Claims (15)
- Dispositif de guidage, sur une machine de fabrication de sachets refermables, de moyens (107) d'ouverture/fermeture des sachets comportant une plaque (100) complémentaire de moyens de soudage des moyens d'ouverture/fermeture sur les parois du sachet, la plaque (100) comportant une fente (6) apte à guider les moyens (107) d'ouverture/fermeture en défilement, la fente comportant en outre des moyens aptes à ouvrir les moyens d'ouverture après le soudage et des moyens (5, 9) aptes à faciliter l'ouverture et le guidage des moyens d'ouverture/fermeture, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de facilitation comportent une découpe (5) à l'extrémité de la fente (6) destinée à permettre l'ouverture des moyens d'ouverture/fermeture, la découpe (5) augmentant la largeur de la fente (6) selon une direction perpendiculaire au sens d'extension de la fente et parallèle à la plaque.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (5) est de forme rectangulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface externe (7) de la plaque au niveau des moyens (5) de facilitation est traitée de façon à résister à l'usure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface externe de la plaque est recouverte par un matériau permettant une meilleure résistance à l'usure.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface interne (30) des moyens (5) de facilitation est traitée de façon à résister à l'usure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface interne (30) est recouverte par un matériau permettant une meilleure résistance à l'usure.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau comporte de la céramique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de facilitation comportent, sur chaque flanc de la plaque, des moyens comportant une gorge (11) d'ouverture et de guidage des moyens (107) d'ouverture/fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les gorges (11) sont formées par un espace laissé entre deux parties en saillie par rapport aux flancs de la plaque.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de chaque gorge (11) est parallèle au défilement des moyens d'ouverture/fermeture, l'axe d'extension de chaque gorge étant incliné par rapport à un plan de symétrie longitudinal passant par le centre de la plaque (100), l'inclinaison des axes étant apte à fournir un écartement progressif des moyens d'ouverture/fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les gorges (11) se prolongent dans la deuxième partie des saillies située en aval du défilement, afin de guider les moyens d'ouverture/fermeture en aval du dispositif d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les gorges (11) sont ménagées dans des moyens (9) fixés dans la découpe (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (9) comportent une pièce principalement de forme cylindrique de révolution qui comporte des gorges (66, 11), aptes à permettre sa fixation sur la plaque (100) au niveau de la découpe (5) et aptes à constituer des moyens de guidage des moyens d'ouverture/fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les deux gorges (11) latérales destinées à constituer des moyens de guidage s'étendent sur les côtés de la pièce (9), la gorge (66) de fixation sur la plaque étant centrée sur plan de symétrie longitudinal à la plaque (100) quand la pièce (9) est en position.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens comportant la gorge sont en matériau comportant de la céramique.
