Claims (22)

  1. Structure de rayonnage, essentiellement constituée d'une tôle métallique, permettant de présenter de la marchandise dans les zones de vente, du type qui comprend des colonnes montantes (1), munies de fentes avant (2), à l'intérieur desquelles les équerres (3) de surfaces en saillie (4) permettant de supporter la marchandise qui doit être présentée dans les zones de vente sont en prise et qui comprend des panneaux verticaux, dits panneaux arrière (5), à fixer sur lesdits montants, de façon à séparer les unes des autres les surfaces opposées d'une même étagère de présentation à deux côtés, ou de façon à compléter, au moyen d'une fermeture arrière, les surfaces d'une étagère avec un seul côté de présentation, caractérisée en ce que les panneaux arrière sont conçus avec des dimensions telles qu'ils peuvent être agencés entre les colonnes montantes (1) d'une même étagère, en étant reculées par rapport à la face avant ou aux faces avant desdits montants, de telle sorte que la surface ou les surfaces de présentation (4) puisse(nt) être formée(s) avec une rallonge (104) qui se place entre les montants et est agencée de manière adjacente à la paroi ou aux parois arrière dans la nouvelle position reculée, de façon à augmenter proportionnellement la capacité de chargement des surfaces de présentation du rayonnage, lesdits panneaux arrière étant munis, à leurs extrémités, de crochets (105) courts qui peuvent être facilement fixés sur les fentes (8, 8') de structures rainurées (7, 101) auxiliaires appropriées, agencées verticalement sur les côtés desdits montants (1) et dans une position qui est reculée aussi loin que possible de leur(s) face(s) avant équipée(s) pour la présentation.
  2. Rayonnage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires sont constituées en utilisant tout matériau approprié et sont montées et fixées sur les côtés des montants (1) en utilisant tout moyen approprié.
  3. Rayonnage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires sont munies de crochets d'extrémité - et éventuellement de crochets de milieu - (107) courts, au moyen desquels elles peuvent être fixées aux fentes latérales (6) des montants (1).
  4. Rayonnage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires sont munies latéralement d'évidements (8) équidistants, qui sont espacés par des créneaux (207) qui reposent sur les côtés du montant (1) lorsque les structures (7) en question sont en prise sur ledit montant qui ferme lesdits évidements, et les convertit en des fentes qui sont ouvertes vers les faces avant opposées du rayonnage et peuvent supporter les crochets d'extrémité (105) des panneaux arrière (5).
  5. Rayonnage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les fentes latérales (6) des structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires ont la forme d'un trapèze rectangle, les angles droits se trouvant le long du montant (1), et sont orientées de façon à avoir une largeur qui diminue progressivement vers le bas.
  6. Rayonnage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires sont formées au moyen d'opérations de cisaillement et de pliage à partir d'une tôle métallique ayant n'importe quelle épaisseur appropriée, par exemple, également une épaisseur inférieure à celle de la tôle métallique qui forme les montants (1), par exemple, une épaisseur d'environ 1,5 mm.
  7. Rayonnage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les fentes définies par les évidements latéraux (8) des structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires ont des dimensions corrélées à celles des crochets (105) des panneaux arrière (5) qui doivent être fixés sur lesdites structures.
  8. Rayonnage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, même si les panneaux arrière (5) sont constitués d'une tôle métallique ayant une épaisseur de 1,5 mm, les fentes définies par les évidements latéraux (8) des structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires peuvent être caractérisées par les dimensions suivantes : largeur supérieure à environ 3,1 mm ; largeur inférieure à environ 1,5 mm et hauteur d'environ 15 mm.
  9. Rayonnage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires peuvent être formées avec une longueur différente corrélée à la distance qui existe entre les groupes latéraux des fentes (6) des montants (1), et peuvent par exemple, avoir une longueur extérieure (L) d'environ 24 mm, une profondeur globale (P1) des crochets (107) égale à environ 16 à 17 mm et une profondeur intérieure (P2) dans la région des créneaux (207), d'environ 8 mm.
  10. Rayonnage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les fentes latérales (6) des montants (1) ont une forme qui est également utile pour d'autres buts que celui de supporter les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires, par exemple, une forme de T.
  11. Rayonnage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les fentes latérales (6) des montants (1) sont agencées symétriquement par rapport à, ou dans le milieu desdits montants, et sont agencées en groupes, par exemple, en groupes de quatre, de façon à pouvoir recevoir des structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires de différentes longueurs, en fonction de la hauteur desdits montants.
  12. Rayonnage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les fentes latérales (6) des montants (1) sont agencées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal desdits montants, sont réparties en deux rangées verticales et parallèles espacées l'une de l'autre horizontalement suivant les dimensions des structures rainurées et dentelées (7) qui doivent être fixées sur lesdites fentes.
  13. Rayonnage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les deux rangées de fentes latérales (6) des montants (1) sont espacées l'une de l'autre horizontalement, par exemple à environ 20 à 30 mm, et sont agencées en groupes de quatre, avec un espacement vertical de ces groupes, par exemple, à 300 ou 450 mm, en fonction de la hauteur des montants (1).
  14. Rayonnage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les fentes latérales (6) des montants sont agencées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal desdits montants et sont réparties en plus de deux rangées verticales et parallèles, par exemple en quatre rangées, avec un espacement horizontal mutuel, de telle façon que les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires puissent être fixées latéralement sur les montants, dans une position équidistante depuis leur face avant, ou dans une position décalée, plus proche d'une face avant que de la face opposée du même montant, ce dernier agencement étant particulièrement approprié lorsque le rayonnage est muni d'un seul côté de présentation.
  15. Rayonnage selon l'une quelconque, ou plusieurs, des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires sont munies, immédiatement au-dessus des crochets (107), de dents (207) respectives qui, avec leurs bouts arrondis, pénètrent partiellement dans les fentes latérales (6) des montants (1) de façon à empêcher tout dégagement accidentel desdites structures en question, si elles étaient soulevées, par erreur.
  16. Rayonnage selon la revendication 15, dans lequel la hauteur (H) des crochets (107) de la structure rainurée (7) auxiliaire est légèrement inférieure à la hauteur (H') de la partie des fentes latérales des montants (6) sur laquelle lesdits crochets (107) peuvent se mettre en prise, par exemple, la tête desdites fentes en forme de T (6) en question, et on envisage que le bout arrondi de la dent (307) située au-dessus dudit crochet (107) touche latéralement le montant (1) lorsque ledit crochet (107) n'est pas complètement passé au-delà de la fente (6) et coopère toujours avec cette dernière avec son bord inférieur arrondi vers l'intérieur (4) qui crée une surface de réception, de telle sorte que, simplement en poussant longitudinalement la structure rainurée (7) vers le bas, avec la bonne amplitude de force, le crochet (107) de cette structure puisse passer complètement au-delà de la fente (6), puis descendre et se mettre en prise sur le bord inférieur de cette fente, alors que ladite dent supérieure (307) coulisse initialement avec un frottement sur la surface extérieure du montant (1), puis pénètre dans la fente (6), en relâchant la force d'engagement ultérieure.
  17. Rayonnage selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que, si la structure rainurée (7) auxiliaire est relevée accidentellement, la dent (307) fournie au-dessus de chaque crochet (107) touche la fente (6) du montant, dans sa partie supérieure, avec son bout arrondi et ladite structure (7) reste en prise sur le montant (1), en envisageant que, pour dégager ladite structure (7) du montant, il soit nécessaire d'exercer sur cette structure une poussée longitudinale et dirigée vers le haut de l'amplitude requise de façon à profiter de la forme arrondie du bout de la dent (307) qui crée une surface de réception avec le bord supérieur de la fente (6), de telle sorte que ladite dent puisse sortir de la fente et puisse coulisser, avec un frottement sur le montant, jusqu'à ce que le crochet (107) soit aligné avec la fente (6) et puisse être extrait de celle-ci.
  18. Rayonnage selon l'une quelconque, ou plusieurs, des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, si les crochets (105) des panneaux arrière (5) sont fabriqués avec des poinçons classiques qui supposent une prise de ces panneaux directement dans les fentes avant des montants (1), et par conséquent, avec une ouverture intérieure desdits crochets (105) proportionnelle à l'épaisseur de la tôle métallique à partir de laquelle les montants ont été fabriqués, et si les structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires sont constituées d'un matériau ayant une épaisseur inférieure à l'épaisseur avec laquelle lesdits montants (1) sont formés, on envisage que ces mêmes structures rainurées (7) auxiliaires soient munies latéralement et d'au moins une, en nombre, pour chaque panneau arrière - par exemple, dans la région des créneaux (207) - zone(s) dressée(s) (9) relevée(s) vers l'extérieur, ayant une épaisseur globale ou une hauteur proportionnelle à la largeur de l'ouverture intérieure desdits crochets (105).
  19. Rayonnage selon l'une quelconque, ou plusieurs, des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure rainurée (7') a un profil en forme de S, en forme de Z ou tout autre profil, de façon à n'avoir qu'une seule rangée verticale de fentes (8') effectives ouvertes sur un côté seulement des montants (1) et agencées sensiblement au milieu desdits montants, de telle sorte qu'il est possible de fixer sur celles-ci les crochets (105') des panneaux arrière (5') du type à deux côtés, qui peuvent être agencés sensiblement dans le milieu des montants (1), qui sont visibles depuis les deux côtés du rayonnage et suppriment totalement l'espace mort entre les parois arrière de ce même rayonnage, en permettant que la rallonge (104) des surfaces de support de rayonnage soient conçues avec des dimensions maximales.
  20. Rayonnage selon l'une quelconque, ou plusieurs, des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la structure rainurée (7) a un profil tel qu'elle n'a qu'une seule rangée verticale de fentes effectives (8) agencées dans une position qui est reculée aussi loin que possible par rapport au seul côté du rayonnage muni de surfaces de présentation (4), de façon à supporter les panneaux arrière du type à un seul côté ou à deux côtés, reculés aussi loin que possible dudit côté muni du rayonnage.
  21. Rayonnage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la structure rainurée (7) de support des panneaux arrière (5) est formée en une seule pièce (101), avec les côtés des montants (1) dans une position médiane, les fentes (102) permettant de fixer les crochets desdits panneaux arrière étant situés, par exemple, dans les zones de coin arrondies où la nouvelle structure (101) est réunie aux parois latérales du montant ou étant situées sur les côtés droits et parallèles ou inclinés de la même structure (101) ou dans toute autre position appropriée.
  22. Rayonnage selon l'une quelconque, ou plusieurs, des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les structures arrière (5, 5') peuvent être constituées en utilisant n'importe quel matériau approprié, y compris un matériau autre que la tôle métallique.
