Claims (23)

  1. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen von der Art Briefe oder Pakete, die von zumindest einem Benutzer und Absender an eine Adresse von mindestens einem Empfänger geschickt werden, wobei das besagte Verfahren einen Schritt mit Aufdruck eines Balkencodes (10) auf jede der Sendungen umfaßt, die verfolgt werden sollen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Balkencode (10) aus mindestens einem Teil (1) zur Identifizierung des Benutzers und Absenders der Sendung besteht, die für jeden Benutzer unveränderbar ist, und aus einem Teil (3) zur Identifizierung des Rangs des Versands der besagten Sendung, die für jede Sendung gleich ist.
  2. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorher eine Aufzeichnung der Angaben des Benutzers und des besagten Teils zur Identifizierung (1) des Benutzers in einer Tabelle der Benutzerdaten (110) in einer Datenbank vorgenommen wird.
  3. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Versand jeder Sendung eine Aufzeichnung in einer Datentabelle der gerade verfolgten Sendung (120) des besagten Teils (3) zur Identifizierung des Rangs des Versands der Sendung sowie des besagten Teils (1) zur Identifizierung des Benutzers vorgenommen wird.
  4. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Balkencode (10) ferner einen Teil (2) zur Steuerung der Serviceoption umfaßt, der variabel ist.
  5. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Versand jeder Sendung eine Aufzeichnung des besagten Teils (2) zur Steuerung der Serviceoption in einer Datentabelle der gerade verfolgten Sendung (120) vorgenommen wird.
  6. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Teil (2) zur Steuerung der Serviceoption ermöglicht, einen Versand einer Empfangsbestätigung der Sendung zu befehlen.
  7. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Teil (2) zur Steuerung der Serviceoption ermöglicht, einen Versand einer Aufgabebestätigung der Sendung zu befehlen.
  8. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versand einer Aufgabebestätigung und/oder der Versand einer Empfangsbestätigung durch den Versand mindestens einer schriftlichen Nachricht und/oder durch den Versand einer elektronischen Nachricht an ein Empfangsmittel von der Art Büro-Computer oder Laptop oder ein an ein Telekommnetz angeschlossenes Handy ausgeführt wird.
  9. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Teil zur Identifizierung des Benutzers (1) ermöglicht, einen Versand einer Bestätigung einer fehlerhaften Empfängeradresse zu befehlen.
  10. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Benutzer die Gelegenheit gegeben wird, auf die Bestätigung einer fehlerhaften Empfängeradresse zu antworten, indem er eine neue Empfängeradresse liefert.
  11. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Teil zur Identifizierung des Benutzers (1) vermittels eines Servers (130) einer Datenbank aufgezeichnet wird, der für jede zugelassene Person zugänglich ist.
  12. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Server (130) den Versand des/der besagten Aufgabebestätigung, Empfangsbestätigung oder der Bestätigung einer fehlerhaften Adresse automatisch vornimmt.
  13. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest bei der Aufgabe der Sendung bei einem Versandservice und bei Übergabe der Sendung an den Empfänger ein Lesen des besagten Balkencodes (10) vorgenommen wird.
  14. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Teil (1) zur Identifizierung des Benutzers und Absenders der Sendung, der für jeden Benutzer unveränderlich ist, dazu benutzt wird, einen Briefkasten für die Übergabe der Sendung zu lokalisieren, wenn der besagte Benutzer Empfänger einer von einem anderen Benutzer vorgenommenen Sendung ist.
  15. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Lesen des besagten Teils zur Identifizierung des Benutzers und Empfängers vor der Übergabe der Sendung kontrolliert wird, daß der besagte Teil (1) zur Identifizierung, der den Briefkasten identifiziert, wirklich derjenige des Empfängers der besagten Sendung ist.
  16. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach Anspruch 14 oder Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den Benutzer und Absender geschickte besagte Empfangsbestätigung zumindest einen Teil der Angaben des Benutzers und Empfängers umfaßt.
  17. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Benutzer und Empfänger vom Empfang der besagten Sendung in einem Briefkasten für die Übergabe einer Sendung mit Hilfe eines Teils (1) zur ihm eigenen Identifizierung durch den Versand von mindestens einer elektronischen Nachricht an ein Empfangsmittel von der Art Büro-Computer oder Laptop oder ein an ein Telekommnetz angeschlossenes Handy informiert wird.
  18. Verfahren für die Verfolgung von Sendungen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine statistische Verfolgung des Versands und/oder des Empfangs von Sendungen durch mindestens einen Benutzer mit Hilfe des besagten Teils (1) zur Identifizierung vorgenommen wird.
  19. Vorrichtung (100) für den Einsatz des Verfahrens nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens eine Datenbank umfaßt, die zumindest eine Tabelle der Benutzerdaten (110) aufweist, die die Balkencodes der Benutzer sowie ihre Angaben verzeichnet, und eine Datentabelle der Versanddaten der gerade verfolgten laufenden Vorgänge (120), in der jeder Versand nach Benutzer verzeichnet ist.
  20. Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner einen Server (130) einer Datenbank umfaßt, mit dem die Angaben der Benutzer aufgezeichnet, geändert und die Informationen bezüglich des Lesens der Balkencodes (10) aufgezeichnet werden können.

Manuelles Gerät (50) für den Aufdruck von Balkencodes (10) auf die Sendungen von der Art Briefe oder Pakete, die von einem Benutzer an eine Adresse von mindestens einem Empfänger geschickt werden, wobei das besagte Gerät (50) Aufdruckmittel umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Aufdruckmittel zumindest aus einem Aufdruckteil (51) bestehen, das für das besagte Gerät (50) unveränderlich ist, für den Aufdruck eines Teils der Identifizierung des Benutzers (1), und einem variablen Aufdruckteil (53) für den Aufdruck eines Teils zur Identifizierung des Rangs des Versands (3) der besagten Sendung, der für jede Sendung variabel ist.
  22. Gerät (50) nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Mittel zur automatischen Inkrementierung des besagten Rangs des Versands von x Einheit(en) umfaßt, wobei x eine ganze Zahl bevorzugterweise gleich 1 ist.
  23. Gerät (50) nach Anspruch 21 oder Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Mittel zur Anzeige des Rangs des Versands der besagten Sendung in alphanumerischer Form umfaßt.
