Description

und wobei daraufhin der Innenbehälter und das Verbindungselement mit der Maßgabe in die Auffangwanne eingeführt werden, dass jedes Ende des Verbindungselementes mit einem Anschlusselement verbunden wird. Dabei können auch die Enden des Verbindungselementes zusätzlich mit Verankerungsmitteln versehen sein, beispielsweise mit Befestigungshaken und dgl.

Claims (11)
- Flüssigkeitstank, insbesondere Brennstofftank, mit einem Innenbehälter (1) zur Aufnahme der Flüssigkeit und einer den Innenbehälter (1) aufnehmenden Auffangwanne (2) zum Auffangen der Flüssigkeit im Leckagefall, wobei Maßnahmen verwirklicht werden, um die Auffangwanne (2) im Leckagefall gegen ein seitliches Ausbeulen unter Einwirkung der aufgefangenen Flüssigkeit zu stabilisieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mittlerer Bereich einer ersten Wannenseitenwand (3) der Auffangwanne (2) über zumindest ein Verbindungselement (8) mit dem mittleren Bereich einer zweiten Wannenseitenwand (4) der Auffangwanne (2) verbunden ist und dass das Verbindungselement (8) dabei den Innenbehälter (1) durchgreift.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Auffangwanne (2) über zumindest 50 %, vorzugsweise über zumindest 95 % der Höhe des Innenbehälters (1) erstreckt.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der Innenbehälter (1) einen sich über die Breite des Innenbehälters (1) erstreckenden Durchgangskanal (9) aufweist und wobei das Verbindungselement (8) diesen Durchgangskanal (9) durchgreift.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Durchgangskanal (9) aus zwei sich zur Innenbehältermitte hin trichterförmig verjüngenden Abschnitten (10) besteht.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Verbindungselement (8) ein flexibler Verbindungsstrang ist.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Verbindungselememt (8) ein flexibler Kunststoffgurt ist.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, wobei der flexible Kunststoffstrang über seine Länge von einem Rohr (23) ummantelt ist.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei an jeder Wannenseitenwand (3, 4) ein Anschlusselement (13) für den Anschluss des Verbindungselementes (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Anschlusselement (13) stoffschlüssig mit der Wannenseitenwand (3, 4) verbunden ist.
- Flüssigkeitstank nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, wobei das Anschlusselement (13) innenbehälterseitig von der Wannenseitenwand (3, 4) überdeckt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Flüssigkeitstanks nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei zwei Anschlusselemente (13) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer Blasform für die Auffangwanne (2) eingelegt werden,
wobei daraufhin die Auffangwanne (2) geblasen wird und dabei jeweils eine Verbindung zwischen einem Anschlusselement (13) und einer Wannenseitenwand (4, 3) hergestellt wird und
wobei daraufhin der Innenbehälter (1) und. das Verbindungselement (8) mit der Maßgabe in die Auffangwanne (2) eingebracht werden, dass jedes Ende des Verbindungselementes (8) mit einem Anschlusselement (13) verbunden wird.
