Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur elektrischen Kontaktierung von zumindest oberflächig elektrisch leitfähigen An-/Einbauteilen (1b) bei Kraftfahrzeugen im Zuge ihrer Montage, wonach das jeweilige An-/Einbauteil (1b) unter Zwischenschaltung eines elektrisch leitfähigen Klebers (19) mit einer Kontaktstelle (18) eines Leiters (2) der Kraftfahrzeug-Elektrik/-Elektronik verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das An-/Einbauteil (1b) die Funktion einer Elektrode zur Realisierung eines kapazitiven Sensors, die Wirkungsweise einer elektrischen Abschirm- und/oder Erdungseinrichtung, etc. einnimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem An-/Einbauteil (1b) um einen Bestandteil einer Handhabe (1) einer Kraftfahrzeugtür handelt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das An-/Einbauteil (1b) mittels zumindest eines angeformten Steges (15) über den Kleber (19) mit der Kontaktstelle (18) des Leiters (2) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das zwischen Kleber (19) und Kontaktstelle (18) des Leiters (2) ein elektrisch leitendes Verbindungsglied (16), z. B. eine den Leiter (2) an der Kontaktstelle (18) fixierende Lasche (16), zwischengeschaltet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Montage des An-/Einbauteils (1b) der Steg (15) in eine mit dem Kleber (19) gefüllte Wanne (20) eintaucht.
- Kraftfahrzeug-An-/Einbauteil (1b) mit zumindest einer elektrisch leitfähigen Oberfläche, z. B. metallisierte Deckelschale (1b) einer Handhabe (1), wobei das An-/Einbauteil (1b) mit einem Leiter (2) elektrisch verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das An-/Einbauteil (1b) unter Zwischenschaltung eines elektrisch leitfähigen Klebers (19) mit einer Kontaktstelle (18) des Leiters (2) eine elektrische Verbindung eingeht.
- An-/Einbauteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zumindest einen Steg (15) aufweist, welcher zum Bauteilinneren hin gerichtet auf einer Außenfläche des An-/Einbauteils (1b) aufsteht.
- An-/Einbauteil nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (15) bei der Montage eine Lasche (16) fixiert, welche ihrerseits den Leiter (2) positioniert.
- An-/Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (16) mit einem Schenkel (16a) in eine Wanne (20) eines Profilkörpers (3) eintaucht, während der andere Schenkel (16b) den Leiter (2) fixiert, und dass der Steg (15) bei der Montage in die mit dem Kleber (19) gefüllte Wanne (20) zur durchgängigen elektrischen Verbindung des An-/Einbauteils (1b) mit dem Leiter (2) eintaucht.
