Claims (4)

  1. Agencement pour le transfert d'une nappe de papier, carton, papier-tissu ou d'une autre nappe fibreuse (1) d'une bande perméable entraînée sans fin (3) à une bande imperméable entraînée sans fin (2), dans une machine de fabrication et/ou d'amélioration d'une nappe fibreuse (1), les bandes (2, 3) étant pressées l'une contre l'autre avec la nappe fibreuse (1) située entre elles dans la région du transfert et la bande imperméable (2) possédant au moins du côté venant en contact avec la nappe fibreuse (1) une surface lisse, les bandes (2, 3) étant pressées l'une contre l'autre par deux rouleaux (4) formant une fente de transfert et la nappe fibreuse (1) passant après le transfert conjointement avec la bande imperméable (2) à travers une fente de pressage ou de lissage formée par deux rouleaux de pressage (6), caractérisé en ce que
    la force linéaire dans la fente de transfert vaut au moins 5 KN/m et au maximum 20 KN/m et la bande perméable (3) entoure le rouleau (4) en contact avec la bande imperméable (2) après la fente de transfert avec un angle d'au moins 4° ou avec au moins une distance de 25 mm.
  2. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la nappe fibreuse (1) passe avant le transfert, de préférence conjointement avec la bande perméable (3), à travers une fente de pressage en vue de son égouttage.
  3. Agencement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la nappe fibreuse (1) vient en contact avec un rouleau de pressage lisse (6) dans la fente de lissage suivant le transfert.
  4. Agencement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la nappe fibreuse (1) passe après le transfert conjointement avec la bande imperméable (2) et une bande (8) opposée, de préférence recevant de l'eau, à travers la fente de pressage suivante.
