Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rahmen mit einem variablen Aufbau für Kinositze, Theatersitze oder dergleichen und den dabei erhaltenen Rahmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Teile einschließlich der Hauptteile, dies sind die Rückseite, der Sitz und die Seiten, aus einem Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist und durch Formen in Formen hergestellt werden, die einen festen Teil und einen variablen Teil umfassen, wobei der feste Teil der Form mit dem unveränderlichen Teil des Stücks übereinstimmt, und der variable Teil der Form mit den verschiedenen ästhetischen Variationen übereinstimmt.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rahmen mit einem variablen Aufbau für Kinositze, Theatersitze oder dergleichen und den dabei erhaltenen Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten (1) des Rahmens durch Formen von Kunststoff unter Verwendung einer einzelnen Form für alle möglichen Seiten hergestellt werden, wobei die Form einen festen Teil (9) mit einem Aufbau, der dem Körper (11) der Seite (1) entspricht, der bei allen Seiten gleich ist, und einen auswechselbaren Teil (10) aufweist, mit dem das Bein (12) und der Lagerschuh (13) so hergestellt werden, dass gemäß dem Aufbau des auswechselbaren Teils der Form (10) Seiten (1) mit Beinen (12) verschiedener Längen und Schuhe (13) mit verschiedenen Neigungen hergestellt werden.
  3. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rahmen mit einem variablen Aufbau für Kinositze, Theatersitze oder dergleichen und den dabei erhaltenen Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseiten (3) des Rahmens durch Formen von Kunststoff unter Verwendung einer Form hergestellt werden, die einen festen Teil aufweist, mit dem das untere und das zentrale Segment der Rückseite hergestellt werden, das bei allen gleich ist, während der auswechselbare Teil dazu bestimmt ist, den oberen Teil der Rückseite mit verschiedenen Aufbauten oder Oberflächen herzustellen.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rahmen mit einem variablen Aufbau für Kinositze, Theatersitze oder dergleichen und den dabei erhaltenen Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitze (2) des Rahmens durch Formen von Kunststoff unter Verwendung einer einzelnen Form für alle Typen von Sitzen hergestellt werden, wobei die Form optional einen festen Teil und einen auswechselbaren Teil aufweist.
  5. Rahmen für Kinositze und/oder dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er umfasst:
    a) Ein paar Seiten (4), hergestellt aus Kunststoffmaterial, die den Körper (11) oder die Seite selbst, das Bein (12) und den Lagerschuh (13) beinhalten,
    b) Eine Rückseite (3), hergestellt aus Kunststoffmaterial, die einen stabilen Rahmen und Querbänder (25) aufweist, die als elastische Elemente wirken,
    c) Einen Sitz (2), hergestellt aus Kunststoffmaterial, der einen stabilen Rahmen und Querbänder (32) aufweist, die als elastische Elemente wirken,
    d) Komplementäre Teile wie zum Beispiel Klappen (4), (5), (6) und (7) und Armlehnen (8),
    wobei der Rahmen einen variablen Aufbau aufweist,
    und so ist, dass alle Teile, die den Rahmen ausbilden, Mittel für eine feste Anbringung der verschiedenen Zubehörteile und für die Gelenk- und Drehmittel für den Sitz, die Rückseite, Sitz- und Seitenschließklappen oder für die Armlehnen eingliedern, wodurch der Zusammenbau dieser Elemente vereinfacht wird, da keine Schrauben oder andere Befestigungsmittel erforderlich sind.
  6. Rahmen für Kinositze und/oder dergleichen gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (11) der Seite (1) ein Umfangsprofil (16) mit einem inneren Kern (17) umfasst, in dem eine große Öffnung oder Aushöhlung (18) etwa konzentrisch zu der allgemeinen Kontur des Körpers (11) ausgebildet ist, wodurch eine Erleichterung der Seite geschaffen wird, der eine Anzahl von Öffnungen (18) für eine feste Kopplung der Klappen (4) und (5), die für diesen Zweck mit Ansätzen (19) versehen werden, sowie Öffnungen (20) zur Befestigung der Armlehnen (8), wobei der Körper (11) der Seite auch Gehäuse (21) zur Verankerung der entsprechenden Rückseite (3), wobei diese Gehäuse verteilt sind, um den Anbau der Rückseiten (3) mit verschiedenen Neigungen zuzulassen, und Gehäuse (22) aufweist, durch die die Drehachsen für die Sitze (2) quer eingeführt werden, eine Anzahl von Öffnungen (23) aufweist, die auch in dem Vorderteil des Körpers (11) in der Höhe und im Abstand versetzt angeordnet sind, um den Zusammenbau des Sitzes (2) in einer festen Position (so dass er sich nicht drehen kann) zuzulassen, wobei dennoch zugelassen wird, dass er in verschiedenen Neigungen bezüglich des Bodens angeordnet wird.
  7. Rahmen für Kinositze und/oder dergleichen gemäß Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerschuh (13) Gehäuse (14) einschließt, die leicht geneigt bezüglich der Lagerfläche des Schuhs (13) sind, um die Seite im Boden zu verankern, wobei die Gehäuse durch Verschlüsse verschlossen sind, die das Eindringen von Staub und Fremdkörpern verhindern.
  8. Rahmen für Kinositze und/oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite (3) einen Trag- oder Umfangsrahmen (24) und eine Anzahl Längsbänder oder -streifen (25) umfasst, die der Rückseite die Elastizität geben, die durch die Federn in konventionellen Rahmen bereitgestellt wird, wobei der Umfangsrahmen (24) eine Anzahl Längsrippen (26) aufweist, die konzentrisch und umfänglich dazu bestimmt sind, die Rückseite mit der nötigen Steife und Festigkeit zu versehen, während die Querbänder (25) Quer- und Längsrippen (27) aufweisen, um die zuvor genannten Bänder (25) mit der ausreichenden Steife zu versehen, wobei die erforderliche Elastizität beibehalten wird, so dass in dem Formvorgang der Rückseite (3) zylindrische Lager oder Buchsen (28) in Übereinstimmung mit den Seiten der Profile des Rahmens (24) hergestellt werden, mit dem sie in den Gehäusen (21) der Seiten (11) befestigt werden soll, sowie Halterungen (29), die als ein Lager und Anschlag für den Sitz (2) des Stuhls wirken, und eine Anzahl von Öffnungen (30), die in dem hinteren Teil des Rahmens (24) angeordnet sind, durch welchen die hintere Klappe (7) befestigt ist.
  9. Rahmen für Kinositze und/oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (2) einen Umfangsrahmen (31) und eine Anzahl von Querbändern (32) umfasst, die die Buchsen (33) in dem Sitzformverfahren einschließen, in denen die Stifte aufgenommen sind, die als Dreh- und Schwenkelemente wirken, die auf der anderen Seite in die Gehäuse (22) der Seiten (1) eingeführt werden, auch so, dass die Rahmen (31) der Sitze zusätzlich mit Gehäusen (34) zum Anbau der hinteren Schließklappen (6) versehen sind, die für solche Zwecke mit den entsprechenden Ansätzen versehen sind.
