Claims (8)
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage, en particulier ponceuse orbitale (10), comprenant un boîtier (12) et un porte-lame abrasive (14), ainsi que des moyens de serrage (20, 34) pour fixer des extrémités de lame abrasive (17, 19) opposées d'une lame abrasive (16) pouvant être supportée sur une surface de travail (15) du porte-lame abrasive (16), caractérisée en ce que les moyens de serrage (20, 34) peuvent être écartés conjointement avec une extrémité de lame abrasive (17) serrée sur eux, de l'autre extrémité de lame abrasive (19) également serrée, de sorte que la lame abrasive (16) puisse être bloquée en position serrée en traction, de préférence jusqu'à la limite d'arrachement, en ce que l'un des moyens de serrage (20, 34) est configuré sous forme de pince (34) et présente des mâchoires de serrage (36, 38), entre lesquelles une extrémité de lame abrasive (17, 19) peut être serrée, et en ce que la pince (34) peut être déplacée avec les mâchoires de serrage (36, 38) et conjointement avec l'extrémité de lame abrasive serrée (17) autour d'un axe de pivotement (40) et peut être bloquée de manière desserrable dans une position ouverte par pivotement.
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'une des mâchoires de serrage (36, 38) est réalisée sous forme de mâchoire de serrage active (36) actionnable manuellement et l'autre est réalisée sous forme de mâchoire de serrage passive (38) actionnable de manière indirecte par le biais de la mâchoire de serrage active (36).
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que des moyens de ressort (42, 44) ont tendance à retenir la mâchoire de serrage passive (38) et la mâchoire de serrage active (36) dans leur position "ouverte".
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la mâchoire de serrage active (36) s'appuie lors de la fermeture à l'encontre de la direction de précontrainte des moyens de ressort (42, 44) contre la mâchoire de serrage passive (38) disposée sous forme de butée élastique, et l'entraîne dans la position de serrage, notamment par pivotement, la force de serrage maximale s'exerçant dans la position de serrage à l'extrémité de la lame abrasive (17, 19).
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la mâchoire de serrage active (36) fait partie d'un levier de serrage à deux bras (35), dont un bras de levier sert de poignée (39) qui peut être bloquée de manière desserrable par encliquetage par le dessus dans la position de serrage de la pince (34).
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la pince (34) peut pivoter autour de l'axe de pivotement (40) entre deux positions d'extrémité qui définissent sa position de serrage ou de desserrage.
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces des mâchoires de serrage active et passive (36, 38) possèdent une grande rugosité et se composent de métal.
- Machine-outil manuelle de meulage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la mâchoire de serrage active (36) vient en prise autour de la mâchoire de serrage passive (38), son extrémité s'appuyant comme une butée au niveau du côté interne de la mâchoire de serrage active (36) pour serrer la lame abrasive (16) et pouvant être entraînée dans la position de serrage lors du pivotement.
