Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung (01) zum ein- oder beidseitigen materialabtragenden Bearbeiten von Bausteinen (02, 13, 14), insbesondere Ziegelsteinen oder Ziegelformlingen, mit einer Fördereinrichtung (09, 10, 11, 12) zum Transport der Bausteine (02, 13, 14) durch die Vorrichtung (01), mindestens einer Bearbeitungsstation (03, 04) mit einseitig oder beidseitig neben der Fördereinrichtung angeordneten Bearbeitungswerkzeugen (07, 08), wobei die Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (07, 08) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Förderrichtung zustellbar sind, wobei die Fördereinrichtung (09, 10, 11, 12) aus zumindest zwei Förderelementen (09, 10, 11, 12) gebildet ist, die sich nebeneinander parallel zueinander in Förderrichtung erstrecken und von unten und/oder oben an den Bausteinen (02, 13, 14) kraftübertragend zur Anlage bringbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Förderelement (10) vertikal zur Förderrichtung verstellbar gelagert ist, wobei ein zumindest geringfügiger vertikaler Versatz (15) zwischen den Förderelementen (09, 10) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Förderelement (09, 10, 11, 12) horizontal zur Förderrichtung verstellbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderelemente (09, 10, 11, 12) in der Art von umlaufend antreibbaren Förderbändern, insbesondere Zahnriemen, ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorrichtung (01) zwei obere Förderbänder (09, 10) und zwei untere Förderbänder (11, 12) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden oberen Förderbänder (09, 10) breiter als die beiden unteren Förderbänder (11, 12) ausgebildet sind, wobei das eine obere Förderband (10) vertikal nach oben verstellbar gelagert ist und aus dem Kontaktbereich mit den Bausteinen (14) heraus verstellt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vertikal nach oben verstellbar gelagerte Förderband (10) auch horizontal zur Förderrichtung verstellbar gelagert ist und durch geeignete Verstellung mit dem zweiten oberen Förderband (09) fluchtend oberhalb des zweiten oberen Förderbandes (09) anordenbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Förderbänder (09, 10) eine Breite von circa 60 mm aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unteren Förderbänder (11, 12) eine Breite von circa 50 mm aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verstellung der Förderelemente (09, 10, 11, 12) quer zur Förderrichtung und/oder nach oben bzw. unten fernsteuerbare Antriebseinrichtungen vorgesehen sind.
