Claims (8)

  1. Elément d'aération pour un refroidisseur pour refroidir des matières en vrac, comportant un composant en forme de cuvette (1) présentant au moins une ouverture (1.1) pour l'amenée d'un gaz de refroidissement et un insert (2) fixé amoviblement dans le composant en forme de cuvette qui forme une face d'application pouvant être aérée depuis en dessous pour les matières en vrac, où l'insert est constitué de plusieurs profilés longitudinaux (2.1-2.7) et d'éléments de liaison (2.8-2.11) disposés transversalement à ceux-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que les profilés longitudinaux (2.1-2.7) et les éléments de liaison (2.8-2.11) sont configurés de telle sorte que lors du montage de l'insert ils sont emboîtés les uns dans les autres.
  2. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison (2.8-2.11) présentent des rainures et/ou évidements qui sont adaptés au profil en section transversale des profilés longitudinaux (2.1-2.7).
  3. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les profilés longitudinaux (2.1-2.7) présentent des rainures et/ou des butées pour positionner au moins une partie des éléments de liaison (2.8-2.11)
  4. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels de l'insert (2) lors du montage sont simplement emboîtés et que l'insert est relié amoviblement, de préférence par vissage, au composant en forme de cuvette (1).
  5. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels (2.1-2.11) de l'insert lors du montage sont simplement emboîtés et que l'insert (2) est relié au composant en forme de cuvette (1) par une liaison par force et par concordance des formes de telle sorte que par la génération d'un couple de flexion défini, un positionnement précis de l'insert (2) dans le composant en forme de cuvette (1) ainsi que des parties individuelles de l'insert entre elles est provoqué.
  6. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des profilés longitudinaux (2.1-2.7) est réalisée comme profilés en U et est disposée de telle sorte qu'un profilé en U ouvert vers le haut alterne avec un profilé en U ouvert vers le bas, où les branches de profilés en U avoisinants s'engagent les unes dans les autres et forment entre elles une fente d'aération.
  7. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face d'application pour les matières en vrac est formée par plusieurs compartiments en forme de caisson, ouverts vers le haut, qui sont réalisés pour la réception des matières en vrac.
  8. Elément d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'insert est configuré par des profilés formés en tôle.
