Claims (8)

  1. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung für ein Klobecken, die eine Klobrille (10) sowie einen Deckel (11) umfasst, die jeweils mittels einer Stützplatte (12) um eine gemeinsame horizontale Achse (13) angelenkt sind, wodurch eine Schwenkbewegung zwischen einer heruntergeklappten und einer heraufgeklappten Position möglich wird, eine Vorrichtung, die umfasst:
    - Mittel zur Befestigung der Stützplatte (12) auf dem WC-Becken,
    - zwei koaxiale, voneinander beabstandete Scharniere (14, 15) zum Einsetzen zweier Schwenkachsen (16, 17), einer rechten und einer linken, wobei jedes rechte (14) oder linke Scharnier (15) ein erstes Scharnierelement (14a, 15a) umfasst, das am Deckel (11) befestigt ist, sowie ein zweites Scharnierelement (14b, 15b), das fest mit der Klobrille (10) verbunden ist,
    - ein Paar hydraulische Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (18, 19), die mit den Achsen (16, 17) zusammenwirken, um die Klobrille (10) und/oder den Klodeckel (11) beim Schwenken in die heruntergeklappte Position abzubremsen, wobei jede Dämpfungsvorrichtung (18, 19) eine drehbare Betätigungsvorrichtung (20, 21) umfasst, die geeignet ist, das Dämpfungsfluid beim Bremsen zu komprimieren,
    - wobei das linke Scharnier (15) mit einer ersten, festen mechanischen Verbindung (26) versehen ist, die das erste Scharnierelement (15a) mit der linken Achse (17) und der Betätigungsvorrichtung (21) der zugehörigen Dämpfungsvorrichtung (19) verbindet, während das zweite Scharnierelement (15b) frei drehbar um die linke Achse (17) montiert ist,
    - wobei das rechte Scharnier (14) mit einer zweiten, festen mechanischen Verbindung (27) versehen ist, die das zweite Scharnierelement (14b) mit der rechten Achse (16) und der Betätigungsvorrichtung (20) der zugehörigen Dämpfungsvorrichtung (18) verbindet, während das erste Scharnierelement (14a) frei drehbar um die rechte Achse (16) montiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Schwenkachsen (16, 17) in der Stützplatte (12) innerhalb von Lagern (24, 25) angeordnet sind, die ein schnelles Abmontieren des Klodeckels (11) und der Klobrille (10) in einer um 90° nach oben geklappten Position erlauben, wobei jedes C-förmige Lager (24, 25) zwischen dem ersten Scharnierelement (14a, 15a) und dem zweiten Scharnierelement (14b, 15b) der entsprechenden Schwenkachse (16, 17) angeordnet ist.
  2. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden hydraulischen Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (18, 19) koaxial und in dem zentralen Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Scharnierelementen (14b, 15b) der Klobrille (10) angeordnet sind.
  3. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Scharnierachse (16, 17) umfasst:
    - ein Steckelement (16a, 17a), das jeweils mit dem ersten Scharnierelement (14a) der rechten Achse (16) und dem ersten Scharnierelement (15a) der linken Achse (17) zusammenwirkt,
    - und ein Aufnahmeelement (16b, 17b) zum Antrieb der drehbaren Betätigungsvorrichtung (20, 21) der zugehörigen Dämpfungsvorrichtung (18, 19).
  4. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Scharnierelemente (14a, 15a) jeweils eine Aufnahme aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Steckelement (16a, 17a) der jeweiligen Achse aufzunehmen.
  5. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klodeckel (11) mit den ersten Scharnierelementen (14a, 15a) mittels eines ersten Paars Befestigungsklauen (22) verbunden ist.
  6. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klodeckel (10) mit den zweiten Scharnierelementen (14b, 15b) mittels eines zweiten Paars Befestigungsklauen (23) verbunden ist.
  7. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der hydraulischen Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (18) zum Abbremsen der Klobrille (10) dient, während die andere (19) zum Abbremsen des Klodeckels (11) dient.
  8. WC-Deckel-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungsvorrichtung (19) des Klodeckels (11) einen höheren Fluid-Komprimierungsgrad aufweist als diejenige (18) der Klobrille (10), sodass je nach Gewicht der Klodeckelvorrichtungen eine unterschiedliche Bremswirkung erzielt wird.
