    a flange (11) attached to the external wall (21) of said tank (20),

    a joint (13) positioned between said flange (11) and said perimeter wall (12), and
    a means for attaching (14),
    a reinforcement plate (17) positioned between said flange (11) and said external wall (21),
       said device being characterised in that the perimeter wall has a circular centripetal end and a rectangular centrifugal end.
  2. Device (10) set forth in claim 1, characterised in that said means for attaching (14) is constituted of at least a bolt (15) and a nut (16), said bolt (15) passing through a hole made in said flange (11), through a hole in said joint (14) and through a hole made in said perimeter wall (12).
  3. Device (10) set forth in claim 1 or claim 2 for a substantially circular tank through a cross section, characterised in that said perimeter wall (12) is at least partially circular so as to suit said external wall (21), a gap E being provided for between the centripetal end of said perimeter wall (12) and said external wall (21).
  4. Device (10) set forth in any one of claims 1 to 3 for a substantially circular tank through a cross section, characterised in that said flange (11) is at least partially circular so as to adapt to said external wall (21).
  5. Device (10) set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that said flange (11) is linked to the external wall (21) of said tank (20) by welding and/or said perimeter wall (12) is linked to said beam (31) of the frame (30) by welding.
  6. Device (10) set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5 for a substantially circular tank through a cross section, characterised in that said joint (13) is ring-shaped and has an axis coaxial with the axis of said tank (20).
  7. Device (10) set forth in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that said joint (13) is constituted of a heat isolating material.
  8. Device (10) set forth in claim 7, characterised in that said joint (13) is essentially constituted of Teflon, possibly laden.
  9. System for circumferential linking (100) between a substantially circular tank (20) and a frame (30), using a plurality of devices (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that said devices (10) are positioned on the periphery of said tank (20), on at least one circumference.
  10. Tank (20) bearing a frame (30) and comprising at least a device for attaching (10) between the tank (20) and the frame (30) set forth in any one of claims 1 to 8 or at least a system for circumferential linking (100) set forth in claim 9.
