Abstract

Selon l'invention, pour l'émission d'un signal en cas de non-atteignabilité d'un partenaire de communication au niveau d'un poste d'abonné (SUB2) d'un premier réseau partiel (NET1) faisant partie d'un réseau de communication, en particulier d'un réseau fixe, après apparition d'un appel destiné au poste d'abonné concerné à un poste défini fixé d'un second réseau partiel (NET2) appartenant audit réseau de communication, en particulier l'Internet, lequel est relié au premier réseau partiel (MET1), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un dispositif de transmission (GW), et dans lequel les liaisons de communication peuvent être établies sous forme de liaisons radio à partir d'un téléphone mobile (MOF) associé au partenaire de communication concerné, ou avec ce téléphone mobile, un signal d'information court contenant au moins le numéro d'appel du poste d'abonné (SUB1) appelant est transmis par un dispositif de transmission de signal d'appel monté dans le premier réseau partiel (MET1) du poste d'abonné (SUB2) susnommé à un serveur (SVR) faisant partie du second réseau partiel (NET2), ainsi qu'au poste défini du second réseau partiel (NET2) défini, par un service d'information déterminé dans ce serveur (SVR).
