Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a holder with a handle for beverage packs or other cardboard or multi-layer laminate packs containing a filling material according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Holder for beverage packs of the aforementioned type with a support intended for bearing against the rear wall of the container, on which the holder is located, and with a further support intended for bearing against a further container wall, both supports being rigidly connected to one another and forming parts of the holding body in various versions known.
  • These holders usually have the shape of the pack and are intended to hold the packs by means of side walls and a bottom.
  • These holders are relatively large and bulky. In addition, they easily become dirty due to milk running down, especially in the area of the edges between the side walls and the floor, which are difficult to clean.
  • the holders are offered in the grocery store in close proximity to the packaged drinks. Since the sales room has to be used in the best possible way, the well-known owners are Not very popular with retailers because they take up a lot of space with a rather low sales price.
  • the beverage cartons to be held are often sold in 4, 6 or 10 packs sealed in foil. With these products it is not possible to grab the holders to save space, or to weld them into the film.
  • the space problem arises not only when selling, but also when storing the beverage pack with holder, for example in the customer's refrigerator. Drinks are typically stored inside the refrigerator door. The holder takes up a lot of space in the storage compartment provided for this purpose and reduces the storage capacity in a disruptive manner.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide holders for beverage packaging which do not have the disadvantages mentioned.

  • FIG. 8a shows a side view of a holder in the holding position on the packaging to be held, the flap and holding bracket not being shown;
  • FIG. 8b shows the holder according to FIG. 8a in a space-saving manner
  • 9a shows a plan view of a beverage packaging with a reclosable pourer, a holder according to a further embodiment of the invention being shown in the inserted position;
  • FIG. 9b shows the holder according to FIG. 9a in the holding position.
  • the holder 1 is put together by pushing an upper support wall 30 through a through opening 13, which is arranged above and parallel to the suspension slot 12 and retaining bracket 11 in the rear wall support 10. In the plugged-together state, the upper support wall 30 prevents the beverage packaging or the tab L from slipping out of the hanging slot 12. The holder 1 is thus effectively secured to the package to be held in the assembled state.
  • a handle 20 is arranged between the rear wall support 10 and the upper support wall 30, which allows the holder and the beverage packaging to be gripped and lifted comfortably and securely. In the example shown in FIGS.
  • the upper support wall 30, handle 20 and rear wall support 10 are each movably connected to one another by hinges.
  • the holder can be plugged together and unfolded as often as required and also folded into different storage positions, as is indicated in FIG. 7.
  • the holder according to the invention is ideally suited for packing with individual beverage packages or multiple packages. These are advantageously simply welded or shrink-wrapped into the enveloping plastic film.
  • the holder is preferably injection molded from plastic material and support wall 30, handle 20 and rear wall support 10 are over Film hinges 60, 61 connected to each other in a known manner. Polypropylene has proven to be a particularly preferred material for producing the holders according to the invention.
  • the film hinges 60, 61 are designed such that the hinge axes lie in different outer surfaces of the holder, as is indicated in FIG. 7b.
  • the holder can thus be placed in an extremely space-saving Z-shaped storage position.
  • the three essentially plate-shaped main elements of the holder are of sufficient strength, depending on the material, so that they do not bend or deform too much in the assembled state under the load of the beverage pack.
  • the holder according to the invention can also be made without hinges from a single strip of flexible material, for example a metal sheet.
  • the support wall 30, handle 20 and rear wall support 10 merge seamlessly into one another in this case.
  • FIG. 9b shows a holder in this inserted position.
  • a latching groove 31 is provided on the surface of the support 30. If the holder is pulled back into the holding position, as shown in FIG. 9b, by pulling on the handle 20, the upper edge of the insertion slot 13 snaps into this locking groove 31 and holds the holder 1 in the holding position.
  • the holder according to the invention can also perform a further function.
