Claims (3)
- Presse zur Verarbeitung heterogener Abfälle mit einer festen Phase und einer flüssigen Phase, wobei die Presse aufweist:- ein Gestell (1),- eine die zu verarbeitenden heterogenen Abfälle aufnehmende Zufuhrzone (3), die nach oben offen ist und zwei einander gegenüberliegende seitliche Öffnungen (5, 6) aufweist, deren Querschnitt an denjenigen eines Kolbens (7) angepaßt ist, der zwischen der einen (5) der Öffnungen der Zufuhrzone (3) und einer jenseits der anderen Öffnung (6) der Zufuhrzone gelegenen Position bewegbar ist,- eine Preßkammer (9) mit einer Eingangsöffnung (10) und einer Ausgangsöffnung (11), die einander gegenüberliegen und in bezug zur Zufuhrzone (3) koaxial angeordnet sind, wobei die Kammer (9) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der demjenigen des Preßkolbens (7) gleich ist, und kalibrierte Durchlässe (12a) aufweist, die die Preßkammer (9) mit einer Einrichtung zur Rückgewinnung der flüssigen Phase verbinden,- und eine stromabwärts der Preßkammer (9) gelegene Kammer (14) zum Ausbringen der festen Phase,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist:- ein Verschluß- und Dichtorgan (15, 16, 18) mit zur Ausbringkammer komplementärer Form, das einerseits quer zur Achse der Preßkammer (9) zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der die Ausgangsöffnung (11) der Preßkammer (9) während des Komprimierens der heterogenen Abfälle geschlossen ist, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der die Ausgangsöffnung (11) zum Entnehmen der festen Phase aus der Preßkammer (9) geöffnet ist, und andererseits in Achsrichtung der Preßkammer (9) durch eine Einrichtung (20) zum Andrücken des Organs (15, 16, 18) gegen die Ausgangsöffnung bewegbar ist, um die Dichtheit der Preßkammer (9) zu gewährleisten. - Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in Querrichtung bewegbare Organ durch einen Schieber (15) gebildet ist, der durch ein Stellglied (16) gesteuert und durch mit dem Gestell (1) fest verbundene Gleitschienen (17) geführt ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (20) zum Andrücken des bewegbaren Organs ein Stellglied (21) aufweist, dessen Kolben (22) entlang der Achse der Preßkammer (9) verschoben wird.
