Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Kühlen wärmebehandelter Drähte, mit einer von einem Drahtführungskanal (16) durchsetzten Kühldüse (20), welcher durch einen seitlichen Zuflusskanal ein Kühlmittel zugeführt wird, das in der Düse einen sich verjüngenden Kühlmittelkanal durchläuft und aus der Düse als schräg gegen den Draht entgegen dessen Laufrichtung (Gegenstrom) gerichteter Strom austritt und durch einen seitlichen Abflusskanal abgeführt wird,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen Düsenkörper (2,4) in Form eines langgestreckten Quaders, in den von einer Längsseite ein Drahtführungskanal (16) sowie die Düse (20) samt Kühlmittelzuflussund -abflusskanälen (22a,b,24a,b,34a,b,36a,b) hineingearbeitet und Öffnungen für die Zuführung und Abführung des Kühlmittels durchbrochen sind,und durch eine an die Längsseite des Düsenkörpers angesetzte, zum Drahteinlegen abnehmbare Abdeckplatte (6). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Düsenkörper durch ein Zentralteil (2), aus dem die Kanäle (22a,b,35a,b) und Düse (20,42) als Durchbrechungen herausgearbeitet sind, mit angesetzter Seitenplatte (4), welche die Öffnungen (22c,d,23c,d,35c,d) für das Kühlmittel enthält, gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (20,42) als keilförmig von entgegengesetzten Seiten auf dem Drahtführungskanal (16) zulaufende Doppeldüse ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiderseitigen Kühlmittelkanäle (28a,b) von jeweils einer flachen Einlasskammer (26a,b) ausgehen, in welche mehrere, nebeneinander angeordnete, vorzugsweise schräg gerichtete Zuflusskanäle (22a,b,24a,b) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Düse (20) eine Sammelkammer (32) für das ausgetretene Kühlmittel in Drahtlaufrichtung gesehen vorgeschaltet ist, aus welcher beiderseits des Drahtführungskanal (16) mehrere, vorzugsweise schräg verlaufende Abflusskanäle (34a,b, 36a,b;35a,b) wegführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeiehnet, dass im Drahtführungskanal (16) im Drahteintrittsbereich eine Strömungsbremse (30) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Strömungsbremse (30) und dem Drahteintrittsende vorzugsweise beiderseits des Drahtführungskanals (16) jeweils ein weiterer Abflusskanal (Überlaufkanäle 40a,b) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Drahtaustrittsbereich eine Strömungsbremse (30) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als Gegenstromdüse arbeitenden - ersten - Düse (20) eine spiegelbildlich als Mitstromdüse angeordnete zweite Düse (42) vorgeschaltet ist und die Abflusskanäle (35a,b) für das Kühlmittel zwischen-beiden Düsen angeordnet und ebenso wie diese samt zugehörigen Zuflusskanälen (22a,b,23a,b) in demselben Zentralteil (2) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen jeder Düse (20,42) und dem ihr benachbarten Ende des Zentralteils (2) im Drahtführungskanal (16) je eine Strömungsbremse (30) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Strömungsbremsen (30) und den Zentralteilenden beiderseits des Drahtführungskanals (16) Kühlmittelabflusskanäle (Überlaufkanäle 40a,b) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch an die Drahteinlaufseite und die Drahtauslaufseite angesetzte Endstücke (12) in Form von an den Drahtdurchtrittsöffnungen geteilten Flachprofilen.
