Claims (5)

  1. Metallgehäuse (10) mit einer Seitenwandung (11) und einem mit der Seitenwandung über eine Schulter (13) verbundenen Hals (12), welcher irreversibel und vollkommen flüssigkeitsdicht mit einem Spenderkopf verbunden werden soll, wobei der Spenderkopf einen Bördelflansch (3) aus Kunststoff mit einem Dichtmantel (7) und einem äußeren Befestigungsmantel (6) aufweist, welcher selbst mit einem Rastwulst (5) auf seiner Innenwandung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hals eine Wandung hat, deren Dicke weitgehend der Dicke der Schulter und der Seitenwandung entspricht, und dass er von seinem offenen Ende bis zu seiner Verbindung mit der Schulter folgende Abschnitte aufweist:
    - ein offenes Ende (14) in Form einer Öffnung, welche von einem nach außen gerichteten Bördelrand (16) umgeben ist, wobei der minimale Innendurchmesser des Halses dem Außendurchmesser des Dichtmantels entspricht oder geringfügig kleiner ist;
    - eine weitgehend kegelstumpfförmige Schulter (17), welche das mit dem Bördelrand versehene offene Ende mit einem weitgehend zylindrischen ersten Abschnitt (18) verbindet;
    - einen weitgehend zylindrischen ersten Abschnitt (18), dessen Außendurchmesser geringfügig größer ist als der der Innenwandung des äußeren Befestigungsmantels (6) des Bördelflansches;
    - einen weitgehend zylindrischen zweiten Abschnitt (19), dessen Außendurchmesser kleiner ist als der des weitgehend zylindrischen ersten Abschnitts (18), wobei die Differenz der Durchmesser größer ist als zwei radiale Höhen des Rastwulstes (5);
    - wobei der weitgehend zylindrische erste Abschnitt (18) und der weitgehend zylindrische zweite Abschnitt (19) durch einen Absatz (20) voneinander getrennt sind, welcher in einem solchen Abstand vom offenen Ende liegt, dass der Rastwulst nach erfolgtem Aufpressen des Bördelflansches auf den Hals auf einem kleineren Durchmesser als der des weitgehend zylindrischen Abschnitts (18) zu liegen kommt.
  2. Metallgehäuse (10) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Ende (22) des Bördelrandes einen kleineren Durchmesser als der Innendurchmesser des Außenmantels des Bördelflansches (3) hat.
  3. Metallgehäuse (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der Absatz (20) eine scharfe Kante aufweist, d. h. mit einer Ausrundung, deren Radius kleiner als 0,2 mm ist.
  4. Metallgehäuse (10) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Innenfläche mit einem Lack überzogen ist.
  5. Spendergehäuse, umfassend einen Behälter und einen am Gehäuse irreversibel und vollkommen flüssigkeitsdicht befestigten Spenderkopf, wobei der Spenderkopf einen Bördelflansch (3) aus Kunststoff mit einem Dichtmantel (7) und einem äußeren Befestigungsmantel (6) aufweist, welcher selbst mit einem Rastwulst (5) auf seiner Innenwandung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein Metallgehäuse (10) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ist.
