Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zum wasserdichten Verschließen einer Öffnung, wie einem Straßenkanal-Einstiegsschacht, mit einem die Öffnung begrenzenden Rahmen (1), dessen Seiten im Querschnitt die Form eines L aufweisen, zumindest zwei benachbarten, abnehmbaren Schachtabdeckungen (4) zum Verschließen des Rahmens (1), die mittels vertikalen, mit der Innenseite der Schachtabdeckung (4) fest verbundenen Wänden (5) auf horizontalen Stegen (2) der Seiten des Rahmens (1) ruhen, wobei sie selbst einen Rahmen bilden, umfassend eine umlaufende, auf den horizontalen Stegen (2) des Rahmens (1) angeordnete Dichtung (8) aus Elastomer-Material, die in der Nähe der vertikalen Stege (3) dieses Rahmens die Öffnung begrenzt und auf der die unteren Enden der entsprechenden vertikalen Wände (5) jeder Schachtabdeckung aufliegen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine zylindrische Dichtung (9) aus Elastomer-Material umfaßt, die vorgespannt radial zwischen den beiden vertikalen, einander gegenüber angeordneten Wänden (5) der beiden benachbarten Schachtabdeckungen (4) im gesamten Verlauf dieser Wände montiert ist, wobei die Unterseiten der Enden (9a) der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) jeweils dicht auf zumindest einer zusätzlichen Dichtung aus Elastomer-Material (12) aufliegen, die auf dem entsprechenden horizontalen Steg (2) des Rahmens (1) angeordnet ist und sich auf derselben Ebene befindet wie die umlaufende Dichtung (8), an der die beiden vertikalen Wände (5) anliegen, die sich auf derselben Seite der beiden jeweils benachbarten Schachtabdeckungen (4) befinden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Dichtung (12) zur Auflage der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) aneinanderstoßend den entsprechenden Teil des freien Randes der umlaufenden Dichtung (8) berührt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Dichtung (9) an einer der vertikalen Wände (5) einer der Schachtabdeckungen (4) befestigt ist, die sich gegenüber der vertikalen Wand (5) der anderen Schachtabdeckung (4) befindet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Ende der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) so an der inneren Fläche der vertikalen Wand (5) der Schachtabdeckung (4) anliegt, die auf der umlaufenden Dichtung (8) des die Öffnung begrenzenden Rahmens (1) aufliegt, daß die Unterseite des entsprechenden Endes (9a) der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) gleichfalls an einem Teil der umlaufenden Dichtung (8) anliegt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (9a) der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) eben ist und über das untere Ende der vertikalen Wand (5) der Schachtabdeckung (4) hinausragt, an der diese Dichtung befestigt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Dichtung (9) so aus einem einzigen Stück mit einer Platte aus Elastomer-Material (10) ausgeführt ist, daß diese Baugruppe im Querschnitt in etwa die Form einer Musiknote aufweist, und dadurch, daß die zylindrische Dichtung (9) mit einer ebenen Stange (11) an der vertikalen Wand (5) der Schachtabdeckung (4) befestigt ist, die so an diese Wand geschraubt ist, daß die Platte (10) der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) zwischen der vertikalen Wand (5) und der ebenen Stange (11) eingeklemmt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umlaufende Dichtung (8) und die Dichtungen (12) zur Auflage der Unterseiten der Enden (9a) der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) einen rechteckigen, quadratischen oder kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende der vertikalen Wand (5) der Schachtabdeckung (4), die gegenüber der vertikalen Wand (5) der anderen Schachtabdeckung (4) angeordnet ist, welche die zylindrische Dichtung (9) aufweist, so abgeschrägt ist, daß die zylindrische Dichtung (9) radial zusammengedrückt wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schachtabdeckungen (4) an dem die Öffnung begrenzenden Rahmen (1) mit Befestigungsbolzen (6) befestigt sind, welche durch die horizontalen Stege (2) hindurchführen und deren Köpfe (6c) in den Schachtabdeckungen (4) versenkt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Wände (5) jeder an der umlaufenden Dichtung (8) anliegenden Schachtabdeckung (4) einen Querschnitt in Form eines umgekehrten T aufweisen, dessen Querarm (5a) auf der umlaufenden Dichtung (8) aufliegt, wobei der Teil des Querarms (5a) jeder Wand (5) der Schachtabdeckung (4), der die zylindrische Dichtung (9) umfaßt und der gegenüber dem entsprechenden Ende dieser Dichtung angeordnet ist, ausgeschnitten ist, um es diesem Ende zu erlauben, an dieser Wand anzuliegen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umlaufende Dichtung (8) und jede Dichtung (12) zur Auflage der Unterseiten der Enden (9a) der zylindrischen Dichtung (9) auf den horizontalen Stegen (2) des die Öffnung begrenzenden Rahmens (1) befestigt sind, beispielsweise durch Verkleben.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Schachtabdeckung (4), wenn die Vorrichtung zumindest drei nebeneinander befindliche Schachtabdeckungen (4) zum Verschließen aufweist, an jeder ihrer vertikalen, einander gegenüber liegenden Wände (5), die den vertikalen Wänden (5) der beiden jeweils benachbarten Schachtabdeckungen (4) gegenüberliegen, eine zylindrische Dichtung (9) aufweist, welche die Dichtigkeit zwischen den benachbarten vertikalen Wänden (5) sicherstellt, und jede End-Schachtabdeckung (4) mittels ihrer drei übrigen vertikalen Wände (5) an der umlaufenden Dichtung (8) anliegt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schachtabdeckung (4) als rechteckige Metallplatte, beispielsweise aus galvanisiertem Stahl, Edelstahl oder Aluminium, ausgeführt ist.
