La courroie sans fin est disposée d'un seul côté de la structure de dos. Ladite courroie sans fin, est, par l'un de ses brins (7c), solidaire du harnais (2) de portage par un ou plusieurs moyens de liaison (10). On comprend ainsi que le déplacement du harnais par rapport à la structure de dos est étroitement associé au déplacement de ladite courroie sans fin selon une amplitude qui est définie par les parties externes, haute et basse, du harnais par rapport à la structure de dos. Ladite liaison harnais-courroie sans fin est établie par tous moyens appropriés.
Claims (15)
- Dispositif de portage à dos d'une charge et de réglage de sa position du type comprenant une structure de dos (1) sur laquelle est positionné un harnais (2) de portage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux moyens de commande et réglage en position (M1 - M2) établis à l'aide de commandes manuelles à distance, autonomes l'un par rapport à l'autre, et autorisant le réglage en position de la structure de dos par rapport au harnais de portage, le premier moyen (M1) permettant le relevage de la structure de dos par rapport au harnais, et le second moyen (M2) l'abaissement de la structure de dos par rapport au harnais, et en ce que la structure de dos est aménagée pour recevoir une courroie sans fin (5) disposée dans son plan longitudinal médian, ladite courroie étant solidarisée par un brin au harnais de portage et permettant le déplacement relatif de la structure de dos par rapport au harnais par le ou les moyens de commande et réglage en position (M1 - M2), et en ce qu'un mécanisme de verrouillage (11) sollicité par le second moyen de commande (M2) agit et autorise le blocage en position de la courroie sans fin (5) ou sa libération selon les phases de déplacement souhaitées, et en ce que ledit moyen de commande (M2) inclut une sangle dont une extrémité (6a) est solidarisée à la courroie de liaison (5) et du harnais et l'autre extrémité est agencée pour constituer la poignée de commande, ladite sangle contournant le mécanisme de verrouillage (11) en prenant appui sur ce dernier et provoquant sa mise en fonctionnement.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier moyen de réglage (M1) comprend un moyen de traction (4) non élastique dont une première extrémité (4a) est située dans la partie basse de la structure de dos avec un moyen de préhension (4b), l'autre extrémité (4c) étant fixée au harnais,
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la courroie sans fin (5) est maintenue en tension, mais est en libre déroulement et est positionnée par rapport à un premier moyen de renvoi supérieur (7) situé fixement dans la partie haute du dos de sac, et à un second moyen de renvoi inférieur (8) situé fixement dans la partie basse de la structure de dos.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de renvoi supérieur (7) présente une forme en chape (7d) avec entre les ailes (7b) un axe inférieur (7a) pour la fixation de la courroie de liaison (5), et un axe supérieur (7g) de renvoi de la sangle (6), et en ce que entre les axes (7a-7g) est disposé un axe (7f) autour duquel est monté pivotant le mécanisme de verrouillage (11) établi sous forme d'un levier basculant à l'encontre d'un moyen élastique de rappel, ledit levier étant orienté de sorte qu'il présente une forme profilée dentelée (11a) en contact et pression avec la paroi en regard de la courroie de liaison (5), et une branche en prolongement (11b) de décalage de la sangle (6) lorsque le mécanisme n'est pas sollicité.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la sangle (6) présente une extrémité (6a) solidarisée au harnais (2) et à la courroie de liaison (5), et une autre extrémité (6d) associée à une bande de préhension et de traction (13), ladite sangle contournant le mécanisme de verrouillage (11) et étant disposée entre la structure de dos et le brin arrière de la courroie de liaison.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la courroie de liaison (5) est montée autour d'un axe (8a) d'une attache en boucle, ladite attache incluant un second axe (8b) permettant l'enroulement d'un passant (9) dont l'extrémité inférieure (9a) est fixée sur la structure de dos.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de rappel (12) du type ressort à épingle est monté sur l'axe (7f) d'articulation du levier (11), et en ce que l'une des branches (12a) prend appui sur une paroi d'appui (7h) formée par le moyen de renvoi (7), et l'autre branche (12b) prend appui sur la face arrière du prolongement (11b).
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (7g) de renvoi de la sangle (6) présente une configuration bombée ou conique permettant une orientation de la sangle (6) en position oblique par rapport à la courroie sans fin (5), ladite sangle étant de largeur adaptée au profil de l'axe.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sangle (6) présente son brin d'extrémité libre, avec une extrémité (6b) s'accouplant à la poignée de commande du moyen (M2) en étant réalisée sous la forme d'une bande de préhension (13) en matériau élastomère.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sangle (6) présente sur une partie de sa longueur à l'endroit de passage et de contournement du moyen de renvoi (7) une échelle graduée (14) définissant par rapport à un index de référence (15) établi à partir du moyen de renvoi (7) des positions relatives du dos de sac et du harnais.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de renvoi (7) est susceptible de recevoir un capot de protection (16) du mécanisme de verrouillage (11), et en ce que la face avant du capot présente une fenêtre (16b) en regard de la sangle (6) et de son échelle graduée, l'index de référence étant porté sur le capot.
- Dispositif, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé dans son application à la bagagerie de voyage.
- Dispositif, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé dans son application à la bagagerie de randonnée.
- Dispositif, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé dans son application à la bagagerie scolaire.
- Dispositif, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé dans son application à la bagagerie des porte-bébés.
