Definitions
- the present invention relates to an applicator structure in the form of glove. It finds its use in particular in the field of gloves used to ensure friction of the hair and the scalp in general. We know body washcloths generally made of cotton or sponge.
- the advantage of the invention is to provide a glove making it possible to come into contact with the whole mass of the hair while limiting the body language to obtain this result.
- a washcloth has in its simplest embodiment a shape rectangular made so that two panels of fabric are connected so as to provide an opening at one of the edges of the rectangle for that a user's hand can be inserted between these two panels tissue.
- the user can possibly wet and impregnate his glove with a personal hygiene product, for applying said product to the skin.
- absorbent materials which can be used are those intended for the production of wipes.
- the problem posed by these gloves, made from such materials and impregnated with such substances, is that they have a manufacturing cost Student. Indeed, to make a glove with individualized fingers, we stick two sheets of absorbent fabrics together, and then cut them according to a pattern individualizing each of the fingers. So there is a loss between the amount of tissue used and the number of gloves that are actually made. These falls are irrecoverable, and moreover require a recycling step in the process of manufacturing. Finally, once the gloves are made, they form as many units made to impregnate with product. The handling of each of these units is binding. However, it is impossible to impregnate the fabric beforehand, because then it can only be cut manually, which is long and tedious.
- the cut manual gloves generates a risk of bacterial contamination, and imposes an additional step of purifying the gloves produced. This last step further complicates the manufacturing process.
- the object of the present invention is to remedy the problems mentioned above.
- a glove forming a cavity in which a user can insert his hand.
- This glove has flaps protruding around one edge outside of the glove so as to increase the contact surface proposed by the glove.
- the flaps constitute as many contact surfaces extra with the hair.
- These shreds correspond in this case an extension of the glove material beyond the outer periphery strict of the cavity inside which one can insert a hand. Indeed, when a user inserts his hand into the glove, and in particular one of his fingers in one of the fingers of the glove, even if his finger is molded by the inner circumference of the thermowell, this one has a flap floating around the perimeter outside.
- the glove thus produced has as a contact surface, the periphery outside of the thimbles and the glove, increased by the outside surface presented by these shreds.
- junction zone The cavity inside which the hand is inserted is delimited by a junction zone, this junction zone connecting a first panel to a second panel.
- the hand is also inserted between these two panels from an opening not blocked by this junction zone.
- a glove is thus obtained which develops a large contact surface, which allows in particular to rub the hair coming into contact with the periphery outside of most of them. This gives better friction of the hair.
- you want to wash your hair or apply it to your hair treatment, coloring or other, to obtain a uniform result it is absolutely necessary to come into contact with each of them; and this in the depth of the scalp.
- the invention makes it possible to obtain such a result.
- the invention relates to a device comprising a first sheet and a second sheet, the first sheet being connected to the second sheet according to a connection zone, a cavity accessible via at least one opening being formed between the two sheets on one side of said connecting zone, characterized in that the device present on the other side of the connection zone at least one flexible strip formed by at least one of the sheets and in that the two sheets have respectively a rectangular shape, said cavity being oriented obliquely relative to said leaves.
- the cavity is therefore oriented obliquely relative to said sheets.
- such an orientation results in presenting the opening of the glove in a corner of the rectangle, the connecting zone opening on two edges respectively distinct and orthogonal of the two leaves.
- the hand is then introduced into the glove so that it preferably extends along a diagonal of the rectangle. It is thus easy to limit the proportion of flexible strip which will then be placed around the wrist of a hand which would be inserted into such a glove, and maximize the surface area of the leaves which could for example be brought into contact with hair according to a classic gesture.
- each of these two sheets can present flexible bands.
- the two sheets have the same dimensions and are superimposed so that the flexible strips are of same shape and overlap.
- the flexible band (s) form (s) fringes.
- the fringes are themselves flexible and orient themselves indistinctly with respect to each other in the mass of hair. The fringes thus come randomly to create additional contact surfaces.
- a fringe has at least two flounces.
- the ruffles are for example cut along an intermediate axis intersecting a longitudinal axis of the fringe.
- the bonding area forms at least one curve so that the cavity has at least one projection to receive at least one finger.
- the connection zone delimits several outgrowths to receive each one finger of one hand, so that the cavity define a glove. Furthermore, at least one outgrowth is prolonged by at minus a fringe.
- At least one of the sheets may be made of a nonwoven material.
- This type of nonwoven material can be impregnated at least in part with a product cosmetic, in particular a hair treatment product.
- connection zone is discontinuous.
- cavity has several openings.
- the invention makes it possible to obtain such gloves by a method of simplified manufacturing, with a low cost price, and easily industrializable.
- the manufacturing process according to the invention does not generate falls, and on the other hand, the cutting of the gloves is simplified and can be done continuously without rupture of the production line.
- the method provides in particular that two rectangular sheets of material are assembled at a junction area, so as to form on one side from said junction zone a cavity between the two sheets, this cavity being accessible via at least one opening.
- the junction area is arranged in such a way so that at least one of the sheets forms a flexible strip on the other side of the junction area, and so that said cavity is oriented obliquely relative to said leaves.
- the flexible strip thus defined is then cut from so as to define the locations of the flaps.
- These shreds, or fringes, can themselves be cut so as to present frills, shreds and their flounces are for example produced by die cutting room.
- the cutouts of the flaps do not meet not the edges of the tablecloth. We can easily handle it.
- the leaves are cut, for example by a cutting with a roller, so as to separate the gloves thus formed from the (or) sheet (s) of strip material.
- the two sheets are formed from two plies arranged on rollers and rolled out simultaneously, i.e. the two sheets are formed from a sheet unrolled and folded back on itself around its longitudinal axis, the longitudinal axis preferably defining itself parallel to an axis of unwinding of the sheet.
- FIG. 1 shows a device 1 according to the invention.
- the device 1 forms a pocket, it has a first sheet 2, here represented as a sheet top of the device 1, and a second sheet 3 respectively shown like a bottom sheet of device 1.
- sheets 2 and 3 are facing each other, and overlap.
- the leaves are connected to the level of a connection zone 4, so as to delimit the pocket at least on one side of the connection area 4.
- This connection area 4 has at least one curvature to present the pocket on the inside of the curvature.
- the pocket is also open so that a user's hand can be inserted between the sheets thus assembled.
- the connection zone 4 is preferably defined as inside, not around, the leaves of device 1.
- connection is made between the two sheets 2 and 3 by means assembly, such as glue, thermal welding, ultrasonic welding or high frequency.
- assembly such as glue, thermal welding, ultrasonic welding or high frequency.
- the assembly means adapted to the material of the leaves.
- the sheets are made of a preferably non-woven material.
- a material is chosen comprising 70% viscose and 30% polyethylene terephthalate.
- it is an absorbent material so that it can be impregnated with a solution.
- a body hygiene product or more particularly with a product for hair care, such as a shampoo, a dye, a rehydrating agent, or a plixant (product having a hardening power of the hair fiber ).
- the sheet is for example in a planar shape of small thickness with a density of the order of 70 grams / m 2 .
- sheets 2 and 3 are rectangular and have at least three borders 5, 6, 7 common and strictly opposite. Among these three borders, borders 5 and 7 are connected by the connection zone 4, while the border 6 is said to be "open” insofar as the two sheets 2 and 3 are not connected at this border 6.
- the border 6 therefore has a opening 8. A user can for example insert his hand from opening 8 so as to arrange it between the two sheets 2 and 3.
- connection zone 4 is continuous in the example presented in FIG. 1. Indeed, a segment 9 of the connection zone 4 connects the borders 5 and 7. At this level segment 9, sheets 2 and 3 are connected. Therefore, the device 1 defines a cavity 10 between sheets 2 and 3, this cavity 10 being accessible only since opening 8.
- connection zone 4 Relative to the connection zone 4, on a first side 11 of segment 9, it is to say on the left in Figure 1, we have the cavity 10, while on a second side 13 segment 9 defines a flexible strip 12.
- the flexible strip 12 corresponds to a portion of one of the sheets 2 or 3 projecting beyond the bonding area 4.
- the first sheet 2 extends beyond the bonding area 4 to form this flexible strip 12.
- the segment 9 of the connection zone 4 is not therefore not carried out at the edge of the sheet 2.
- the flexible strip 12 is movable by compared to the rest of sheet 2 which is itself held in solidarity with the second sheet 3.
- the flexible strip 12 extends orthogonally to the segment 9 over a length of the order of a centimeter. This length is by example between 0.5 centimeters and 5 centimeters.
- the connecting zone 4 can be discontinuous, provided that the device 1 has at least one protrusion such that the flexible strip 12.
- the two sheets 2 and 3 may have a flexible strip such as 12.
- the second sheet 3 has a second flexible strip 14.
- the flexible strips 12 and 14 do not have necessarily the same shape and do not necessarily overlap. They are independent of each other. De facto, sheets 2 and 3 do not show necessarily the same shape, and can be vis-à-vis only partially.
- the flexible strip can be defined all along of the connection zone 4. In this case, the flexible strip 12 protrudes from the second side 13 over all or part of the connection area 4.
- the device 1 forms a rectangle in which the connecting zone 4 is continuous and comprises at minus a curve 15 provided so as to form a protrusion 16 of the cavity 10.
- the outgrowth 16 more particularly forms an extension tubular of the cavity 10.
- This tubular extension 16 is in particular provided to be able to receive a finger from a user's hand.
- the area 4 forms several curves linked together to form several tubular extensions such as 16.
- the cavity 10 has five tubular extensions such as 16 for each to receive a finger with one hand.
- each of the five extensions can have an inner perimeter of a shape compatible with the finger it is supposed to receive: thumb, index finger, middle, ring or little finger.
- connection zone 4 On the first side 11 of the connection zone 4, the pocket thus defines a glove. On the second side 13 of the connection zone 4, there is the flexible strip 12 and possibly 14, which exceeds (s) the connection zone 4.
- the strip 12 is then separated into at least two fringes 18 and 19 respectively.
- the cut 17 is made in the flexible strip 12, along an axis intersecting at connection zone 4, and almost until reaching the connection zone 4. Furthermore, the cut 17 is made up to a border 20 of the surface, here of rectangle shape, in which is inscribed the device 1.
- the two fringes 18 and 19 are therefore each retained at the level of the connection zone 4 while remaining in the continuity of the sheet 2. Furthermore, the fringes 18 and 19 are delimited by the cut 17 on the one hand, and the border 20 of the rectangle.
- a longitudinal axis 27 with one hand as that of the forearm in the continuity of which it is part, in particular when the fingers are parallel to the forearm.
- the opening 8 is preferably made in such a way that the longitudinal axis 27 of the hand is oblique to the rectangle in which is formed the glove.
- the opening 8 is defined in a corner of this rectangle.
- the connection zone 4 opens at two points around the periphery. outside of the rectangle, on either side of this corner, defining between these two opening points 8.
- a first point leads to a edge 50
- the second point at a second edge 51 adjacent to the first edge 50, the two edges 50 and 51 being here presented orthogonal.
- the second flexible strip 14 also has fringes such than those of bands 12.
- the fringes 17 of the two bands 12 and 14 are of preferably cut simultaneously.
- the fringes can themselves be cut so as to present at least two steering wheels 28 and 28 '. These flounces are made along axes of intermediate cuts 29.
- the fringe 18 has at least one axis intermediate cutting 29 thus defining the at least two flywheels 28 and 28 '.
- the fringe 18 has seven flounces such as 28 and 28 'separated by six intermediate cuts such as 29.
- the axes of each of these cuts intermediates 29 are intersecting with the connecting zone 4.
- each steering wheel has an edge represented by a portion of the connecting area 4.
- the flounces can be cut along parallel axes between them, in which case, not all the steering wheels have an edge formed by the link 4.
- a longitudinal axis 30 of a fringe is defined which substantially corresponds to a main elongation axis of a protrusion 16, that is to say an axis of insertion of the finger in the protuberance.
- the connection area 4 has curved connecting portions on either side of this axis longitudinal 30.
- the intermediate cutting axes 29 are then intersecting with this longitudinal axis 30.
- fringes and ruffles increases the surface of the glove, and in particular to fully use all the material included in the surface, here rectangular shape inside which this glove is defined.
- the fringes and frills significantly increase contact with the capillary surface and further improve friction of the scalp. Fingers separate the capillary mass into several strands, these strands then being indistinctly penetrated by the different frills and fringes.
- the device 1 manufacturing process is done in several stages.
- a first step the two sheets 2 and 3 are assembled together.
- these sheets 2 and 3 are defined inside at least one layer of a continuous web material.
- the sheet 2 is presented on a first sheet 31, stored in the form of a roll 32, and the second sheet 3 is presented on a second ply 33, stored in the form of a second roll 34.
- the rollers, 32 and 34 are unwound simultaneously so as to present the two plies 31 and 33 facing each other.
- the course rollers is done according to arrow 35, either from left to right in Figures 4 and 5.
- the continuous manufacturing process there is a single roll such that when unrolled, the web of strip material continuous corresponding to a width allowing it to be folded back on itself and thus to present two folds, or portions of strip, making it possible to present each respectively the two sheets 2 and 3 facing each other.
- the tablecloth is folded around its longitudinal axis, for example along its axis main elongation when it is progressively unwound.
- connection zone 4 In the course of a second step A, we connect the two sheets 2 and 3 between them, at least at the level of a connection zone 4.
- the connection is for example provided by gluing, or by welding, for example thermal welding or ultrasonic.
- the tablecloth (s) is (are) conveyed by a mechanical device ensuring the unwinding of the roll (s).
- a mechanical device ensuring the unwinding of the roll (s).
- the device realizes at regular intervals the pattern of the connection zone on the moving tablecloth under him. This gives a strip having several connecting lines allowing then to create several devices such as 1. Regularity with which the pattern of the bonding area is produced is preferably defined in function of the web speed.
- connection zone is made up to a free edge of the ply, this free edge being defined parallel to the longitudinal axis of the ply.
- the free edge of the tablecloth is therefore the one which will form for example the future second edge 51.
- connection zone 4 is then cut during a third step B.
- This cut makes it possible in particular to form the cuts such as 17 and also the intermediate cuts such as 29.
- Figure 5 the web 31 seen from above then presents the motif of the connection zone and also that of the cutouts such as 17 and 29.
- the cuts planned during this third step B are by example made with a cookie cutter.
- a cookie cutter For example, provision is made for cutting cylinder having on its outer periphery blades positioned according to the pattern of the cutouts to write in the tablecloth that scrolls under it. Insofar as the position of these cutouts must be aligned with respect to the connection zone 4, we also adjusts the speed of rotation of the blade cylinder as a function of the speed scrolling of the tablecloth, so that the cutouts come almost to connection area 4.
- the patterns are cut so that they are not yet separable from the rest of the tablecloth.
- the tablecloth even cut then remains flat presentation without pieces likely to exceed the plane formed by this sheet.
- the cuts then only cut into the tablecloth, but not shreds, insofar as no cutting is made in this variant to an edge of the tablecloth.
- a last step E we separate the portion inside which are inscribed the connection zone 4 and the cutouts 17 and 29 of the rest of the plies.
- This last step allows for example to dissociate a rectangle 36 from the rest of the web by passing under a cutting roller.
- This last step provides a cut defining in particular the borders 20 of the rectangle 36, and in particular the first edge 50. If this is not already the case, the rectangle 36 is cut in such a way that the connection zone 4 opens at two points of this border 20, so as to provide an opening 8 between these two points.
- the connecting zone 4 is continuous inside the rectangle 36 to enable the inner periphery of a glove to be determined.
- Steps C and D can be performed at least on one portion of one of the two leaves.
