Claims (10)
- Verbindungsvorrichtung (10) zwischen einem Tank (20) und einem Rahmen (30), insbesondere für einen deutlich zylindrisch ausgeführten Tank, der aus mindestens Folgendem besteht:einem Flansch (11), der mit der Außenwand (21) des besagten Tanks (20) verbunden ist,einem Mantel (12), der mit einem Träger (31) des Rahmens (30) verbunden ist,einer Dichtung (13), die zwischen dem besagten Flansch (11) und dem besagten Mantel (12) vorgesehen ist, undein Befestigungsmittel (14),eine Eckverstärkung (17), die zwischen dem besagten Flansch (11) und der besagten Außenwand (21) angeordnet ist,
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Befestigungsmittel (14) aus mindestens einem Bolzen (15) und einer Mutter (16) besteht, wobei der besagte Bolzen (15) durch ein Loch verläuft, das in dem besagten Flansch (11) vorgesehen ist, durch ein Loch, dass in der besagten Dichtung (14) vorgesehen ist und durch ein Loch, das in dem besagten Mantel (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2 für einen deutlich kreisförmigen Tank im Querprofil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Mantel (12) zumindest teilweise kreisförmig ist, um der besagten Außenwand (21) zu folgen, wobei allerdings ein Zwischenraum E zwischen dem zentripetalen Ende des besagten Mantels (12) und der besagten Außenwand (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 für einen deutlich kreisförmigen Tank im Querprofil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Flansch (11) zumindest teilweise kreisförmig ist, um sich an die besagte Außenwand (21) anzupassen.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Flansch (11) durch eine Schweißverbindung mit der Außenwand (21) des besagten Tanks (20) verbunden ist und/oder der besagte Mantel (12) durch eine Schweißverbindung mit dem besagten Träger (31) des Rahmens (30) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 für einen deutlich kreisförmigen Tank im Querprofil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Dichtung (13) ringförmig ist und eine koaxiale Achse mit der Achse des besagten Tanks (20) bildet.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Dichtung (13) aus einem Wärmeisolierstoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Dichtung (13) im wesentlichen aus eventuell belastetem Teflon besteht.
- Umfangssystem (100) zur Verbindung zwischen einem deutlich zylindrischen Tank (20) und einem Rahmen (30), mit Hilfe einer Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Vorrichtungen (10) auf dem Umfang des besagten Tanks (20), auf mindestens einer Kreislinie angeordnet sind.
- Tank (20) mit einem Rahmen (30), der mindestens eine Verbindungsvorrichtung (10) zwischen dem Tank (20) und dem Rahmen (30) umfasst, gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 oder mindestens ein Umfangssystem (100) zur Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 9.
