Abstract
A glove includes two planar members having a peripheral portion sealed together with a water tight sealed peripheral rim, for forming a chamber between the planar members and for receiving the hands of the users. Either or both of the planar members may each include a number of flaps extended outward from the peripheral portion for engaging into slots of objects, and for easily cleaning the dust in the slots of the objects. The planar members each includes a weldable inner layer, and a water absorbable outer layer for absorbing the water or the other fluids.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a glove, and more particularly to a glove for cleaning dust in grooves of objects.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Typical gloves are provided for protecting the hands of the users, or for preventing the hands of the users from being dirtied or from being contaminated; and may not be used for cleaning the dust in the grooves of objects. For example, the keyboards may include a number of openings or cavities formed therein and may not be easily cleaned with the conventional gloves.
- The typical rags or dishcloths are provided for cleaning the dishes or the like, and also may not be used for cleaning the dust in the grooves of objects.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages of the conventional gloves.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a glove including a structure for cleaning the dust in the grooves of the objects.
- In accordance with one aspect of the invention there is provided a glove comprising two planar members including a peripheral portion sealed together with a peripheral rim, for forming a chamber between the planar members and for receiving a hand of a user, the peripheral rim including an opening formed therein for allowing the hand to engage into the chamber formed between the planar members, and either or both of the planar members each including a plurality of flaps extended outward from the peripheral portion thereof for engaging into slots of objects, and for allowing the dust in the slots of the objects to be easily cleaned or wiped with the glove.
- The planar members each includes an inner layer and an outer layer, the inner layers of the planar members are made of weldable materials, for allowing the inner layers of the planar members to be solidly secured together with a welded peripheral rim, particularly a water tight sealed peripheral rim on the outer peripheral portion thereof.
- The outer layers of the planar members each includes at least one depression formed therein for forming at least one bulge thereon, and for increasing the dust wiping effect to the glove. The outer layers of the planar members are preferably made of water absorbable materials, for absorbing the water or the other fluids.
- Further objectives and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from a careful reading of a detailed description provided hereinbelow, with appropriate reference to accompanying drawings.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a glove in accordance with the present invention;
- FIG. 2 is a partial exploded view of the glove;
- FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial perspective view of the glove;
- FIG. 4 is a partial cross sectional view taken along lines4-4 of FIG. 3;
- FIGS. 5, 6,7 are perspective views illustrating the other arrangements of the glove; and
- FIG. 8 is a plan schematic view illustrating the operation of the glove.
- Referring to the drawings, and initially to FIGS.1-4, a
glove 10 in accordance with the present invention comprises twoplanar members 20 each including a first or an inner layer 21 (FIG. 4) made of water proof or water resistive materials, such as the synthetic materials, the plastic materials, the rubber materials, or the like. In addition, the materials of theinner layers 21 of theplanar members 20 may be heated or melted or welded, for allowing theinner layers 21 of the twoplanar members 20 may be hot-pressed or welded together with the supersonic welding processes. - For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5-7, the peripheral portions of the
inner layers 21 of theplanar members 20 may be hot-pressed or welded together to form a sealedrim 23 formed in the peripheral portion thereof, which is a water tight sealed peripheral rim for forming a water tight sealed chamber between the twoplanar members 20 and for receiving thehands 26 of the users (FIG. 8). The sealedperipheral rim 23 includes an opening 24 formed therein for allowing thehands 26 of the users to engage into the sealed chamber between the twoplanar members 20. - As shown in FIGS. 3, 4,8, the
planar members 20 each also includes a second or anouter layer 22 made of water absorbable materials, such as cotton, or the other woven or nonwoven clothes, for absorbing water or the other fluids. One or more cavities or recesses ordepressions 27 may be formed in theouter layers 22 of theplanar members 20 for forming one or more bulges 28 relatively in theplanar members 20, and for increasing the dust wiping effect to theglove 10. The bulges 28 and thedepressions 27 of theplanar members 20 may be formed into various kinds of shapes, as shown in FIGS. 2-7. - Either or both of the
planar members 20 may each include a number offlaps 29 provided or extended outward from the outer peripheral portion thereof, or extended outward from the sealedperipheral rim 23 of theglove 10. Theflaps 29 may be formed into various kinds of shapes as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 5-7, for engaging into the grooves orslots 30 of theobjects 31, such as of the keyboards 31 (FIG. 8), and for allowing theglove 10 to clean the dusts in theslots 30 of thekeyboards 31 or of the other objects. - Accordingly, the glove in accordance with the present invention includes a structure for allowing the users to easily clean the dust in the grooves of the objects.
- Although this invention has been described with a certain degree of particularity, it is to be understood that the present disclosure has been made by way of example only and that numerous changes in the detailed construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
