Claims (11)

  1. Fausse barre (1) pour transporter une barre de coulée hors d'une coquille oscillante de coulée continue (3) pour un métal liquide, en particulier pour de l'acier liquide, à travers l'intérieur d'une cage à cylindres de soutien (4), comportant :

    au moins deux modules (a, b, c) reliés en articulation l'un à l'autre dont l'un est relié à la tête de fausse barre (6) sur le côté de celle-ci détourné de la coquille de coulée continue,
    caractérisée en ce que
    lesdits au moins deux modules (a, b, c) présentent chacun un entraînement propre (10) co-transporté qui comprend pour chaque module :
    des broches de déplacement (16);
    des éléments de soutien (17) ; et
    une barre de guidage (19) ;
    les éléments de soutien étant mobiles en pivotement en fonction de la direction de rotation lors de la rotation des broches de déplacement ; et
    lorsque les éléments de soutien (17) sont empêchés de pivoter par la barre de guidage (19), les éléments (17) sont mobiles en va-et-vient lors de la rotation de la broche de déplacement (16),
    de sorte que les éléments de soutien (17) sont susceptibles de pivoter vers l'intérieur pour prendre appui contre les rouleaux de soutien (9) de la cage de cylindres de soutien (4), de sorte que les modules (a, b, c) peuvent être déplacés.

  5. Fausse barre (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une unité de commande et d'alimentation en énergie (22) est agencée sur l'un des modules (a, b, c).
  6. Fausse barre (1) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité de commande et d'alimentation en énergie (22) est connectée par radio à un poste de contrôle pour la coquille de coulée continue.
  7. Fausse barre (1) pour transporter une barre de coulée hors d'une coquille oscillante de coulée continue (3) pour un métal liquide, en particulier pour de l'acier liquide, à travers une cage à cylindres de soutien (4), comportant :
    une tête de fausse barre (6) qui est réalisée pour se relier, dans une position de fermeture (2), à la sortie (3a) de la coquille de coulée continue (3), de façon détachable à la barre de coulée,
    caractérisée par un entraînement propre (10) co-transporté qui comprend :
    deux paires d'éléments écarteurs pivotants (31a, 31b), l'une des paires étant couplée avec la tête de fausse barre (6) via des éléments ressorts (37) ; deux entraînements d'écartement (36) pour faire pivoter les éléments écarteurs (31a, 31b) des deux paires à des distances de rouleaux (28) de deux rouleaux de soutien (9) successifs sur un côté respectif de la cage à cylindres de soutien (4) ; et un élément de liaison (32) réglable vis-à-vis de sa longueur pour la liaison articulée des deux paires d'éléments écarteurs (31a, 31b) et pour déplacer l'une des paires d'éléments écarteurs (31a, 31b) le cas échéant conjointement avec la barre de coulée à l'intérieur de la cage à cylindres de soutien (4) par rapport à l'autre paire d'éléments écarteurs (31a, 31b) prenant appui entre les rouleaux de soutien (9) dans la direction d'enlèvement de barre (5) ou en sens opposé.
  8. Fausse barre (1) selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    des rouleaux respectifs (34) sont montés mobiles en rotation aux extrémités des éléments écarteurs (31a, 31b).
  9. Fausse barre (1) selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de liaison (32) est constitué par une barre de liaison (32a) réglable vis-à-vis de sa longueur.
  10. Fausse barre (1) selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisée en ce que la barre de liaison (32a) est formée par une unité à piston-et-cylindre hydraulique (35).
  11. Procédé pour faire fonctionner une fausse barre (1) selon la revendication 1, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    pivotement vers l'extérieur des éléments de soutien (17) de l'un au moins des modules et soutien des éléments de soutien pivotés (17) sur un ou entre deux rouleaux de soutien (9) de la cage à cylindres de soutien (4) ; et
    déplacement des modules (a, b, c) conjointement avec la tête de fausse barre (6) et le cas échéant conjointement avec la barre de coulée par rapport aux éléments de soutien (17) en appui à l'intérieur de la cage à cylindres de soutien (4) dans la direction d'enlèvement de barre ou en sens opposé.
