Abstract
Description
Die Ausführung als separate Baueinheit ermöglicht sowohl eine einfache Nachrüstbarkeit an Griffmodule, die keine Raststellungen aufweisen, sowie ebenfalls an Griffmodule, die bereits Griffstellungen besitzen. Dabei wird der ansonsten ungenutzte Bauraum zwischen dem Griffmodul und der beschlagseitigen Getriebeeinheit zur Unterbringung des Rastmoduls ausgenutzt. Es ist dazu lediglich die ohnehin vorhandene Öffnung, durch die der Mehrkantdorn zur Getriebeeinheit geführt wird, gegebenenfalls etwas zu vergrößern.

Claims (11)
- Rastmodul für Fenster- und/oder Türbeschläge, mit einem Gehäuse (26), das eine kreisförmige Aufnahmeöffnung (36) und ein darin drehbar gelagertes Rotorelement (28) mit einer Mehrkantaufnahme (40) zur Aufnahme eines Mehrkantdorns (18) eines einen Bediengriff (22) und eine Befestigungsbasis (20) aufweisenden Griffmoduls (16) aufweist, sowie mit zwischen dem Gehäuse (26) und dem Rotorelement (28) wirkenden Rastmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastmodul in bezug auf das Griffmodul (16) als separate Baueinheit ausgeführt ist und zur Montage zwischen der Befestigungsbasis (20) und einer beschlagseitigen Getriebeeinheit (14) mit dem Griffmodul (16) über den in die Mehrkantaufnahme (40) eingreifbaren Mehrkantdorn (18) formschlüssig verbindbar ist.
- Rastmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäuse (26) federnd angeordnete Rastnocken (34) angeordnet sind, die in Rastmulden (32) des Rotorelements (28) einrastbar sind und damit die Rastmittel bilden.
- Rastmodul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (26) eine im wesentlichen zylinderförmige Außenkontur aufweist und in eine mit dieser korrespondierend ausgeführten zylindrischen Aufnahmeöffnung (36) eines Flügelrahmens (10) einsetzbar ist.
- Rastmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (26) an seiner dem Griffmodul (16) zugewandten Seite Fixierungskeile (38) zur Lagefixierung gegenüber dem Flügelrahmen (10) aufweist.
- Rastmodul nach einem Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägen der Fixierungskeile (38) derart ausgelegt sind, dass eine Lagefixierung durch selbsthemmende Klemmung zwischen dem Gehäuse (26) und dem Flügelrahmen (10) erfolgt.
- Rastmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastnocken (34) Teil eines etwa u-förmig gebogenen Drahtabschnittes sind, der mit seiner Drahtabschnitt-Basis in einem Drahtabschnitt-Aufnahmekanal (41) des Gehäuses (26) fixierbar ist, wobei die Endbereiche Drahtabschnitt-Schenkel die Rastnocken (34) bilden.
- Rastmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastnocken (34) gegenüber den Drahtabschnitt-Schenkeln etwa c-förmig nach innen abgewinkelt sind.
- Rastmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Rastnocken (34) aufweisende Drahtabschnitt auf der den Fixierungskeilen (38) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gehäuses (26) angeordnet ist.
- Rastmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Rastmittel vier Raststellungen gebildet sind, von denen drei jeweils um etwa 90° voneinander beabstandet sind und die vierte Raststellung winkelhalbierend zwischen der ersten und zweiten Raststellung gelegen ist.
- Rastmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Rastmittel wenigstens eine Raststellung gebildet ist, die damit eine zusätzliche Raststellung zu bereits vorhandenen Raststellungen des Griffmoduls bildet.
- Rastmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Raststellungen des Rastmoduls durch Einsatz eines entsprechend ausgelegten Rotorelements erfolgt, wobei die Anzahl der Raststellung über die Anzahl der Rastmulden im Rotorelement bestimmt ist.
