Definitions
- the invention relates to an antenna device for a vehicle according to the features the preamble of claim 1.
- EP 1 080 513 B1 discloses a vehicle antenna device with at least one known antenna structure applied to a vehicle window, the base points the antenna structure, contact points for electrical connection with a high-frequency device, in particular an antenna amplifier.
- a high-frequency device in particular an antenna amplifier.
- One is the Contact points of the at least one antenna structure on the vehicle window attached base made of non-conductive material (support plate) for Detachable recording of the antenna amplifier provided, the connections with the associated contact points are detachably electrically connected.
- For contacting are in Contact area concerned contact springs arranged with a flat part lie on the circuit board of the antenna amplifier, there with appropriate Connection points are soldered and for mechanical fixation with one at the end engage angled extension in a recess of the circuit board.
- the contact springs in the housing of the antenna amplifier securely and sufficiently stably attached to the To be able to absorb spring pressure when contact is made.
- the contact springs are above the underside of the antenna amplifier out, so that after the production, that is, above all with the Transport and when installing the antenna amplifier, there is a risk that the protruding contact springs are bent or even break off. Because the whole Antenna amplifier with a plastic housing was encapsulated in the case of broken contact springs excluded a repair, so this costly (hazardous waste) must be disposed of.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of an antenna device for Vehicle with antenna structures using contact springs with an electronic device, in particular an antenna amplifier to be contacted, to be provided on the one hand the interchangeability of the electronic device (the antenna amplifier) maintains by placing the electronic device (the antenna amplifier) on a carrier plate is arranged releasably, and on the other hand, the handling of the electronic device (the Antenna amplifier) is not affected by the above contact springs.
- the carrier plate has the at least one contact spring records and the electronic device, in particular the antenna amplifier, (on the in further reference is made) at least one associated with the contact spring Has contact area.
- the antenna amplifier itself no longer has any protruding parts of a contact spring, so that it too can no longer be bent or break off.
- This makes it a safe one at all times Contacting is ensured because the carrier plate receives the contact springs. This is guaranteed especially when the contact springs in such a manner are arranged in or on the carrier plate so that they protrude little and also none free arm (leg) of the contact spring protrudes from the carrier plate. For example, this will achieved according to the invention in that the at least one contact spring on or in the carrier plate is locked.
- a carrier plate 1 is shown in sections, on a flat part of the vehicle, in particular on a vehicle window, arranged, above all is glued.
- This carrier plate 1 has the task of receiving the antenna amplifier, so that it is easy to assemble and disassemble.
- EP 1 080 is used again 513 B1 referenced.
- a Contact spring 2 For contacting the at least one contact point on the flat part of the Vehicle, in particular the base point of an antenna structure on the vehicle window, and the associated contact point in or on the antenna amplifier is a Contact spring 2 is provided, the shape of which is shown by way of example in FIG. 1.
- This Contact spring 2 is made of an electrically conductive material with spring properties made so that it is the one hand the connection between the contact point of the Secures antenna structure and the contact point of the antenna amplifier reliably.
- the shape of the contact spring 2 is chosen to be approximately U-shaped, since this shape here has the best high frequency properties.
- This contact spring 2 is a single part manufactured, whereby for contacting between antenna structure and antenna amplifier as many contact springs 2 are required, such as antenna structures available.
- the carrier plate 1 As shown in FIG. 1, it has at least one recess 3.
- This recess 3 is here at one Arranged side of the carrier plate 1 and serves to fix the position of the contact spring 2nd At the same time, it also serves as an orientation during assembly, so that it is immediately apparent at which point (or at which points) contact springs 2 on the carrier plate 1 are to be arranged.
- the end area can be considered bend the two legs of the contact spring 2, with the bend (i.e. the angled ends) engages in a recess, the recess not the must penetrate entire carrier plate 1, but as a recess on at least one Side, in particular on both sides of the carrier plate 1 can be configured.
- the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 means that a Contact spring 2 is prefabricated and then fixed in position on or on the carrier plate, the contact between the antenna structure and the antenna amplifier manufacture.
- Figures 3 and 4 show once again the latching principle according to the invention, wherein in Figure 3 has already shown that the contact spring is pushed over the carrier plate 1 was that the end regions of the legs of the contact spring 2 in the further recess 4 have arrived.
- the two ends 5 and 6 of the legs of the contact spring 2 are bent in the same or at least a similar radius, the one leg (5th or 6) is slightly shorter than the other leg (6 or 5). This causes that at Pressure (when looking at the figure from above or below) one end 5 of the Leg can get over the other end 6 of the leg and so the two Lock ends 5 and 6 together in a locking area 7.
- the contact spring 2 After locking the contact spring 2 includes the web between the two recesses 3 and 4 and is so fixed in their position, but because of the shape shown purpose Contacting still remains elastically deformable and also the necessary pressure forces the associated contact points of the antenna structure and the antenna amplifier maintains.
- One and the same form of contact springs can be used with different carrier plates. It is the other way around possible with the same carrier plate several different sizes or different to use shaped contact springs. Should expect again when assembling one Contact spring or also destroyed during transport is by simple means a replacement possible. Tools for this are not required.
- the additional Locking Locking area 7
- Figure 6 shows two contact springs 2 (or more), which are in recesses 3 of the Carrier plate 1 are used.
- the two approximately rectangular recesses 3 in the carrier plate 1 form an intermediate web 12, which is from the contact springs 2 is gripped after it is locked with its bent leg ends have been. Since 2 different signal paths by means of the at least two contact springs to be contacted with each other, it is necessary that the electrically conductive Contact springs 2 do not touch, so that the carrier plate 1 corresponding Has spacers which prevent the at least two contact springs 2 touch.
- these spacers are as Protrusions 13 which extend into the recess 3 are formed. This Spacers are either already part of the carrier plate 1 or can be used as separate components can be arranged on this.
- Figure 7 shows a further embodiment of a contact spring 2, in which one Recess 14 at least in a contact spring leg 15, but in particular also in two contact spring legs 15, 16 is present.
- a recess 14 is it is possible on the one hand to influence the spring characteristic of the contact spring 2.
- FIG Contact spring 2 which has only one recess 14, it goes without saying conceivable that several, extending in the longitudinal direction and parallel to each other arranged recesses 14 are present.
- the different representations of the Contact spring 2 in Figure 7 refers to three-dimensional and sectional views before and after locking the ends of the contact spring legs 15, 16, the one in between lying area of the carrier plate 1 is not shown.
- FIGS. 8 to 13 Various conceivable forms of contact springs 2 are shown in FIGS. 8 to 13 shown, which either engage in only a single recess 3 of the carrier plate 1 (so for example shown in Figure 8), or where the contact springs 2 are shaped so that they need two (or possibly more than two) recesses 3 and one Reach around web 12 (FIGS. 9, 11, 12 and 13) completely or at least partially.
- Conceivable is also the shape of a spring, which is not a web 12, but (also) an end region embrace the carrier plate 1 ( Figure 10).
- FIG. 14 shows that the contact spring 2 consists of at least two contact spring parts 21, 22 exists, which are connected to each other in the area of a connection point 23. Also through this, in particular permanent connection of two contact spring parts 21, 22 with each other, a contact spring 2 is generated, which in at least one recess 3 of the Carrier plate 1 arranged and inextricably linked to it after the Junction 23 was realized.
- the connection at the connection point 23 can for example by spot welding, riveting, crimping, gluing, soldering or the like.
- the contact spring 2 Due to the shape of the contact spring 2, as shown, for example, in FIGS. 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14, it is also possible to add more on each side of the carrier plate 1 to be connected as a contact point 8 or more than one contact point 9. Thus, these corresponding forms of the contact spring 2 also make multiple contacting possible.
- the at least one contact spring arranged in the housing of the antenna amplifier is, so that the carrier plate only in the area of the contact points has and the contact between the antenna structure and antenna amplifier via contact springs that are not in or on the carrier plate, but in the Housing of the antenna amplifier are arranged.
- the amplifier and the flat part of the vehicle (vehicle window) can also the elimination of the carrier plate should be considered.
