Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Vermeidung von Schwingungen, insbesondere von 3. und 5. Oktav-Schwingungen, in einer Walzanlage mit zumindest einem Walzgerüst mit Walzenanstellung und zumindest einem Walzensatz.
Auf Basis permanent gemessener Größen und einem Regler, ein Regelgesetz und Teilmodelle umfassend, wird in Echtzeit zumindest eine Stellgröße ermittelt und über zumindest einen Aktuator zumindest eine Walze und/ oder das Walzgut permanent beaufschlagt. Es wurde ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung entwickelt, sodass die Entstehung von 3. und 5. Oktav-Schwingungen nicht nur verringert, sondern die Entstehung der Schwingungen verhindert werden, wobei die Schwingungsenergie im Walzwerk reduziert wird.
Die Anwendung des Verfahrens auf die Herstellung von Walzgut ermöglicht die Einhaltung engerer Toleranzen.
