Randbereich 24' des Deckels 20 in geschlossenem Zustand nach Fig. 1 bzw. 2 einlagerbar ist.
  • Aus Fig. 4 ist erkennbar, dass der Deckel 20 innenseitig mehrere, radial verlaufende Rippen 44 aufweist, welche zwischen der Deckelwand 21 und dem Verschlussring 40 angeordnet sind.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Klappverschluss wird auf den oberen Bereich eines Behälters 2, beispielsweise einer Flasche aufgepresst, wodurch insbesondere über den Steg 32 der Originalitätsverschluss, d.h. die Sollbruchstellen 28 keine Beschädigung erfahren. Nach Fig. 1 ist damit der Behälter 2 durch den Klappverschluss 1 einwandfrei verschlossen. Wird nun die Grifflasche 22 durch Schwenken um das Filmscharnier 34 aus der Position nach Fig. 1 in die Position nach Fig. 2 bewegt, so reißen die beiden in Fig. 4 dargestellten Sollbruchstellen 32, wonach der Deckel aus der Position nach Fig. 2 in die Position nach Fig. 3 überführt werden kann. Nunmehr kann in dem Behälter 2 befindliches Medium über den Innenbund 38 herausgeschüttet werden.
  • Zum Verschließen des Klappverschlusses wird der Deckel 20 aus der Position nach Fig. 3 in die Position nach Fig. 2 bewegt, wobei sich der Verschlussring 40 des Deckels 20 innenseitig des Innenbundes 38 anlegt und damit die Position nach Fig. 2 erreicht wird. Nunmehr lässt sich die Grifflasche 22 um das Filmscharnier 34 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn drehen, wonach sich eine Wulst 46 an der Innenseite der Grifflasche 22 in den Vorsprung 26 einlagert und damit die Grifflasche einwandfrei in der geschlossenen Position sichert. Gleichzeitig lagert sich der wulstartige Randbereich 24' des Deckels 20 in dem umlaufenden Vorsprung 26 ein, so dass ein einwandfreier Verschluss des Behälters 2 gewährleistet ist.

Claims (11)

  1. Klappverschluss (1) aus Kunststoff, für einen Behälter (2), insbesondere eine Flasche,
    wobei der Verschluss (1) einen umlaufenden Außenbund (5) aufweist, welcher über mindestens einen Vorsprung (10) in mindestens einen Wulstrand (12) des Behälters (2) einlagerbar ist,
    mit einem über ein Scharnier (15) mit dem Außenbund (5) verbundenen Deckel (20), welcher eine Grifflasche (22) aufweist und über einen innenseitigen Deckelrand (24) in geschlossenem Zustand hinter einen umlaufenden Vorsprung (26) des Außenbundes (5) arretierbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Grifflasche (22) beidseitig in Längsrichtung des Behälters (2) verlaufende, mit dem Deckel (20) verbundene Sollbruchstellen (28) als Originalitätssicherung aufweist und
    dass der Deckel (20) im Bereich der Sollbruchstellen (28) mit einer Verstärkung (30) versehen ist.
  2. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung (30) ein innenseitig des Deckels (20) angeordneter Steg (32) ist.
  3. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (32) zwei durch die Grifflasche (22) voneinander getrennte Bereiche (A, B) des Deckelrandes (24) miteinander verbindet.
  4. Klappverschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grifflasche (22) über ein Filmscharnier (34) schwenkbar mit dem Deckel (20) verbunden ist.
  5. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filmschamier (34) über einen Teil des Umfangs im oberen Bereich des Deckels (20) verläuft.
  6. Klappverschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Außenbund (5) über einen Ringbereich (36) mit einem Innenbund (38) verbunden ist, welcher den Außenbund (5) überragt und als Führung für einen an der Innenseite des Deckels (20) verlaufenden Verschlussring (40) dient.
  7. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenbund (38) innenseitig und der Verschlussring (40) außenseitig abgeschrägt sind.
  8. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringbereich (36) höher als der Außenbund (5) liegt und über eine Seitenwandung (42) mit diesem verbunden ist.
  9. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwandung (42) den Vorsprung (26) aufweist, in welchen zumindest teilweise ein Randbereich (24') des Deckels (20) in geschlossenem Zustand einlagerbar ist.
  10. Klappverschluss nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wulst (46) an der Innenseite der Grifflasche (22) in den Vorsprung (26) im geschlossenen Zustand des Deckels (20) einlagerbar ist.
  11. Klappverschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (20) innenseitig mehrere, radial zulaufende Rippen (44) aufweist, welche zwischen der Deckelwand (21) und dem Verschlussring (40) angeordnet sind.
