Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) für die Sofortmischung von mindestens zwei Produkten, umfassend:
    a) einen Topf (27), der dazu bestimmt ist, ein erstes Produkt aufzunehmen, und von dem ein freier Rand (31) eine Öffnung (30) mit einem dem Querschnitt des Topfs (27) benachbarten Querschnitt abgrenzt;
    b) einen oberen Behälter (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, ein zweites Produkt zu enthalten, und auf dessen erstes Ende (38) ein Abgabeaufsatz (6) aufgesetzt ist, der eine Öffnung (8) für die Abgabe der Mischung aufweist;
    c) ein Zwischenelement (14), von dem ein erstes Ende (22), das dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Öffnung (30) des Topfs (27) auf dichte Weise montiert zu werden, eine Öffnung mit einem dem Querschnitt der Öffnung (30) des Topfs benachbarten Querschnitt abgrenzt und von dem ein zweites Ende (15), das dem ersten entgegengesetzt ist, dazu bestimmt ist, auf dichte Weise auf einem zweiten Ende (10) des oberen Behälters (2), das dem ersten (38) entgegengesetzt ist, montiert zu werden, wobei ein Verschlußorgan (21) eine zwischen dem oberen Behälter (2) und dem Zwischenelement (14) gelegene Öffnung (20) auf lösbare Weise verschließt und das Zwischenelement (14) mit dem Topf (27) ein Volumen abgrenzt, das mindestens gleich dem Volumen der Mischung ist; und
    d) Mittel (36, 37), um das Austreiben des Verschlußorgans (21) und die Herstellung der Mischung in dem von dem Topf (27) und von dem Zwischenelement (14) abgegrenzten Volumen zu bewirken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Produkt ein nicht-flüssiges Produkt, insbesondere ein Pulver oder ein Produkt mit hoher Viskosität ist, wobei das zweite Produkt ein flüssiges Produkt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von dem Zwischenelement (14) abgegrenzte Volumen mindestens gleich dem Volumen des in dem oberen Behälter (2) enthaltenen zweiten Produkts ist, wobei das erste Produkt vor dem Mischen im wesentlichen das ganze Volumen des Topfs (27) einnimmt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von dem Topf und von dem Zwischenelement abgegrenzte Volumen von im wesentlichen geradem Querschnitt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von dem Topf und von dem Zwischenelement abgegrenzte Volumen sich in einer Richtung progressiv ändert.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußmittel (21) einen Stopfen umfassen, der von einem axialen Kragen (18) getragen ist, der von einer ringförmigen Querwand (39) - relativ zu einer Längsachse der Vorrichtung - getragen ist, die in Nähe des zweiten Endes (15) des Zwischenelements (14) gelegen ist, und von dem ein freier Rand (19) die Öffnung (20) abgrenzt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen (21) auf dem axialen Kragen (18) durch Verklinken montiert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Erzeugen der Austreibung des Verschlußorgans eine axiale Stange (37) - relativ zu einer Längsachse der Vorrichtung - umfassen, die von einer im Inneren des Zwischenelements (14) gelegenen Fläche des Stopfens (21) getragen ist, wobei diese Stange (37) dafür geeignet ist, bei der Montage des Topfs (27) an dem Zwischenelement (14) mit einem vorstehenden Organ (36) in Eingriff zu kommen, das axial im Boden des Topfs (27) angeordnet ist, und die Austreibung des Stopfens (21) zu bewirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Stange (37) etwas kleiner als die axiale Höhe des Zwischenelements (14) ist, so daß das Zwischenelement (14), bevor es auf dem Topf montiert ist, auf einer ebenen Fläche ruhen kann, ohne die Austreibung des Verschlußörgans (21) zu bewirken.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ende (22) des Zwischenelements (14) an der Öffnung (30) des Topfs (27) durch Verschraubung dicht montiert ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hals (32) in Nähe der Öffnung (30) des Topfs gebildet ist, wobei dieser Hals (32) auf einer Außenfläche ein Gewinde (26) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem entsprechenden Gewinde (25) zusammenzuwirken, das auf einer Innenfläche des Zwischenelements (14) in Nähe des ersten Endes (22) vorgesehen ist, wobei ein innerer Kragen (28), dessen Außendurchmesser etwas kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Halses (32) ist, von dem ersten Ende (22) des Zwischenelements (14) getragen ist, so daß eine dichte Montage des Topfs (27) auf dem Zwischenelement (14) gewährleistet wird.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ende (15) des Zwischenelements (14) an dem zweiten Ende (10) des oberen Behälters (2) durch Verschraubung dicht montiert ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hals (11) in Nähe des zweiten Endes (10) des oberen Behälters gebildet ist, wobei dieser Hals (11) auf einer Außenfläche ein Gewinde (12) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem entsprechenden Gewinde (13) zusammenzuwirken, das auf einer Innenfläche des Zwischenelements (14) in Nähe des zweiten Endes (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei ein innerer Kragen (16), dessen Außendurchmesser etwas kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Halses (11) ist, von der ringförmigen Querwand (39) des Zwischenelements (14) getragen ist, so daß eine dichte Montage des oberen Behälters (2) auf dem Zwischenelement (14) gewährleistet wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Topf (27), bevor er zum Zweck der Herstellung der Mischung an dem Zwischenelement montiert wird, durch einen Schraubdeckel (33) verschlossen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abgabeaufsatz (6) auf das erste Ende (38) des oberen Behälters (2) aufgeschraubt ist, wobei die Öffnung (8) durch einen abtrennbaren Lappen (9) verschlossen ist, der vor der Abgabe der Mischung abzubrechen ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung ein Haar-Auftragsprodukt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Produkt ein oxidierendes Produkt in flüssiger Form ist, wobei das erste Produkt ein Farbstoff in Form eines Pulvers oder eines Produkts hoher Viskosität ist.
