Definitions
- the present invention relates to a facade element for an outer wall facade, with a load-bearing wall element made of masonry or concrete, on the outside a panel is attached.
- reinforced concrete sandwich elements are also known, in which the outer shell consists of reinforced concrete.
- This bowl can be covered with different materials, such as clinker or washed concrete, or it can be colored.
- Thermal insulation is arranged between a front and rear shell, the connection being made in each case via stainless steel composite anchors.
- the three-shell structure leads to a high weight, usually over 5 kN / m 2 , which makes assembly difficult with large-format elements.
- the cladding comprises a plurality of heat-insulating plates an extrudable mixture of plastic and natural fibers.
- Such facade elements can be produced inexpensively, because the natural fibers, for example can be obtained from wood waste or renewable vegetable raw materials can.
- extruded sheets are comparatively stable and can be weather-resistant so that weather influences the facade element just let it get old.
- the facade element can be well with the plate Recycle as the extruded material warms up even after a long time and can be deformed.
- the panels are designed as a hollow profile for particularly good thermal insulation.
- the hollow chambers of the plates can be filled with an insulating material his.
- the insulating material is preferably made of foamed plastic, using the same plastic as for the extrudable mixture made of plastic and natural fibers.
- a thermoplastic Plastic such as polypropylene, used on the one hand with the natural fibers for the extruded material is miscible, but also foamed for filling the hollow chambers can be.
- a plate can then be used again heat and process and does not have to be disposed of as special waste.
- the facade element is easier to recycle if necessary, since only a few Starting materials are used.
- the share is: Natural fibers at least 50%, preferably between 70 and 85%.
- the heat-insulating panels can be glued to the load-bearing wall element or be held by mechanical fasteners.
- Well-known Fastening techniques, using anchors, screws, etc. are used.
- the thermal insulation Plates to each other in a form-fitting manner, with between two Panels a firing joint is formed.
- the firedamp joint includes a downwardly open groove arranged in the upper plate, into which a vertical protruding bar of the lower plate engages. This prevents outside precipitation or moisture penetrate to the wall element can.
- the firedamp joint traps the liquid and prevents the Moisture continues to penetrate.
- a facade element 1 comprises a wall element 2 made of concrete, for example Reinforced concrete, aerated concrete or another pourable concrete material on which a heat insulating plate 3 is set.
- the plate 3 faces the wall element 2 facing side several strip-shaped grooves 5, which as recordings serve for protruding sections 4 of the wall element 2.
- the grooves 5 are in the Cross-section formed undercut and point from a bottom 19 with enlarged Wide sloping inward lateral groove walls 18. Thereby is in the area of a transition between plate 3 and wall element 2 in the area an tapered neck portion is formed on an inner wall 6 of the plate 3.
- the side Groove walls 18 run at an angle ⁇ to one another, which is in one area is between 10 ° and 40 °, preferably between 20 ° and 30 ° and specifies the force, that must be used to pull the plate 3 from the wall element 2.
- the plate 3 is designed as a hollow profile and has between the inner wall 6 and the outer wall 7 a plurality of hollow chambers separated from one another by webs 11 on, which are filled with a foamed plastic material 12.
- a sealing tape 9 is provided behind firedamp joint 8, which is arranged around a unit made of several facade elements 1.
- the wall element 2 can be designed to be load-bearing, with adjacent ones Wall elements 2 a joint is filled with mortar 10, so that the wall elements 2 are supported directly on each other.
- the plate 3 instructs to form the firing joint 8 the underside of a downwardly open groove 13 which to the outside through a Projection 14 is covered.
- a vertically protruding bar 15 is provided which fits into the groove 13 an adjacent plate 3 can be inserted.
- the strip 15 is from the outside 7 the plate 3 arranged set back, from the outside 7 on the front side a run-up slope 17 is formed towards the bar 15.
- a sealing tape 9 is provided behind the impact weather joint 8, which is arranged laterally on the plates 3 to prevent liquid penetration to be avoided in this area too.
- the plate 3 is made of an extruded material made of a mixture from fibers, for example wood fibers and a thermoplastic, how polypropylene is made.
- the mass of fibers is over 50%, preferably between 70 and 80%. Due to the extrusion, the plates 3 become large Length produced and then cut to the required length. At the same time with the extrusion or subsequently the foamed filling material into the hollow chambers filled in, using the same plastic as possible for the extrusion compound is used so that future recycling can be carried out better.
- the plate 3 produced in this way could later also be burned in an environmentally friendly manner, if no recycling is desired.
- a facade element To produce a facade element according to the invention, one or several plates 3 produced placed side by side on a table and by Formwork elements surround. Then concrete is placed on the one or more Plates 3 poured, the concrete flows into the grooves 5 and integral with the Wall element 2 sections 4 are formed, which are held in the grooves 5. After the concrete has hardened, the facade element 1 thus produced can be used immediately to be assembled on site.
- the facade elements 1 become one Building wall assembled, preferably for industrial and commercial buildings.
- the stacked wall elements 2 are mortared and can thus also be designed to be load-bearing.
- the facade elements 1 are on posts 20 screwed, which are provided on the building like a scaffold.
- To seal the Facade elements 1 is the sealing tape 9 between the posts 20 and the panels 3 held clamped.
- facade elements 1 ' can also be used in others Size.
- a facade element 1 ' comprises a wall element 2 made of concrete, on which several plates 3 'are arranged adjacent to one another.
- the facade elements have 1 'Cutouts for window 22.
- the cutouts for the windows 22 can be produced, for example, by pouring concrete Corresponding formwork components arranged to produce the recess and the shortened panels 3 are mounted between these formwork components become. Then the windows 22 or doors can be installed in the cutouts.
- the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown.
- shape of the grooves 5 can be varied, depending on the size of the Plates 3 are and what holding forces are expected.
- the plate 3 is designed so that no moisture can penetrate from the outside to the inside can, but water vapor diffusion from the inside out is possible, as required by relevant DIN standards. Such water vapor diffusion can be promoted if the extruded material is slightly foamed or is provided with a microperforation.
