Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Umformung eines metallischen Hohlkörpers (5) oder Ähnlichem durch Einführung einer Hochdruckflüssigkeit in das Innere des besagten Hohlkörpers (5) gemäß einem Prozess, der sich Innenhochdruckumformung nennt, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung einerseits zumindest ein Werkzeug (3) umfasst, das aus zumindest zwei Teilen (3a, 3b) besteht, die jeweils mit einer Rücknahme (4a, 4b) ausgestattet und imstande sind, den umzuformenden, metallischen Hohlkörper (5) aufzunehmen, und andererseits ein Gestell (1), das aus einem hohlen Drehteil besteht, das an zumindest einem seiner Enden offen und imstande ist, das Werkzeug (3) aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (1) eine zentrale Aussparung (2) mit kegelstumpfartiger Form umfasst, die nach oben ausgerichtet und imstande ist, das Werkzeug (3) aufzunehmen, das ebenfalls eine kegelstumpfartige Form aufweist, und dadurch, dass die Vorrichtung eine Rohrstruktur (14) umfasst, die aus Stützen (15) besteht, wobei das besagte Werkzeug (3) in die zentrale Aussparung (2) des Gestells (1) durch senkrechtes Verschieben entlang der Stützen (15) der Struktur (14) eingeführt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstruktur (14) Längsträger (17) umfasst, die sich über dem Gestell (1) erstrecken und Zuleitungen (18) für die Druckflüssigkeit tragen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Hydraulikheber umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um das Gestell (1) zum Einführen des Werkzeugs (3) in die zentrale Aussparung (2) des Gestells (1) durch senkrechtes Verschieben entlang der Stützen (15) der Struktur (14) nach oben zu bewegen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Hydraulikheber umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um das Werkzeug (3) in die zentrale Aussparung (2) des festsitzenden Gestells (1) durch eine senkrechte Verschiebung des besagten Werkzeugs (3) einzuführen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücknahmen (4a, 4b) des Werkzeugs (3) Tiefziehmittel zum Tiefziehen des Hohlkörpers (5) beim Einführen des Werkzeugs (3) in die zentrale Aussparung (2) des Gestells (1) umfassen.
