Claims (16)
- An apparatus for aligning at least one edge of a plurality of sheets (09;29) arranged one above the other in a stack (14;32), while maintaining the sequence of the sheets (09;29), having a supporting table (11;27) with a leading-edge stop (13;31) for aligning the leading edges of the sheets (09;29) provided on one side, wherein the apparatus (01;21) contains a sheet feeder, by means of which the sheets (09;29) are conveyed from a carrying plate (02; 22) to the leading-edge stop (13;31) of the supporting table (11;27) upon forming an imbricated stream with underlap imbrication, characterized in that arranged upstream of the supporting table (11;27) is the carrying plate (02; 22), on which the sheets (09;29) are set down in a stack (03; 23) with non-aligned leading edges in respect of the leading-edge stop(13;31), in that at least one blowing device (16;33) is provided in the machine(01;21), with which air is blown from the rear edge of the sheets (09;29) between the imbricated sheets (09;29) of the imbricated stream and the stack (14;32) of sheets (09;29) already aligned at the leading-edge stop (13;31),forming on the supporting table (11;27).
- An apparatus for aligning at least one edge of a plurality of sheets (09;29) arranged one above the other in a stack (14;32), while maintaining the sequence of the sheets (09;29), having a supporting table (11;27) with a leading-edge stop (13;31) for aligning the leading edges of the sheets (09;29) provided on one side, wherein the apparatus (01;21) contains a sheet feeder, by means of which the sheets (09;29) are conveyed from a carrying plate (02;22) to the leading-edge stop (13;31) of the supporting table (11;27) upon forming form an imbricated stream with underlap imbrication, characterized in that arranged upstream of the supporting table (11;27) is the carrying plate (02;22), on which the sheets (09;29) are set down in a stack (03;23) with non-aligned leading edges in respect to the leading-edge stop (13;31), in that on a side of the supporting table (27) a side edge stop (34) is provided, in that on the device (21) at least one blowing device for displacing the sheets (29) in the direction of the side edge stop (34), with which air is blown from the side edge of the sheets (09;29)opposite to the side edge stop (34) between the imbricated sheets (29) of the imbricated stream and the stack of sheets (29) already aligned at the leading-edge stop (34),forming on the supporting table (27).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the supporting table (11; 27) is designed in the manner of a suction-belt table (11; 27), it being possible for the respectively lowermost sheet (09; 29) of the imbricated stream to be conveyed against the leading-edge stop (13; 31) by the suction belts (12; 28) of said suction-belt table.
- The apparatus as claimed in claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the supporting table (11; 27) can be inclined downward in the direction of the leading-edge stop (13; 31).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that it is possible to change the angle of inclination of the supporting table (11; 27) in the direction of the leading-edge stop (13; 31).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that provided on the apparatus (01; 21) is at least one blowing device (16; 33), by means of which it is possible to blow air from the trailing edges of the sheets (09; 29), between the imbricated sheets (09; 29) of the imbricated stream and the stack (14; 32) of sheets (09; 29) already aligned on the leading-edge stop (13; 31), said stack forming on the supporting table (11; 27).
- The apparatus as claimed in one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the leading-edge stop (13; 31) is height-adjustable.
- The apparatus as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the leading-edge stop (13; 31) can be adjusted to the shape of the leading edge of the sheets (09; 29), in particular in convex, concave or sloping form.
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a side-edge stop (34), on which a side edge of the sheets (29) can be aligned, is provided on one side of the accommodating table (27).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the side-edge stop (34) can be adjusted to the format of the sheets (29).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the supporting table (27) can be inclined downward in the direction of the side-edge stop (34).
- The apparatus as claimed in one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in that it is possible to change the angle of inclination of the supporting table (27) in the direction of the side-edge stop (34).
- The apparatus as claimed in one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that provided on the apparatus (21) is at least one blowing device (36), by means of which it is possible to blow air from that side edge of the sheets (29) which is located opposite the side-edge stop (34), between the imbricated sheets (29) of the imbricated stream and the stack of sheets (29) already aligned on the side-edge stop (34), said stack forming on the supporting table (27).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a stack with sheets is arranged on the carrying plate (02; 22).
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a suction means (24) which grips the uppermost sheet (09; 29) of the stack in each case is provided.
- The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the suction belts are arranged beneath the stack which is to be formed.
