Abstreifelemente vorgesehen ist, wobei die zwischen den Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelementen bestehenden Zwischenräume die Durchtrittskanäle für das aus dem Papierbrei bzw. dem Papierband austretende Wasser bzw. für die durch das Siebband bzw. das Filzband hindurch gesaugte Luft bilden.

Durch die unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen der Stützelemente 53 und 54 wird das Siebband 1 bei seiner Bewegung über die Stützelemente 53 und 54 wellenförmig bewegt, wodurch es Zugbelastungen unterworfen wird. Durch die wellenlinienförmigen Berandungen 52b wird das Siebband 1 weiters bei seiner Bewegung über den Tragrahmen 52 mit in dessen Ebene quer zur Bewegungsrichtung A wirkenden Zugbelastungen unterworfen. Durch beide diese Zugbelastungen wird bewirkt, daß die im Siebband 1 befindlichen Verunreinigungen und Flüssigkeiten aus diesem leichter entfernbar sind, sodaß das Abfließen von Flüssigkeit aus dem Papierbrei erleichtert wird. Hierdurch wird zudem die Wirkung der auf das Siebband 1 ausgeübten Saugkräfte maßgeblich verbessert. Claims (11)
- A device for a papermaking installation comprising at least one wire belt or one felt belt, which device is constructed, for supporting the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2) and for scraping off the water issuing from the paper pulp or paper strip located on the wire belt (1) and passing therethrough, with a plurality of supporting or scraper elements (43, 44; 53, 54; 63, 64), on the upper sides of which the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2) comes to rest, a source of reduced pressure optionally being connected to this device, and moreover a bearing means (42, 52, 62) corresponding in width to the width of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2) being provided for the supporting or scraper elements (43, 44; 53, 54; 63, 64) arranged next to one another or one behind the other and spaced apart from one another, the spaces arising between these supporting or scraper elements (43, 44; 53, 54; 63, 64) forming the passage channels for the water issuing from the paper pulp or the paper strip or for the air sucked through the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2), characterised in that the side of the bearing means (42, 52, 62) facing the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2) is provided with a rest (42a, 52a, 62a) wear resistant relative to the movement of the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2), the edges (52b, 62b) of which rest (42a, 52a, 62a) which face the supporting elements (43, 44, 53, 54, 63, 64) transversely of the direction of movement (A, B) of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2) comprise portions extending at an acute angle to the direction of movement of the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2), said portions extending in particular in wavy manner.
- A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the supporting elements (43, 44, 53, 54, 63, 64) are provided on their side facing the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2) with rests (43a, 44a, 53a, 54a, 63a, 64a) wear resistant relative to the movement of the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2).
- A device according to either one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that supporting elements (44, 54, 64) are adjustable relative to the bearing means (42, 52, 62) with regard to their spacing from the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2).
- A device according to claim 3, characterised in that some of the supporting elements (43, 53, 63) are fixed rigidly to the bearing means (42, 52, 62) and some thereof are adjustable relative to the bearing means (42, 52, 62).
- A device according to either one of claims 3 and 4, characterised in that supporting elements (44, 54, 64) are arranged on bearing bars (56, 66) adjustable relative to the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2).
- A device according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the supporting elements (43, 44, 53, 54, 63, 64) are arranged next to one another on bearing bars (55, 56, 65, 66) oriented transversely of the direction of movement (A, B) of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2), at least some of the bearing bars (56, 66) preferably being adjustable relative to the bearing means (42, 52, 62).
- [DVX1] A device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the bearing means (52, 62) is arranged so as to be adjustable transversely of the direction of movement (A, B) of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2), a drive means (72) being associated with said bearing means, by means of which the latter may oscillate transversely of the direction of movement (A, B) of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2).
- A device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the bearing means (52, 62) forms part of a suction box, the suction box preferably being made to be capable of oscillating transversely of the direction of movement (A, B) of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2) by means of a drive means (72).
- A device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the supporting elements (43) take the form of tubular pieces, into which there are inserted, at the ends thereof facing the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2), elements (48) made from a material wear resistant relative to the movement of the wire belt (1) or of the felt belt (2).
- A device according to claim 9, characterised in that the edges of the upper sides, facing the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2), of the elements (48) are of chamfered, in particular bevelled, or rounded construction and in that these elements (48) are provided at the opposite sides with projections (48a), by means of which they may be inserted into the tubular pieces.
- A device according to either one of claims 9 and 10, characterised in that the elements (48) are provided with an arched surface opposite the wire belt (1) or the felt belt (2).
