Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) destiné à équiper, par exemple, un toit d'un bâtiment, comportant :une embase (4) associée à des moyens de fixation (6) pour sa fixation sur une couverture de toit (5),un élément d'accrochage (2) monté sur l'embase (4) et comportant un anneau d'accrochage (3) à son extrémité distante de l'embase (4),des moyens de basculement permettant à l'élément d'accrochage (2) de basculer en cas de choc, dans un plan normal par rapport au plan d'extension de l'embase (4),des moyens d'amortissement permettant d'absorber de l'énergie au cours du basculement de l'élément d'accrochage (2),lesdits moyens d'amortissement comprenant un moyen de déclenchement permettant d'empêcher tout basculement de l'élément d'accrochage (2) lorsque ce dernier est soumis à une force dont l'intensité est inférieure à un seuil prédéterminé, ledit moyen de déclenchement étant une pièce amovible et distincte des autres éléments constitutifs des moyens d'amortissement.
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement comprennent des éléments coulissants avec friction.
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de déclenchement est une pièce déformable dont la résistance à la déformation détermine le seuil prédéterminé de déclenchement.
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une tige filetée (17), articulée sur l'embase (4) avec l'une de ses extrémités, l'autre extrémité s'étendant à l'intérieur d'un corps tubulaire (18), en traversant une ouverture ménagée dans une première extrémité (18a) du corps tubulaire (18),un fourreau (12) dont la face supérieure (12a) présente une ouverture traversée par un embout (3a) de l'anneau d'accrochage (3), ledit embout (3a) traversant également la seconde extrémité (18b) dudit corps tubulaire (18) de manière à enserrer ladite face supérieure (12a) du fourreau (12), l'extrémité inférieure dudit fourreau (12), étant ouverte et prenant appui avec sa tranche sur l'embase (4),des moyens de montage du moyen de déclenchement sensiblement à l'extrémité de la tige filetée (17) s'étendant à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire (18),et des appuis périphériques pour le moyen de déclenchement, solidaires du corps tubulaire (18) s'opposant au déplacement dudit moyen de déclenchement en cas de sollicitation de l'anneau d'accrochage (3).
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les appuis périphériques sont réalisés avec le chant (19) d'un tube de friction (20) inséré dans le corps tubulaire (18), ledit tube de friction (20) étant en appui avec son chant opposé sur une face intérieure (18c) de la première extrémité (18a) du corps tubulaire (18).
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de déclenchement est une rondelle (21) déformable.
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de montage de la rondelle (21) comprennent un guide de coulissement (22), une pièce conique (23), un joint torique (24) et un écrou (25), montés sur la tige filetée (17).
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (4) comprend des moyens de réglage de l'écartement des moyens de fixation (6).
