Abstract

A low temperature curing nano-composite piezoelectric material is provided. A method of forming a piezoelectric film on a material by applying a low temperature curing nano-composite piezoelectric material to a surface of the material and polarizing. the nano-composite piezoelectric material, thereby curing the nano-composite piezoelectric material and forming the piezoelectric film is provided. Also provided is an apparatus for polarizing the a low temperature curing nano-composite piezoelectric material including a temperature controller for controlling the temperature at which curing occurs, and an electric field applying device for applying an electric field to the material for curing the nano-composite so as to allow polarization of the piezoelectric material.
