Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zylinderblockes im Verbundguß für eine flüssigkeitsgekühlte Brennkraftmaschine,dadurch gekennzeichnet,bei dem mehrere in Reihe miteinander einstückig verbundene Zylinderrohre (2) aus einer Alu-Legierung als ein gegossenes Insert (3) in einer ein Zylinderblock-Gehäuse (4) ausbildenden Gießform mit einer Magnesium-Legierung umgossen wird, wobeidie Zylinderrohre (2) in einem Endabschnitt über eine angeformte, die Zylinderrohre (2) für einen zylinderkopfseitig offenen Kühlmittelraum (5) beabstandet umlaufende Hüllwand (6) mit dem Gehäuse (4) in eine Umgußverbindung gebracht werden,dass die Hüllwand (6) des in einem Kokillenguß gefertigten Inserts (3) auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erwärmt wird, unddass die erwärmte Hüllwand (6) in dem in eine Druckgießform (7) des Zylinderblock-Gehäuses (4) einzusetzenden Insert (3) über in der Druckgießform (7) angeordnete Mittel (8) um ein vorbestimmtes Maß von den Zylinderrohren (2) weg nach außen verformt wird , wobeidie Zwangs- Verformung bis zum Erkalten der Magnesium-Legierung des Zylinderblock ― Gehäuses (4) beibehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass als Mittel (8) zur Hüllwand-Verformung ein in der Druckgießform (7) fest angeordneter Drückkem (8') dient, derim Kühlmittelraum (5) um die Zylinderrohre (2) einseitig auf die Hüllwand (6) kraft- und formschlüssig nach außen verformend einwirkt beim Einsetzen des Inserts (3) in die Gehäuse-Druckgießform (7), wobeider Drückkern (8') mindestens über eine einer Gußschräge entsprechend geneigte Begrenzung (9) auf die Hüllwand (6) einwirkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass als Mittel (8) zur Hüllwand-Verformung ein in der Druckgießform gesteuert beweglich angeordneter Drückkem dient, deram in die Gehäuse-Druckgießform fest eingesetzten Insert beim gesteuerten Eindringen in den Kühlmittelraum auf die Hüllwand kraft- und formschlüssig über eine geneigte Begrenzung nach außen verformend einwirkt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Verformung der Hüllwand (6) die zylinderkopfseitige Öffnung des Kühlmittelraumes (5) durch eine Festlegung der Gesamttoleranzen in einem vorgegebenen Nennmaß mit geringen Abweichungen erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß der Verformung der Hüllwand (6) zumindest dem Schrumpfmaß der erkaltenden Magnesium ― Legierung des Zylinderblock-Gehäuses (4) gewählt wird.
